本发明提供一种中药滴丸生产装置及利用其制作利眠滴丸的方法。中药滴丸生产装置，包括上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐，上药液罐顶端连接气管，上药液罐外侧壁上设有第一热水进口和第一热水出口，中间药液罐设有第二热水进口和第二热水出口，下药液罐设有第三热水进口和第三热水出口，上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐的底部均为药液出口，上药液罐的药液出口连通中间药液罐的内层结构，中间药液罐的药液出口连通下药液罐的内层结构，下药液罐的药液出口上可拆卸连接有滴丸形成口，滴丸形成口下方设有装有冷却剂的冷却容器。

中药滴丸生产装置及利用其制作利眠滴丸的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药滴丸生产装置及利用其制作利眠滴丸的方法。
背景技术
滴制法制丸是将药物溶解、乳化或混悬于适宜的熔融的基质中，通过适宜的滴头滴入不相混溶的冷凝液中，由于表面张力的作用使液滴收缩成球状，并冷却凝固而制成的丸剂。
现行制备滴丸的器械，主要由滴头、保温设备、控制冷凝温度的设备、冷凝液容器等组成，存在结构复杂，使用制造加工不便的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种中药滴丸生产装置及利用其制作利眠滴丸的方法。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种中药滴丸生产装置，包括自上而下设置的上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐，上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐均为双层结构，上药液罐顶端连接带有控制阀并接高压气源的气管，上药液罐外侧壁上设有第一热水进口和第一热水出口，中间药液罐设有第二热水进口和第二热水出口，下药液罐设有第三热水进口和第三热水出口，第一热水出口连通第二热水进口，第二热水出口连通第三热水进口，第三热水出口连通第一热水进口，上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐的底部均为药液出口，上药液罐的药液出口连通中间药液罐的内层结构，中间药液罐的药液出口连通下药液罐的内层结构，下药液罐的药液出口上可拆卸连接有滴丸形成口，滴丸形成口下方设有装有冷却剂的冷却容器。
所述药用滴丸装置中，上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐均为石英玻璃。
一种利用所述中药滴丸生产装置制作利眠滴丸的方法，包括以下步骤：
a.何首乌提取物制作：用体积比浓度为70%乙醇回流提取，浓缩至每ml含生药量5g，提取液回收乙醇；
b.酸枣仁提取物制作：取酸枣仁粉碎过滤，用80℃石油醚脱脂2次，每次2h，去除石油醚，干燥后加水，提取90min，提取三次，提取液混合后，浓缩至每ml含生药量5g；
c.远志提取物制作：取远志加入10倍重量的水煎煮3次，每次2小时，药液混合后，浓缩至每ml含生药量5g；
d．柏子仁提取物制作：取柏子仁粉碎后，加入12体积倍量的体积比浓度为75%乙醇液，85℃下回流萃取2小时，提取三次，提取液经浓缩至每ml含生药量5g；
e.将上述各步骤的等重量的提取液合并，浓缩至浸膏相对密度为1.1-1.2；
f.将浸膏与聚乙二醇4000混合成料液，料液加入上药液罐内，加入热水至熔融，向上药液罐内通入高压气体，料液依次经过中间药液罐和下药液罐，经滴丸形成口滴入冷却容器即可。
本发明的有益效果：
中药滴丸生产装置，料液经上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐后经冷却容器制成成品，操作方便；整体结构简单，易生产；利用中药滴丸生产装置制作利眠滴丸，养血安神，用于失眠多梦，产品疗效好。

一种中药滴丸生产装置，包括自上而下设置的上药液罐3、中间药液罐5和下药液罐7，上药液罐3、中间药液罐5和下药液罐7均为双层结构，上药液罐3顶端连接带有控制阀9并接高压气源的气管1，上药液罐3外侧壁上设有第一热水进口2和第一热水出口10，中间药液罐5设有第二热水进口11和第二热水出口6，下药液罐7设有第三热水进口8和第三热水出口，第一热水出口10连通第二热水进口11，第二热水出口6连通第三热水进口8，第三热水出口12连通第一热水进口2，上药液罐3、中间药液罐5和下药液罐7的底部均为药液出口4，上药液罐3的药液出口4连通中间药液罐5的内层结构，中间药液罐5的药液出口4连通下药液罐7的内层结构，下药液罐7的药液出口4上可拆卸连接有滴丸形成口13，滴丸形成口13下方设有装有冷却剂的冷却容器14。
上药液罐3、中间药液罐5和下药液罐7均为石英玻璃。
一种利用中药滴丸生产装置制作利眠滴丸的方法，包括以下步骤：
a.何首乌提取物制作：用体积比浓度为70%乙醇回流提取，浓缩至每ml含生药量5g，提取液回收乙醇；
b.酸枣仁提取物制作：取酸枣仁粉碎过滤，用80℃石油醚脱脂2次，每次2h，去除石油醚，干燥后加水，提取90min，提取三次，提取液混合后，浓缩至每ml含生药量5g；
c.远志提取物制作：取远志加入10倍重量的水煎煮3次，每次2小时，药液混合后，浓缩至每ml含生药量5g；
d．柏子仁提取物制作：取柏子仁粉碎后，加入12体积倍量的体积比浓度为75%乙醇液，85℃下回流萃取2小时，提取三次，提取液经浓缩至每ml含生药量5g；
e.将上述各步骤的等重量的提取液合并，浓缩至浸膏相对密度为1.1-1.2；
f.将浸膏与聚乙二醇4000混合成料液，料液加入上药液罐3内，加入热水至熔融，向上药液罐3内通入高压气体，料液依次经过中间药液罐5和下药液罐7，经滴丸形成口13滴入冷却容器14即可。

1.一种中药滴丸生产装置，其特征在于：包括自上而下设置的上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐，上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐均为双层结构，上药液罐顶端连接带有控制阀并接高压气源的气管，上药液罐外侧壁上设有第一热水进口和第一热水出口，中间药液罐设有第二热水进口和第二热水出口，下药液罐设有第三热水进口和第三热水出口，第一热水出口连通第二热水进口，第二热水出口连通第三热水进口，第三热水出口连通第一热水进口，上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐的底部均为药液出口，上药液罐的药液出口连通中间药液罐的内层结构，中间药液罐的药液出口连通下药液罐的内层结构，下药液罐的药液出口上可拆卸连接有滴丸形成口，滴丸形成口下方设有装有冷却剂的冷却容器。
2.根据权利要求1所述药用滴丸装置，其特征在于：上药液罐、中间药液罐和下药液罐均为石英玻璃。
3.一种利用权利要求1或2所述中药滴丸生产装置制作利眠滴丸的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
a.何首乌提取物制作：用体积比浓度为70%乙醇回流提取，浓缩至每ml含生药量5g，提取液回收乙醇；
b.酸枣仁提取物制作：取酸枣仁粉碎过滤，用80℃石油醚脱脂2次，每次2h，去除石油醚，干燥后加水，提取90min，提取三次，提取液混合后，浓缩至每ml含生药量5g；

f.将浸膏与聚乙二醇4000混合成料液，料液加入上药液罐内，加入热水至熔融，向上药液罐内通入高压气体，料液依次经过中间药液罐和下药液罐，经滴丸形成口滴入冷却容器即可。
