本发明涉及切割用品技术领域,特别是涉及一种切割用砂轮。
背景技术
砂轮切割机是一种使用的比较普遍的切割机,主要用来对一些小直径尺寸的方管、圆管、异型管等进行切断加工。砂轮切割机使用起来,轻巧灵活,简单便捷,在各种场合得到广泛使用,尤其是在建筑工地上和室内装修中使用的比较多。
砂轮是砂轮切割机中最关键的零部件,它直接关系着砂轮切割机的使用性能和工作效率。现有的砂轮在室内装修时对瓷砖等进行切割时还显得性能不佳,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种切割用砂轮,使用性能好,尤其适合在室内装修时切割瓷砖使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种切割用砂轮,包括下列重量份的组份:棕刚玉4~5份、冰晶石粉3~4份、硫磺0.2~0.3份、氧化铁0.3~0.35份、涤纶纤维0.5~0.8份、硫化促进剂0.1~0.2份、砂粒1~2份、不锈钢纤维0.3~0.5份、长石粉0.2~0.4份、二氧化硅0.2~0.3份、粘土0.15~0.3份、成孔剂0.1~0.2份、氨纶纤维0.4~0.5份、氧化镁0.1~0.2份和酚醛树脂0.7~0.8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括下列重量份的组份:棕刚玉4份、冰晶石粉3份、硫磺0.2份、氧化铁0.3份、涤纶纤维0.5份、硫化促进剂0.1份、砂粒1份、不锈钢纤维0.3份、长石粉0.2份、二氧化硅0.2份、粘土0.15份、成孔剂0.1份、氨纶纤维0.4份、氧化镁0.1份和酚醛树脂0.7份。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括下列重量份的组份:棕刚玉5份、冰晶石粉4份、硫磺0.3份、氧化铁0.35份、涤纶纤维0.8份、硫化促进剂0.2份、砂粒2份、不锈钢纤维0.5份、长石粉0.4份、二氧化硅0.3份、粘土0.3份、成孔剂0.2份、氨纶纤维0.5份、氧化镁0.2份和酚醛树脂0.8份。
