Abstract

本发明涉及一种基于皮带的间歇式划线装置,包括基板,所述基板上固定安装有电机,基板的右侧设有挡板,所述电机的轴穿过所述挡板安装有半球齿轮,所述半球齿轮为半球壳体,半球齿轮的右端面设有一圈齿,半球齿轮内腔面上设有一个椭圆形的环形凹槽,半球齿轮的右方设有齿轮架,所述齿轮架的前侧上部和齿轮架的后侧上部分别对应设有前齿轮和后齿轮,所述前齿轮与后齿轮均与半球齿轮啮合。本发明以一个电机作为整个装置的驱动元件,通过带动半球齿轮实现皮带的循环传动,同时实现了摆杆的间歇摆动,节省了设备使用量,降低了设备生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械裁切设备技术领域,具体说是一种基于皮带的间歇式划线装置。
背景技术
为了方便使用者选取材料,灵活裁切固定长度的原材料,提高工作效率,人们通常在加工塑料或薄膜时,通过增加特定程序,在塑料或薄膜原材料上切划一条虚线。由于虚线的存在,使用者可轻松撕扯下固定长度的材料。
所述虚线的加工通常由划线机滚压划出,然而针对宽度非常窄的塑料或者薄膜,机器难以加工,且裁切成本较高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种基于皮带的间歇式划线装置。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种基于皮带的间歇式划线装置,包括基板,所述基板上固定安装有电机,基板的右侧设有挡板,所述电机的轴穿过所述挡板安装有半球齿轮,所述半球齿轮为半球壳体,半球齿轮的右端面设有一圈齿,半球齿轮内腔面上设有一个椭圆形的环形凹槽,半球齿轮的右方设有齿轮架,所述齿轮架的前侧上部和齿轮架的后侧上部分别对应设有前齿轮和后齿轮,所述前齿轮与后齿轮均与半球齿轮啮合。
所述前齿轮的前侧还设有与前齿轮同轴的前主动锥齿轮,所述后齿轮的后侧设有与后齿轮同轴的后主动锥齿轮,所述前主动锥齿轮的前侧以及后主动锥齿轮的后侧均分别配合有竖直安装在齿轮架上的从动锥齿轮,所述从动锥齿轮上缠绕有皮带。
所述齿轮架右方设有支撑架,所述支撑架为弧形,支撑架上均匀固定有若干立柱,所述立柱上设有支撑块,所述皮带缠绕在立柱上,并由支撑块支撑。
所述齿轮架的中部通过铰接的方式连接有摆杆,所述摆杆的左端卡在环形凹槽内,摆杆的右端部通过活动安装的方式设有齿轮刀。
所述齿轮刀的外侧边缘均匀设有间断设置的刃片。
所述摆杆摆至水平位置时,齿轮刀可与皮带接触。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以一个电机作为整个装置的驱动元件,通过带动半球齿轮实现皮带的循环传动,同时实现了摆杆的间歇摆动,节省了设备使用量,降低了设备生产成本。所述皮带上缠绕的塑料条片或者塑料薄膜从皮带上脱离后即可缠绕在卷筒上,形成成品,皮带可反复利用。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段和创作特征易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图3所示,一种基于皮带的间歇式划线装置,包括基板1,所述基板1上固定安装有电机2,基板1的右侧设有挡板3,所述电机2的轴穿过所述挡板3安装有半球齿轮4,所述半球齿轮4为半球壳体,半球齿轮4的右端面设有一圈齿,半球齿轮4内腔面上设有一个椭圆形的环形凹槽5,半球齿轮4的右方设有齿轮架6,所述齿轮架6的前侧上部和齿轮架6的后侧上部分别对应设有前齿轮7和后齿轮8,所述前齿轮7与后齿轮8均与半球齿轮4啮合。
所述前齿轮7的前侧还设有与前齿轮7同轴的前主动锥齿轮9,所述后齿轮8的后侧设有与后齿轮8同轴的后主动锥齿轮10,所述前主动锥齿轮9的前侧以及后主动锥齿轮10的后侧均分别配合有竖直安装在齿轮架6上的从动锥齿轮11,所述从动锥齿轮11上缠绕有皮带12。
所述齿轮架6右方设有支撑架13,所述支撑架13为弧形,支撑架13上均匀固定有若干立柱14,所述立柱14上设有支撑块15,所述皮带12缠绕在立柱14上,并由支撑块15支撑。
所述齿轮架6的中部通过铰接的方式连接有摆杆16,所述摆杆16的左端卡在环形凹槽5内,摆杆16的右端部通过活动安装的方式设有齿轮刀17。
所述齿轮刀17的外侧边缘均匀设有间断设置的刃片18。
所述摆杆16摆至水平位置时,齿轮刀17可与皮带12接触。
使用时,以皮带12为基体收集制作好的塑料条片或薄膜,然后将皮带12分别缠绕在立柱14上,所述皮带12的两端具分别套在所述的两个从动锥齿轮11上,由于所述的两个从动锥齿轮11由转向相反的前主动锥齿轮9和后主动锥齿轮10分别驱动,保证了皮带12的顺利运转,所述摆杆16在环形凹槽5内滑动,并随着环形凹槽5的转动而摆动,在杠杆作用下,所述齿轮刀17上下摆动,并在经过皮带12外表面时,将皮带12上的塑料条片或薄膜划上虚线。

1.一种基于皮带的间歇式划线装置,包括基板,其特征在于:所述基板上固定安装有电机,基板的右侧设有挡板,所述电机的轴穿过所述挡板安装有半球齿轮,所述半球齿轮为半球壳体,半球齿轮的右端面设有一圈齿,半球齿轮内腔面上设有一个椭圆形的环形凹槽,半球齿轮的右方设有齿轮架,所述齿轮架的前侧上部和齿轮架的后侧上部分别对应设有前齿轮和后齿轮,所述前齿轮与后齿轮均与半球齿轮啮合;
所述前齿轮的前侧还设有与前齿轮同轴的前主动锥齿轮,所述后齿轮的后侧设有与后齿轮同轴的后主动锥齿轮,所述前主动锥齿轮的前侧以及后主动锥齿轮的后侧均分别配合有竖直安装在齿轮架上的从动锥齿轮,所述从动锥齿轮上缠绕有皮带;
所述齿轮架右方设有支撑架,所述支撑架为弧形,支撑架上均匀固定有若干立柱,所述立柱上设有支撑块,所述皮带缠绕在立柱上,并由支撑块支撑;
