本发明公开了一种铅酸动力电池的极板切割装置,包括有运输带,所述运输带由底座和转轴构成,所述运输带上设置有工装板,所述工装板上设置有与极板形状相对应的安装槽,所述安装槽的上方设置有支架,并在所述支架上设置有切刀,所述安装槽的左端连接着左运输带,安装槽的右端连接着右运输带;通过设置有安装槽和切刀来自动对端头处的余料进行切除,并且通过设置有可升降的定位杆使得极板可以精确的移动到安装槽中,以提高余料切割的精确度,本发明结构简单、操作方便、极板的余料切割效率更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及动力电池领域,尤其涉及一种铅酸动力电池中极板的切割装置。
背景技术
极板是铅酸动力电池中必不可少的部件,极板在生产中,端头处经常会出现铅膏的余料,如若不及时清理会极大的影响电池的性能,而现有的端头余料是由工人手动进行操作清理的,清理效率较低,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了铅酸动力电池的极板切割装置,通过设置有安装槽和切刀来自动对端头处的余料进行切除,并且通过设置有挡板和隔板来提高切割的效率,以解决现有极板余料切割效率低下的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种铅酸动力电池的极板切割装置,包括有运输带,所述运输带由底座和转轴构成,所述运输带上设置有工装板,所述工装板上设置有与极板形状相对应的安装槽,所述安装槽的上方设置有支架,并在所述支架上设置有切刀,所述安装槽的左端连接着左运输带,安装槽的右端连接着右运输带。
进一步改进在于:安装槽的中部设置有气缸控制的定位杆,所述定位杆的端头部设置有平板。
进一步改进在于:所述安装槽与右运输带的连接处设置有挡板,所述安装槽与左运输带的连接处设置有推板,所述挡板和推板均由气缸控制。
进一步改进在于:所述安装槽的底部设置有可翻转的隔板,所述隔板下设置有收集箱。
本发明的有益效果是:通过设置有安装槽和切刀来自动对端头处的余料进行切除,并且通过设置有可升降的定位杆使得极板可以精确的移动到安装槽中,以提高余料切割的精确度,再通过设置有挡板和推板来限定极板在安装槽的移动状态,当切割好后推板挡板下降,由推板推动极板移动到右运输带上继续移动。本发明结构简单、操作方便、极板的余料切割效率更高。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种铅酸动力电池的极板切割装置,包括有运输带1,所述运输带1由底座和转轴构成,所述运输带1上设置有工装板2,所述工装板2上设置有与极板形状相对应的安装槽3,所述安装槽3的上方设置有支架4,并在所述支架4上设置有切刀5,所述安装槽3的左端连接着左运输带1a,安装槽3的右端连接着右运输带1b。所述安装槽3的中部设置有气缸6控制的定位杆7,所述定位杆7的端头部设置有平板8。所述安装槽3与右运输带1b的连接处设置有挡板9,所述安装槽3与左运输带1a的连接处设置有推板10,所述挡板和推板均由气缸控制。所述安装槽3的底部设置有可翻转的隔板11,所述隔板11下设置有收集箱12。
通过设置有安装槽3和切刀5来自动对端头处的余料进行切除,并且通过设置有可升降的定位杆7使得极板可以精确的移动到安装槽3中,以提高余料切割的精确度,再通过设置有挡板9和推板10来限定极板在安装槽的移动状态,当切割好后推板挡板下降,由推板推动极板移动到右运输带上继续移动。本发明结构简单、操作方便、极板的余料切割效率更高。

1.一种铅酸动力电池的极板切割装置,包括有运输带(1),所述运输带(1)由底座和转轴构成,其特征在于:所述运输带(1)上设置有工装板(2),所述工装板(2)上设置有与极板形状相对应的安装槽(3),所述安装槽(3)的上方设置有支架(4),并在所述支架(4)上设置有切刀(5),所述安装槽(3)的左端连接着左运输带(1a),安装槽(3)的右端连接着右运输带(1b),所述安装槽(3)的中部设置有气缸(6)控制的定位杆(7),所述定位杆(7)的端头部设置有平板(8),所述安装槽(3)与右运输带(1b)的连接处设置有挡板(9),所述安装槽(3)与左运输带(1a)的连接处设置有推板(10),所述安装槽(3)的底部设置有可翻转的隔板(11),所述隔板(11)下设置有收集箱(12)。
