本发明涉及水处理降解技术领域,具体涉及一种用于水处理的滤网电解装置,它包括进液口与出液口,所述进液口与出液口之间设置有最新管以及与锥形管焊接的电解池,所述电解池呈密封状态;所述电解池中间设置有对应的滤网电极,所述滤网电极前端设置有过滤块,所述过滤块采用陶瓷微孔板。本发明它采用在电解池内设置滤网电极,能够保证有机物降解的同时也能保证水流的通畅性,同时降低了电解池的结构空间,且它具有使用方便,操作简单,实用性好,成本低廉等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水处理降解技术领域,具体涉及一种用于水处理的滤网电解装置。
背景技术
在生活污水、食品加工和造纸等工业废水中,含有碳水化合物、蛋白质、油脂、木质素等有机物质。这些物质以悬浮或溶解状态存在于污水中,可通过微生物的生物化学作用而分解。在其分解过程中需要消耗氧气,因而被称为耗氧污染物。这种污染物可造成水中溶解氧减少,影响鱼类和其他水生生物的生长。水中溶解氧耗尽后,有机物进行厌氧分解,产生硫化氢、氨和硫醇等难闻气味,使水质恶化。水体中有机物成分非常复杂,耗氧有机物浓度常用单位体积水中耗氧物质生化分解过程中所消耗的氧量表示。有机废水一般是指由造纸、皮革及食品等行业排出的在2000mg/L以上废水。这些废水中含有大量的碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白、纤维素等有机物,如果直接排放,会造成严重污染。有机废水按其性质来源可分为三大类:(1)易于生物降解有机废水;(2)有机物可以降解,但含有害物质的废水;(3)难生物降解的和有害的有机废水。现有的有机废水不方便过滤处理,也不方便通过活性炭对有机废水进行处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理、使用方便的一种用于水处理的滤网电解装置,它采用在电解池内设置滤网电极,能够保证有机物降解的同时也能保证水流的通畅性,同时降低了电解池的结构空间,且它具有使用方便,操作简单,实用性好,成本低廉等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的一种用于水处理的滤网电解装置,包括进液口与出液口,所述进液口与出液口之间设置有最新管以及与锥形管焊接的电解池,所述电解池呈密封状态;所述电解池中间设置有对应的滤网电极,所述滤网电极前端设置有过滤块,所述过滤块采用陶瓷微孔板。
所述滤网电极包括金属滤网以及微孔板,所述金属滤网设置在微孔板表面凹槽,所述微孔板采用聚四氟材料,采用金属滤网作为电极材料,不仅具有来源广泛,同时也增加电极比表面,大大提高了技术工艺,同时也升高使用效率。
所述滤网电极与出液口之间设置有缓冲块7,所述缓冲块7采用活性炭材料,缓冲块不仅能够大大缓冲流速,保证滤网电极的工作,保证污染物降解深度,同时能够形成缓冲,防止滤网电极的杂质粘附,保证滤网电极的长期使用。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明它采用在电解池内设置滤网电极,能够保证有机物降解的同时也能保证水流的通畅性,同时降低了电解池的结构空间;采用过滤块设置在滤网电极前段,能够进行过滤作用,防止杂质对电极的影响,同时采用滤网式电极,水流通过滤网孔牌子反应池之间,能够保证降解的持续性;且它具有使用方便,操作简单,实用性好,成本低廉等特点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明所述的一种用于水处理的滤网电解装置,包括进液口1与出液口2,所述进液口2与出液口2之间设置有最新管3以及与锥形管3焊接的电解池4,所述电解池4呈密封状态;所述电解池4中间设置有对应的滤网电极5,所述滤网电极5前端设置有过滤块6,所述过滤块6采用陶瓷微孔板。
所述滤网电极5包括金属滤网8以及微孔板9,所述金属滤网8设置在微孔板9表面凹槽,所述微孔板9采用聚四氟材料,采用金属滤网作为电极材料,不仅具有来源广泛,同时也增加电极比表面,大大提高了技术工艺,同时也升高使用效率。

1.一种用于水处理的滤网电解装置,其特征在于:它包括进液口(1)与出液口(2),所述进液口(2)与出液口(2)之间设置有最新管(3)以及与锥形管(3)焊接的电解池(4),所述电解池(4)呈密封状态;所述电解池(4)中间设置有对应的滤网电极(5),所述滤网电极(5)前端设置有过滤块(6),所述过滤块(6)采用陶瓷微孔板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水处理的滤网电解装置,其特征在于:所述滤网电极(5)包括金属滤网(8)以及微孔板(9),所述金属滤网(8)设置在微孔板(9)表面凹槽,所述微孔板(9)采用聚四氟材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水处理的滤网电解装置,其特征在于:所述滤网电极(5)与出液口(2)之间设置有缓冲块(7),所述缓冲块(7)采用活性炭材料。
