Abstract

一种板蓝根颗粒及其制备方法，该板蓝根颗粒包含板蓝根、玄参、穿心莲、忍冬、金银花和甘草，可用于治疗温热发烧、风热感冒、头痛、发疹等疾病，疗效好，质量稳定、无副作用；采用乙醇溶液进行提取，时间短，效率高；可全面提取药物含有的水溶性和脂溶性等有益成分，最大限度的保留有效成分。

Description

一种板蓝根颗粒及其制备方法
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种重要提取物，特别是一种板蓝根颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术：
板蓝根始载于《神农本草经》，有清热解毒、凉血利咽功能，常用于病毒性及细菌性感染。
板蓝根颗粒由板蓝根药材经水提、醇沉、制粒而得，由于临床疗效确切，被历版《中国药典》收载。其制备工艺为：加水煎煮二次，第一次2小时，第二次1小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.20(50℃)，加乙醇使含醇量为60％，静置使沉淀，取上清液，回收乙醇并浓缩至适量。取稠膏，加入适量的蔗糖和糊精，制成颗粒，干燥，即得。由于水提后浓缩及醇沉后收醇的加热时间较长，故对有效成分的破坏较大，提取液中脂溶性成分在浓缩过程中可能损失70％以上。因此其制备工艺存在不合理性，应予以改进和完善。同时，单纯的板蓝根在清热解毒、凉血利咽上疗效不是非常明显，应采用新配方，以增强其疗效。
本发明不仅对工艺进行了改进，而且采用新的配方，产品富含活性成分，疗效好，质量稳定、无副作用。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术之不足，提供一种板蓝根颗粒，其采用新的配方，疗效好，质量稳定、无副作用。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种板蓝根颗粒的制备方法。
按照本发明所提供的一种板蓝根颗粒，由以下重量份的组分组成：
板蓝根：20-30份
玄参：2-5份
穿心莲：5-10份
忍冬：5-10份
金银花：5-10份
甘草：1-3份。
一种板蓝根颗粒的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)、将板蓝根20-30份、玄参2-5份、穿心莲5-10份、忍冬5-10份、金银花5-10份、甘草1-3份用清水清洗干净后，放入80-120度的烘箱中烘干至水分含量在15％以下，然后进行粉碎，过30目筛。
(2)、将步骤(1)所得的粉末放入容器中，并加入5-10倍粉末重量的55％-65％乙醇溶液，封闭容器；
(3)、对容器进行加热回流提取得到药物的乙醇溶液；
(4)、对提取液加热回收乙醇，得到药物的水溶液；
(5)、将药液减压浓缩得到稠膏。
按照本发明所提供的一种板蓝根颗粒及其制备方法，其相对于现有技术的优点为：
(1)、该板蓝根颗粒包含板蓝根、玄参、穿心莲、忍冬、金银花和甘草，可用于治疗温热发烧、风热感冒、头痛、发疹等疾病，疗效好，质量稳定、无副作用；
(2)采用乙醇溶液进行提取，时间短，效率高；可全面提取药物含有的水溶性和脂溶性等有益成分，最大限度的保留有效成分。
具体实施方式：
按照本发明提供的一种板蓝根颗粒，由以下重量份的组分组成：
板蓝根：25份
玄参：3份
穿心莲：8份
忍冬：8份
金银花：6份
甘草：2份。
一种板蓝根颗粒的制备方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
(1)、将板蓝根25份、玄参3份、穿心莲8份、忍冬8份、金银花6份、甘草2份用清水清洗干净后，放入100度的烘箱中烘干至水分含量在15％以下，然后进行粉碎，过30目筛。
(2)、将步骤(1)所得的粉末放入容器中，并加入5-10倍粉末重量的60％乙醇溶液，封闭容器；
(3)、对容器进行加热回流提取得到药物的乙醇溶液；
(4)、对提取液加热回收乙醇，得到药物的水溶液；
(5)、将药液减压浓缩得到稠膏。

1.一种板蓝根颗粒，其特征在于：由以下重量份的组分组成：
板蓝根：20-30份
玄参：2-5份
穿心莲：5-10份
忍冬：5-10份
金银花：5-10份
甘草：1-3份。
2.一种用于制备权利要求1所述的一种板蓝根颗粒的方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
(1)、将板蓝根20-30份、玄参2-5份、穿心莲5-10份、忍冬5-10份、金银花5-10份、甘草1-3份用清水清洗干净后，放入80-120度的烘箱中烘干至水分含量在15％以下，然后进行粉碎，过30目筛。
(2)、将步骤(1)所得的粉末放入容器中，并加入5-10倍粉末重量的55％-65％乙醇溶液，封闭容器；
(3)、对容器进行加热回流提取得到药物的乙醇溶液；
(4)、对提取液加热回收乙醇，得到药物的水溶液；
(5)、将药液减压浓缩得到稠膏。
