Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的除草剂组合物,该除草剂组合物的活性成分为五氟磺草胺与唑草胺,所述五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的重量比为30:1~1:45。本发明的组合物组份合理,防效优于各组份单独施用时的活性,具有增效作用;且扩大了杂草防除谱,一次施药防除水稻田禾本科、莎草科及阔叶杂草;同时减少了施药次数,降低防治成本,减缓杂草抗性的产生,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及除草剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的除草剂组合物。
技术背景
随着高毒农药的逐步淘汰,需要高效、低毒、安全、对环境友好的新型药剂,同时农药的长期使用使病虫草害的抗药性产生,对防治药剂的要求也越来越高,这就需要农药研发人员开发出更高效安全的新型药剂,满足防治要求。由于我国农药创制刚刚起步,具有自主知识产权的农药品种还不能满足需要,因此,开发新型的农药混配制剂,是当前农药发展的必由之路。
水稻是我国主要的粮食作物之一,稻田除草是生产上的一大难题。化学除草是目前控制杂草的主要手段。近年来,由于一些除草单剂品种大面积单独使用,已经导致很多杂草产生抗药性,因此,急需高效、低毒、经济、安全的水稻田新型除草药剂。
五氟磺草胺是由美国陶农科公司开发的苗后用三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺除草剂,通过抑制乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)而起作用。药经由杂草叶片、鞘部或者根部,传导至分生组织,造成杂草生长停止,黄化,然后死亡。用于防除水稻一年生杂草,对稗草特效,但对部分禾本科杂草、莎草和阔叶杂草防效较差。该药剂的作用靶标是乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS),据文献报告抗磺酰脲类除草剂的杂草对三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类除草剂的交互抗性水平显著低于对其他磺酰脲类药剂,且五氟磺草胺的除草活性与其它ALS抑制剂有明显的差异。因此五氟磺草胺是防治水稻田杂草较理想的除草剂。
唑草胺为细胞生长抑制剂,苗前苗后除草剂,对稗草特效,对莎草科杂草、阔叶杂草有较好的防效,对移栽水稻安全无害,持效期40天左右,对芽前到三叶期杂草均有效。
单独使用上述任意一种单组份的除草剂不仅成本较高,而且杀草谱比较窄,难以达到一次防除多种杂草的效果,而且施用程序繁琐,耗时耗力。除草剂合理复配是提高防除效果,扩大杀草谱或拓宽使用时间,延缓杂草群落演替的速度,降低农药单一使用带来的抗性风险,减轻对环境的污染,降低使用成本及降低除草剂残留的一种有效方法。
本申请人对五氟磺草胺和唑草胺的配方筛选进行了深入研究,发现五氟磺草胺和唑草胺进行混配,在一定的混配比例范围内对水稻田禾本科、莎草科及阔叶杂草有增效或加成作用,经进一步研究,完成了本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防治效率高且不宜产生抗药性的农药组合物,用于防除水稻田禾本科、莎草科及阔叶杂草,达到成本低且对作物安全的目的。
本发明的技术方案是这样解决的:
一种含五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的除草剂组合物,所述除草剂组合物的活性成分为五氟磺草胺与唑草胺,所述五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的重量比为30:1~1:45。
进一步,所述五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的重量比为6:1~1:9。
更进一步,所述五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的重量和为所述除草剂组合物总重量的0.1%~80%。
更进一步,所述五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的重量和为所述除草剂组合物总重量的2%~50%。
按照本领域技术人员所公知的方法,本发明含五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的除草剂组合物实际应用时可配制成农业上允许的任意剂型,优先的制剂剂型是水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、粉剂、颗粒剂、悬浮剂或可分散油悬浮剂。
本发明的除草剂组合物应用于防除水稻田禾本科、莎草科及阔叶杂草。
对于本发明除草组合物的各种剂型选择合适的助剂来完成也是本发明的贡献之一,其中水分散粒剂中分散剂选自聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、EO/PO嵌段聚醚;润湿剂选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚;崩解剂选自硫酸铵、硫酸钠、氯化钠、氯化铵、尿素、蔗糖、葡萄糖、羧甲基纤维素、可溶淀粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;粘结剂选自聚乙烯醇、可溶性淀粉、糊精、黄原胶、羧甲基(乙基)纤维素类;填料选自硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土。
可湿性粉剂使用的助剂有:分散剂选自聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐;润湿剂选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐;填料选自硫酸铵、尿素、蔗糖、葡萄糖、硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土。
粉剂使用的填料选自硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土、粘土。
颗粒剂使用的助剂有:载体选自硫酸铵、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、过磷酸钙、硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土、紫砂岩粉、石煤渣、粘土、砂子、红砖、锯末、淀粉;粘结剂选自石蜡、石膏、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基(乙基)纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚维酮、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇;染色剂为氧化铁。

本发明组分合理,防效优于各组分单独施用时的活性,具有增效作用,扩大杂草防治谱,一次施药防除水稻田禾本科、莎草科及阔叶杂草,减少施药次数,降低防治成本,减缓杂草抗性的产生,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。本发明对水稻田禾本科、莎草科及阔叶杂草具有较好的防除效果。
具体实施方式
为了进一步理解本发明,下面将结合案例对本发明做详细地说明。
本发明实施例是采用室内毒力测定和田间实验结合的方法。为了进一步理解本发明,下面仅以实施例来说明,实验中所用25克/升五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂和40%唑草胺悬浮剂均从市场购买得到。
一、制剂配方例
实施例1:62%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺水分散粒剂
称取60%五氟磺草胺、2%唑草胺、4%十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚、2%木质素磺酸钠、1%拉开粉BX(二丁基萘磺酸钠)、1%K-12(十二烷基硫酸钠)、3%蔗糖、0.1%糊精、9%滑石粉、高岭土加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取62%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺水分散粒剂。
实施例2:35%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺悬浮剂
称取30%五氟磺草胺、5%唑草胺、3%木质素磺酸钠、4%农乳2201、3%苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯,0.1%硅酸镁铝、4%乙二醇、0.2%苯甲酸钠、0.4%有机硅类消泡剂、去离子水加至100%,制得35%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺悬浮剂。
实施例3:50%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可湿性粉剂
称取5%五氟磺草胺、45%唑草胺、5%木质素磺酸钙、2%拉开粉BX、3%十二烷基磺酸钠、3%滑石粉、陶土加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得50%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例4:23%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可分散油悬浮剂
称取0.5%五氟磺草胺、22.5%唑草胺、3%木质素磺酸钙、5%十二烷基硫酸铵、4%吐温-60#、1%膨润土、5%乙二醇、1%磷酸三苯酯、油酸甲酯加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得23%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可分散油悬浮剂。
实施例5:24%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺悬浮剂
称取18%五氟磺草胺、6%唑草胺、4%TERSPERSE 2700、3%苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、3%农乳700#、1%黄原胶、3%苯甲酸钠、0.5%有机硅类消泡剂、3%乙二醇、去离子水加至100%,制得24%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺悬浮剂。
实施例6:70%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺水分散粒剂
称取50%五氟磺草胺、20%唑草胺、5%十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3%木质素磺酸钠、3%羧甲基纤维素、8%陶土、玉米淀粉加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取70%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺水分散粒剂。
实施例7:40%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺水分散粒剂
称取20%五氟磺草胺、20%唑草胺、3%十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3%木质素磺酸钠、1%拉开粉BX、1%K-12、3%蔗糖、1%羧甲基纤维素、6%轻质碳酸钙、凹凸棒土加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取40%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺水分散粒剂。
实施例8:80%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可湿性粉剂
称取10%五氟磺草胺、70%唑草胺、4%木质素磺酸钙、2%拉开粉BX、2%K-12、7%硅藻土、白炭黑加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得80%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例9:55%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可湿性粉剂
称取10%五氟磺草胺、45%唑草胺、6%木质素磺酸钙、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、10%陶土、高岭土加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得55%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例10:27%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可分散油悬浮剂
称取24%吡嘧磺隆、3%唑草胺、4%TERSPERSE 2700、2%农乳700#、2%乳化剂BY-110、2%K-12、1.5%白炭黑、1%乙二醇、玉米油加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得27%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可分散油悬浮剂。
实施例11:5%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺颗粒剂
称取4%五氟磺草胺、1%唑草胺、2%石膏、1%氧化铁、3%淀粉、高岭土加至100%重量份。挤压法制粒:上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后,加水捏合,挤压成粒,并烘干,筛分,制得5%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺颗粒剂。
实施例12:2%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺颗粒剂
称取0.5%五氟磺草胺、1.5%唑草胺、3%石蜡、5%白炭黑、1%氧化铁、砂子加至100%重量份。包衣法制粒:上述原料中,将五氟磺草胺、唑草胺和白炭黑混合粉碎成母粉,备用;将石蜡热熔呈液态喷入已水洗并干燥预热至50℃砂子,并混合均匀后,将母粉加入,搅拌5~10分钟,制得2%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺颗粒剂。
实施例13:30%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺悬浮剂
称取4%五氟磺草胺、26%唑草胺、5%TERSPERSE 2425、3%农乳700#、2%K-12、0.2%硅酸镁铝、5%氯化钠、0.2%苯甲酸钠、0.5%有机硅类消泡剂、去离子水加至100%,制得30%吡五氟磺草胺·唑草胺悬浮剂。

称取26%五氟磺草胺、4%唑草胺、3%农乳2201#、6%BY-110、3%TERSPERSE4894、1%膨润土、4%乙二醇、1%环氧大豆油、玉米油加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得30%五氟磺草胺·唑草胺可分散油悬浮剂。
二、共毒系数实验
为了验证本发明对防除水稻田禾本科、莎草科及阔叶杂草,发明人以五氟磺草胺、唑草胺有效成分进行了相互复配的增效研究。实验采用繁缕为测试对象,具体方法为:

1)试验药剂由安徽蓝田农业开发有限公司技术中心将五氟磺草胺和唑草胺原药配制成需要的试验药剂。
2)试验对象:繁缕(Stellaria media(L.)Cyrillus)。
3)试验方法:靶标杂草的培养采用温室盆栽培养法,用直径为17cm的陶盆,分别将未使用过除草剂的水稻田中采回土壤风干、过筛后装盆,盆内干土定量4/5处,土壤pH值7.0,有机质含量1.1%。将上年田间采集的繁缕种子浸泡后各约40粒均匀点播在土壤表面,盖土0.5~1cm后置于温室内培养,室内温度(28~32)℃/(18~25)℃(d/n),播种后保持土壤湿润。在繁缕2~3叶时置喷雾塔内喷药(ASS-1型农药喷洒系统,DG8003喷头,喷雾压力2.75mPa,喷液量40千克/亩),施药1天后保持3cm水层,置于温室内培养观察。
4)分析:用DPS数据处理器软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的EC50值,以此来评价供试药剂对供试杂草的活性。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按下列公式计算:CTC=(ATI/TTI)×100,ATI=S/M,TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB;
式中:CTC-共毒系数,ATI-混剂实测毒力指数,TTI-混剂理论毒力指数,S-标准除草剂EC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);M-混剂的EC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);TIA-A药剂毒力指数;PA-A药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%);TIB-B药剂毒力指数;PB-B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。
当复配制剂的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。
2、取制剂配方例中1~10对繁缕进行试验,测定其毒力指数,再按孙云沛的共毒系数公式算出其各配比的共毒系数,结果见表1:

室内毒力测定结果表明:五氟磺草胺和唑草胺的混配制剂对繁缕有很好的毒杀效果,五氟磺草胺和唑草胺重量比为30:1~1:45之间的共毒系数为123.23~191.70,均大于120,故具有显著增效作用,并且五氟磺草胺与唑草胺重量比为6:1~1:9之间的增效作用更为明显。
三、生物实例防除水稻田间药效试验
供试药剂:实施例5~10中的复配除草剂。
对照药剂:25克/升五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂、40%唑草胺悬浮剂。
供试作物:水稻,水稻长势良好,无其他病虫害。
防除对象:稗草、异型莎草、鳢肠、鸭舌草。
试验方法:按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,并兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器进行均匀喷雾。
试验后分别在药后14天、28天观察杂草死亡情况,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。此外,还要在1~4天内观察作物的生长情况,以考察药剂对作物是否有药害。
实验结果见下表2(药后14天)和表3(药后28天)。

从表2和表3可以看出:本发明的除草剂组合物对稗草、异型莎草、鳢肠、鸭舌草的防效均显著高于对照药剂25克/升五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂、40%唑草胺悬浮剂,说明两药剂混配后在大田使用中有明显的增效作用,同时节省了用药成本,扩大了杂草防治谱。
综上所述,本发明组份合理,防效优于各组份单独施用时的活性,田间药效试验验证其组合具有增效作用,扩大杂草防除谱,一次施药防除水稻田禾本科、莎草科及阔叶杂草,减少施药次数,降低防治成本,减缓杂草抗性的产生,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
Claims (5)
1.一种含五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的除草剂组合物,其特征在于:所述除草剂组合物的有效成分为五氟磺草胺与唑草胺,所述五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的重量比为30:1~1:45。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于:所述五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的重量比为6:1~1:9。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于:所述五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的重量和为所述除草剂组合物总重量的0.1%~80%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于:所述五氟磺草胺与唑草胺的重量和为所述除草剂组合物总重量的2%~50%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于:所述除草剂组合物的剂型为水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、粉剂、颗粒剂、悬浮剂或可分散油悬浮剂。
