本发明涉及汽车制造工装技术领域,具体为一种胶管定长切割机,包括工作台、铡刀和夹持机构,其中,所述工作台的一端设有工作槽,所述工作台上沿着所述工作槽设有刻度表,所述工作台上设有滑槽,所述夹持机构包括滑板和压板,所述滑板与所述滑槽滑动连接,所述压板设有螺栓,所述压板通过所述螺栓与所述滑板螺纹连接,所述铡刀铰接在所述滑板的侧面上。本发明为了解决在对胶管进行定长切割时,每切割一根胶管就得测量一次,从而导致切割效率低的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种切割效率高的胶管定长切割机。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造工装技术领域,具体为一种胶管定长切割机。
背景技术
随着汽车配件加工市场竞争的日趋激烈,对切割的质量、精度要求的不断提高,对提高生产效率、降低生产成本、具有高智能化的自动切割功能的要求也在提升。
胶管进行加工时,需要将胶管按照加工要求切割成所需长度。目前生产上,都是通过卷尺进行测量、标记,然后根据标记进行胶管的切割。但是由于每切割一根胶管就得测量一次,从而导致切割效率低,严重限制了企业的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明为了解决在对胶管进行定长切割时,每切割一根胶管就得测量一次,从而导致切割效率低的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种切割效率高的胶管定长切割机。
本发明提供基础方案是:胶管定长切割机,包括工作台、铡刀和夹持机构,其中,所述工作台的一端设有工作槽,所述工作台上沿着所述工作槽设有刻度表,所述工作台上设有滑槽,所述夹持机构包括滑板和压板,所述滑板与所述滑槽滑动连接,所述压板设有螺栓,所述压板通过所述螺栓与所述滑板螺纹连接,所述铡刀铰接在所述滑板的侧面上。
基础方案的工作原理:将待切割的胶管放置在工作槽内后,胶管的一端与工作槽的端部相抵,滑动滑板,将滑板滑动至刻度表上相应的位置后,旋拧螺栓,压板随着螺栓的转动下移,对工作槽内的胶管进行压制,压板将胶管压制后,下压铡刀,铡刀对胶管进行切割,切割完成后,切割所得的胶管的长度即为所需的长度,反向旋拧螺栓,压板上升,松开对胶管的压制,取出胶管,完成所有的切割操作。
基础方案的有益效果是:通过在工作台上设置刻度表后,将对胶管的定位操作和测量操作都在工作台上进行,减小了胶管切割的前期测量操作,且当需要切割相同长度的胶管时,无需重复对胶管进行测量,简单了测量操作,从而提高了对胶管的切割效率。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的优选,所述工作台设有多个工作槽;有益效果:设置了多个工作槽后,可以同时对多根胶管进行切割,提高了对胶管的切割机构。
优选方案二:作为优选方案一的优选,所述压板的底面设有橡胶层;有益效果:利用橡胶自身的弹性,减小了在对胶管进行压制时对胶管的挤压,从而减小了挤压时的磨损。
优选方案三:作为优选方案二的优选,所述滑板的底端设有滚珠,所述滚珠与所述滑槽相抵;有益效果:通过设置滑轮,将滑板与滑槽之间的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,从而较小了滑动时产生的磨损。
优秀方案四:作为优选方案三的优选,所述螺栓与所述压板之间连接有弹性垫圈;有益效果:利用垫圈的弹性,减小了螺栓对压板产生的磨损,延长了压板的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:工作台100、工作槽101、滑板201、压板203、滚珠211、螺栓213、铡刀300。
如图1所示的胶管定长切割机,包括工作台100、铡刀300和夹持机构,工作台100的一端设有两个工作槽101,工作台100上沿着工作槽101设有刻度表,工作台100上设有滑槽,夹持机构包括滑板和压板203,滑板的底端设有滚珠211,滚珠211与滑槽相抵,压板203设有螺栓213,压板203通过螺栓213与滑板螺纹连接,螺栓213与压板203之间连接有弹性垫圈,铡刀300铰接在滑板的侧面上。
将待切割的胶管放置在工作槽101内后,胶管的一端与工作槽101的端部相抵,滑动滑板,将滑板滑动至刻度表上相应的位置后,旋拧螺栓213,压板203随着螺栓213的转动下移,对工作槽101内的胶管进行压制,压板203将胶管压制后,下压铡刀300,铡刀300对胶管进行切割,切割完成后,切割所得的胶管的长度即为所需的长度,反向旋拧螺栓213,压板203上升,松开对胶管的压制,取出胶管,完成所有的切割操作,通过在工作台100上设置刻度表后,将对胶管的定位操作和测量操作都在工作台100上进行,减小了胶管切割的前期测量操作,且当需要切割相同长度的胶管时,无需重复对胶管进行测量,简单了测量操作,从而提高了对胶管的切割效率;设置了两个工作槽101后,可以同时对两根胶管进行切割,提高了对胶管的切割机构;利用橡胶自身的弹性,减小了在对胶管进行压制时对胶管的挤压,从而减小了挤压时的磨损;通过设置滑轮,将滑板与滑槽之间的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,从而较小了滑动时产生的磨损;利用垫圈的弹性,减小了螺栓213对压板203产生的磨损,延长了压板203的使用寿命。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.胶管定长切割机,包括工作台、铡刀和夹持机构,其特征在于:所述工作台的一端设有工作槽,所述工作台上沿着所述工作槽设有刻度表,所述工作台上设有滑槽,所述夹持机构包括滑板和压板,所述滑板与所述滑槽滑动连接,所述压板设有螺栓,所述压板通过所述螺栓与所述滑板螺纹连接,所述铡刀铰接在所述滑板的侧面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶管定长切割机,其特征在于:所述工作台设有多个工作槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的胶管定长切割机,其特征在于:所述压板的底面设有橡胶层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的胶管定长切割机,其特征在于:所述滑板的底端设有滚珠,所述滚珠与所述滑槽相抵。
5.根据权利要求4所述的胶管定长切割机,其特征在于:所述螺栓与所述压板之间连接有弹性垫圈。
