本发明公开了用于一模多腔挤出型材的可调弯水箱,它包括水箱底板(11)和水箱台板(10),所述水箱台板通过导柱(8)固接在水箱底板上,所述水箱台板上设有由前腔上挡板(1)、前腔前板(13)和滑块(9)围成的前腔,以及由后腔上挡板(14)、后腔后板(12)和滑块围成的后腔,所述滑块通过调节螺钉(7)固接在水箱台板上,当转动调节螺钉时滑块将相对于水箱底板移动进而改变前腔和后腔之间的距离。本发明的有益效果是水箱两端底板上装有导柱及滑块来对左右两水箱之间的间距进行调节,实现对型材弯曲的调整。

技术领域
本发明涉及挤出型材加工领域,尤其涉及用于一模多腔挤出型材的水箱。
背景技术
在目前挤出成型中,由于节能、高效、大产量的主机运用,使得型材的牵引速度不断提高,但对于挤出型材模具来说,速度不可能无限度的提高,为了满足型材的高产量,一般型材厂家实行一模双腔或一模四腔等模具,但模具各腔的间距比较小,一般水箱、水箱块均为整体式,水箱块在水箱中无法调节型材的左右弯曲度,因此一模双腔的左右弯曲成为现行设计的难点,为使型材等到合格产品尺寸,挤出模具水箱在有限的空间内,对如何达到开启方便,密封性能好,可快速调节型材弯曲的要求非常高,是此类水箱是否实用的关键因素之一。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的一模多腔挤出型材无法调节型材的左右弯曲度,为此提供一种用于一模多腔挤出型材的可调弯水箱。
本发明的技术方案是:用于一模多腔挤出型材的可调弯水箱,它包括水箱底板和水箱台板,所述水箱台板通过导柱固接在水箱底板上,所述水箱台板上设有由前腔上挡板、前腔前板和滑块围成的前腔,以及由后腔上挡板、后腔后板和滑块围成的后腔,所述滑块通过调节螺钉固接在水箱台板上,当转动调节螺钉时滑块将相对于水箱底板移动进而改变前腔和后腔之间的距离。
上述方案的改进是所述滑块上固接有调节压板。
上述方案的进一步改进是所述前腔前板上固接有水箱搭扣,所述后腔上挡板和后腔后板之间固接有滑槽压板,所述水箱搭扣和滑槽压板活动连接。
上述方案的更进一步改进是所述前腔上挡板和后腔上挡板顶部固接有把手。
上述方案的再进一步改进是所述前腔上挡板与前腔前板之间、后腔上挡板与后腔后板之间适配有密封胶条。
本发明的有益效果是1.利用把手向两侧开启,有利于水箱顺利打开,操作简单、安全;2.利用多个装有滑槽压板压紧上挡板,调节弯曲时,搭扣作用点位置在滑槽中移动,不影响四周密封条的密封性;3.水箱两端底板上装有导柱及滑块来对左右两水箱之间的间距进行调节,实现对型材弯曲的调整。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明包括水箱底板11和水箱台板10,所述水箱台板通过导柱8固接在水箱底板上,所述水箱台板上设有由前腔上挡板1、前腔前板13和滑块9围成的前腔,以及由后腔上挡板14、后腔后板12和滑块围成的后腔,所述滑块通过调节螺钉7固接在水箱台板上,当转动调节螺钉时滑块将相对于水箱底板移动进而改变前腔和后腔之间的距离。
为了保证调节螺钉水平推动滑块左右移动,不产生上下方向的垂直位移,可以在滑块上固接有调节压板6,阻止滑块上下窜动。
为了保证水箱正常工作时的稳定,前腔上挡板与前腔前板之间、后腔上挡板与后腔后板之间可以适配有密封胶条3;可以在前腔前板上固接有水箱搭扣5,所述后腔上挡板和后腔后板之间固接有滑槽压板4,所述水箱搭扣和滑槽压板活动连接。滑槽压板可以有多个,压紧上挡板,调节弯曲时,搭扣作用点位置在滑槽中移动,不影响四周密封条的密封性。
为了便于水箱的顺利打开,前腔上挡板和后腔上挡板顶部固接有把手2。
具体安装步骤如下:A、通过不锈钢螺钉将把手2固定在前腔上挡板1、后腔上挡板14上,完成水箱的顺利开启;B、不锈钢螺钉将滑槽压板4固定在后腔后板12、后腔上挡板14上,将水箱搭扣5固定在前腔前板13上,通过水箱搭扣5与滑槽压板4的连接压紧密封胶条,完成水箱的密封性;C、不锈钢螺钉将滑块9固定在水箱台板10,将调节压板6固定在滑块9上,将导柱8固定在水箱底板11上,通过调节螺钉7的旋转,将滑块9与水箱底板11形成相对移动来调整双腔水箱的中心间距,实现对型材弯曲的调整。

1.用于一模多腔挤出型材的可调弯水箱,它包括水箱底板(11)和水箱台板(10),其特征是所述水箱台板通过导柱(8)固接在水箱底板上,所述水箱台板上设有由前腔上挡板(1)、前腔前板(13)和滑块(9)围成的前腔,以及由后腔上挡板(14)、后腔后板(12)和滑块围成的后腔,所述滑块通过调节螺钉(7)固接在水箱台板上,当转动调节螺钉时滑块将相对于水箱底板移动进而改变前腔和后腔之间的距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于一模多腔挤出型材的可调弯水箱,其特征是所述滑块上固接有调节压板(6)。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于一模多腔挤出型材的可调弯水箱,其特征是所述前腔前板上固接有水箱搭扣(5),所述后腔上挡板和后腔后板之间固接有滑槽压板(4),所述水箱搭扣和滑槽压板活动连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于一模多腔挤出型材的可调弯水箱,其特征是所述前腔上挡板和后腔上挡板顶部固接有把手(2)。
5.如权利要求1-4任一所述的用于一模多腔挤出型材的可调弯水箱,其特征是所述前腔上挡板与前腔前板之间、后腔上挡板与后腔后板之间适配有密封胶条(3)。
