本发明公开了种杆状物料检测上料料斗，包括斗体，斗体的内侧下部设有至少一个隔板，在隔板的两侧形成至少两个出料口，在斗体的下部侧壁上位于隔板的两侧设有开口。所述的隔板的上边断面呈尖状或呈弧线状。所述的斗体上部呈梯形状。本发明的杆状物料检测上料料斗，由于料斗下部内侧有隔板，形成的出料口至少两个，也可以更多，每个出料口的下方机架上均配有相应的链条传动机构，检测时，料斗可向每个链条传动机构同时送出物料，保证了多个物料同时被送出，同时被检测，明显提高了检测效率，降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种料斗，特别是一种杆状物料检测上料料斗，主要在方便筷、雪糕板等杆件产品的检测设备上，配合链条输送机构和检测部件对杆件产品进行质量检测。
背景技术
目前杆状物料，如方便筷、雪糕板等，在加工后需要进行质量检测，如方便筷小头是否连体、直杆状的产品弯曲程度、加工时是否产生煳口等，现有的检测设备包括有机架，在机架上安装有链条传动机构，机架的一端设有料斗，链条传动机构的一端位于料斗的下方，料斗的下部有出口，出口的形状与杆状物料相吻合，料斗内的物料自出口逐个下落到链条上，在链条上间隔设有档板，杆状物料的纵向与链条运行方向一致，每个下落的杆状物料均有一个挡板推动随链条前行，即逐个被送出，随链条运行时，通过机架上的各种传感器进行检测。现有的这种结构的料斗，下方只能配有一套链条传动机构，杆状物料只能逐个落在传送的链条上，检测效率低，生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、可同时自料斗内排出多个物料、配合多个链条传动机构输送物料、提高检测效率、降低生产成本的杆状物料检测上料料斗，克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的杆状物料检测上料料斗，包括斗体，斗体的内侧下部设有至少一个隔板，在隔板的两侧形成至少两个出料口，在斗体的下部侧壁上位于隔板的两侧设有开口。
所述的隔板的上边断面呈尖状或呈弧线状。
所述的斗体上部呈梯形状。
本发明的杆状物料检测上料料斗，由于料斗下部内侧有隔板，形成的出料口至少两个，也可以更多，每个出料口的下方机架上均配有相应的链条传动机构，检测时，料斗可向每个链条传动机构同时送出物料，保证了多个物料同时被送出，同时被检测，明显提高了检测效率，降低了生产成本。由于各隔板上边断面呈尖状或弧形，使料斗内上部的物料下行到隔板上边时能逐个顺利分开并进入每个出料口内，下料更为顺畅。

具体实施方式
如图1～6所示：1为斗体，斗体1上部呈梯形状，即上口大于下口。斗体1的下部呈长方体形状。斗体1的内侧下部设有至少一个隔板3，本实施方式中隔板3为7个且平行设置，在隔板3的两侧形成至少两个出料口4，本实施方式中由于有7个隔板3，所以形成了8个相互平行的出料口4。隔板3的两端头与斗体1之间为固定连接。在斗体1的下部侧壁上位于隔板3的两侧设有开口2。
为了便于斗内物料下落时能顺利进入每个出料口4内，隔板3的上边加工有对称的斜面5，形成断面呈尖状结构，或隔板3的上边断面呈弧线状。
由于料斗下部内侧有隔板3，形成的出料口4至少2个，也可以更多，每个出料口的下方机架上均配有相应的链条传动机构，检测时，料斗可向每个链条传动机构同时送出物料，保证了多个物料同时被送出，同时被检测，明显提高了检测效率，降低了生产成本。

1.一种杆状物料检测上料料斗，包括斗体(1)，其特征在于：斗体(1)的内侧下部设有至少一个隔板(3)，在隔板(3)的两侧形成至少两个出料口(4)，在斗体(1)的下部侧壁上位于隔板(3)的两侧设有开口(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杆状物料检测上料料斗，其特征在于：所述的隔板的上边断面呈尖状或呈弧线状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杆状物料检测上料料斗，其特征在于：所述的斗体(1)上部呈梯形状。
