本发明公开了一种节能的胶粘制品涂胶机,包括:充满胶水的盛胶池,盛胶池内安装有涂胶辊,涂胶辊的圆周面有部分浸在胶水中,涂胶辊的上方安装有与其紧压的压辊,基料从涂胶辊和压辊之间穿过,还包括:两根喷管,喷管上开设有喷孔,喷孔竖直朝上且对准涂胶辊位于浆料池内的中心轴,喷管输入高温胶水,涂胶辊中心轴获得的热量最多。本发明具有结构合离、涂胶厚薄均匀、节省能源的有益效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶粘制品涂胶机。
背景技术
胶粘制品加工过程中,需要将基料送到涂胶机涂胶,涂胶机设置有涂胶辊、与涂胶辊配套的压辊,涂胶辊有部分浸没在盛胶池内,基料从涂胶辊和压辊之间穿过,涂胶辊在滚动过程中,能将胶水粘到基料上,由于涂胶辊、压辊的转动轴安装在支架上,容易通过该支架散热,涂胶辊的两个端面有部分暴露在空中会散热,压辊的两个端面散热会传导到涂胶辊的两个端面,安装涂胶辊转动轴的盛胶池两个端面也会散热,最后造成盛胶池内的胶水温度不均匀,其结果是,靠近涂胶辊两端的胶水温度要低于靠近涂胶辊中心的胶水温度,温度不均匀会造成胶水浓度厚薄不一样,受此影响,加工成的基料胶水厚薄不均匀,影响到产品质量,通过搅拌设备会提高胶水的均匀度,但搅拌会增加能耗。
发明内容
本发明根据以上不足,提供了一种节能的胶粘制品涂胶机,通过温度补偿,使得胶水温度均匀,最终使得加工的基料涂胶厚薄均匀。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种节能的胶粘制品涂胶机,包括:充满胶水的盛胶池,盛胶池内安装有涂胶辊,涂胶辊的圆周面有部分浸在胶水中,涂胶辊的上方安装有与其紧压的压辊,基料从涂胶辊和压辊之间穿过,还包括:
两根喷管,喷管上开设有喷孔,喷孔竖直朝上且对准涂胶辊位于浆料池内的中心轴,喷管输入高温胶水,涂胶辊中心轴获得的热量最多。
所述盛胶池由金属制成,在涂胶辊下方的盛胶池底部外设置有紧贴的电加热器,该电加热器包括:
绝缘架;
电热丝,绕在绝缘架上,靠近绝缘架两端的电热丝绕得密,靠近绝缘架中心的电热丝绕得疏,疏密逐渐变化,温度逐渐变化。该技术方案能精确分配电能。
本发明加热器产生的热量,通过胶水向上对流传导,能补偿各个辊转动轴引起的温度流失,最后能温度均匀地传递到粘胶制品上。
需要说明的是,本发明针对散热部位,采用局部加热的工作方式来补偿温度流失,解决温度不均,其它部位的温度相对较低,其它部位与环境温度的温差会减少,散热也会减少,是比较节能的方法,如果通过搅拌设备来解决温度不均,其它部位的温度会相对较高,其它部位与环境温度的温差会增加,散热也会增加,能耗会明显增加,涂胶辊的转动轴始终存在散热,温差始终存在,尤其是冬天。本发明也可以与搅拌设备同时存在,但交替使用。
喷孔喷出的高温胶水能弥补涂胶辊、压辊两端的温度损失与加热器的加热并不矛盾,由于存在热量叠加效应,需要协调考虑。
加热器可以拆卸,方便维修,或根据不同的季节、不同的产品更换不同的加热器。
由于中部的温度变化不大,所述绝缘架中心是指一段距离J,在该距离J内,所述电热丝均匀绕制。
还包括保温材料,安装在电加热器外。
作为优选,所述绝缘架上设置有绕线端子,所述电热丝绕在绕线端子上。
作为优选,所述绝缘架开设有与电热丝形状适配的凹槽,电热丝放置在该凹槽内。
作为优选,所述喷管上开设有多个对称设置的喷孔,靠近所述涂胶辊中心轴的喷孔间距密,远离涂胶辊中心轴的喷孔间距疏,疏密逐渐过渡。
作为优选,所述两个最远喷孔之间的距离等于所述涂胶辊的直径。
本发明基料连接到其它工序上的设备。
本发明具有结构合离、涂胶厚薄均匀、节省能源的有益效果。

如图所示,一种节能的胶粘制品涂胶机,包括:充满胶水的盛胶池3,盛胶池3内安装有涂胶辊23,涂胶辊23的圆周面有部分浸在胶水中,涂胶辊23的上方安装有与其紧压的压辊22,基料1从涂胶辊23和压辊22之间穿过,还包括:
两根喷管31,喷管31上开设有喷孔32,喷孔32竖直朝上且对准涂胶辊23位于浆料池3内的中心轴,喷管31输入高温胶水,涂胶辊23中心轴获得的热量最多。
盛胶池3由金属制成,在涂胶辊23下方的盛胶池3底部外设置有紧贴的电加热器101,该电加热器101包括:

压辊22可由电机带动,其它的辊可通过链条或齿轮跟随电机联动。
涂胶辊23的转动轴可放置在有弹性的支撑架上。
喷管31上开设有多个对称设置的喷孔32,靠近涂胶辊23中心轴的喷孔32间距密,远离涂胶辊23中心轴的喷孔32间距疏,疏密逐渐过渡。
两个最远喷孔32之间的距离等于涂胶辊23的直径。
盛胶池3还能设置不同位置上的胶水输入管31,例如在盛胶池3的顶部,喷孔间距相同,热量均匀地注入到盛胶池内,盛胶池3的底部可以设置出口,利用胶水输入管31和出口循环胶水,在盛胶池3外对胶水加温,也可以在盛胶池3的底部设置普通的加热器,均匀发热即可,与本发明方案不矛盾。

1.一种节能的胶粘制品涂胶机,包括:充满胶水的盛胶池(3),盛胶池(3)内安装有涂胶辊(23),涂胶辊(23)的圆周面有部分浸在胶水中,涂胶辊(23)的上方安装有与其紧压的压辊(22),基料(1)从涂胶辊(23)和压辊(22)之间穿过,其特征是,还包括:
两根喷管(31),喷管(31)上开设有喷孔(32),喷孔(32)竖直朝上且对准涂胶辊(23)位于浆料池(3)内的中心轴,喷管(31)输入高温胶水,涂胶辊(23)中心轴获得的热量最多;
所述盛胶池(3)由金属制成,在涂胶辊(23)下方的盛胶池(3)底部外设置有紧贴的电加热器(101),该电加热器(101)包括:
绝缘架(103);
电热丝(102),绕在绝缘架(103)上,靠近绝缘架(103)两端的电热丝(102)绕得密,靠近绝缘架(103)中心的电热丝(102)绕得疏,疏密逐渐变化,温度逐渐变化;
