本发明公开了一种圆筒件加工用夹具,包括固定底座,支撑心轴及夹臂,所述夹臂从圆筒件外圆周面将圆筒件夹紧,所述支撑心轴具有连接端和自由端,所述支撑心轴通过连接端与所述固定底座连接,所述支撑心轴靠近自由端具有与支撑心轴同轴的孔腔,所述孔腔的末端圆周方向均设若干通孔,每个所述通孔均穿有支撑件。本发明的圆筒件加工用夹具能够有效避免筒件加工过程中出现的变形问题,结构简单,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆筒件加工用夹具。
背景技术
目前,圆筒类工件在进行车削类加工时,由于筒类零件壁厚较薄,径向刚度较弱,在加工过程中受切削力、切削热及夹紧力等因素的影响,相对实心轴件更容易产生加工变形,再者,现有的三抓卡盘式装夹工具往往只能装夹很窄范围内的筒类工件,并不能满足实际生产需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种圆筒件加工用夹具,该夹具能够大大缓解筒类件在加工过程中出现的变形问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种圆筒件加工用夹具,包括固定底座,支撑心轴及夹臂,所述夹臂从圆筒件外圆周面将圆筒件夹紧,所述支撑心轴具有连接端和自由端,所述支撑心轴通过连接端与所述固定底座连接,所述支撑心轴靠近自由端具有与支撑心轴同轴的孔腔,所述孔腔的末端圆周方向均设若干通孔,每个所述通孔均穿有支撑件。
优选地,所述通孔设有内螺纹,所述支撑件为与所述通孔相配合的螺栓。
优选地,所述螺栓与孔腔内壁之间还设有垫圈。
优选地,所述夹臂包括沿圆筒件轴线相对方向设置的至少两个。
优选地,所述夹臂连有升降装置。
优选地,所述升降装置为升降气缸或升降丝杆。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的圆筒件加工用夹具能够有效避免筒件加工过程中出现的变形问题,结构简单,使用方便;
夹臂能够从圆筒件外圆周面将圆筒件夹紧,而支撑件从筒件内部进一步对筒件进行支撑固定,当对支撑件周围的部位进行加工时会大大减少筒件的加工变形几率;
夹臂连有升降装置,若是有两个夹臂,则两个夹臂可相对的升降,可适应较大直径范围的筒类工件。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1-2所示,一种圆筒件加工用夹具,包括固定底座1,支撑心轴3及夹臂2,夹臂2从圆筒件外圆周面将圆筒件夹紧,支撑心轴3具有连接端和自由端,支撑心轴3通过连接端与固定底座连接,支撑心轴3靠近自由端具有与支撑心轴3同轴的孔腔31,孔腔31的末端圆周方向均设若干通孔4,每个通孔4均穿有支撑件41。
优选地,通孔4设有内螺纹,支撑件41为与通孔4相配合的螺栓。螺栓选用较长的全丝螺栓。
优选地,螺栓与孔腔31内壁之间还设有弹性垫圈42。弹性垫圈42在防止螺栓松动的同时还能够保护孔腔31内壁免受损害。
优选地,夹臂2包括沿圆筒件5轴线相对方向设置的两个。
优选地,夹臂连有升降装置(未图示)。两个夹臂通过升降装置能够相对的上下移动调节,不仅更方便地装夹筒件,还可有效针对直径尺寸不一的筒件。
优选地,升降装置为升降丝杆(未图示)。

1.一种圆筒件加工用夹具,其特征在于,包括固定底座,支撑心轴及夹臂,所述夹臂从圆筒件外圆周面将圆筒件夹紧,所述支撑心轴具有连接端和自由端,所述支撑心轴通过连接端与所述固定底座连接,所述支撑心轴靠近自由端具有与支撑心轴同轴的孔腔,所述孔腔的末端圆周方向均设若干通孔,每个所述通孔均穿有支撑件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆筒件加工用夹具,其特征在于,所述通孔设有内螺纹,所述支撑件为与所述通孔相配合的螺栓。
3.根据权利要求3所述的圆筒件加工用夹具,其特征在于,所述螺栓与孔腔内壁之间还设有垫圈。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的圆筒件加工用夹具,其特征在于,所述夹臂包括沿圆筒件轴线相对方向设置的至少两个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的圆筒件加工用夹具,其特征在于,所述夹臂连有升降装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的圆筒件加工用夹具,其特征在于,所述升降装置为升降气缸或升降丝杆。
