Abstract

一种门窗节能增强复合防水副框,副框设置在窗框下部,副框设有中空型材主框体,主框体的空腔内设置有两个垂直固定于主体的第一凸片和第二凸片;在第一凸片和第二凸片的上部设有一块贯通主体内腔的M型加强芯板;螺钉依次通过螺钉安装孔、螺纹套筒、螺钉孔将所述主框体固定在墙体上;在主框体的外侧沿上设有挡雨凸沿,在挡雨凸沿上垂直设置有窗框挡板,窗框挡板设有注胶槽。本发明采用了塑料制成的副框,不仅降低了整体自重,而且有效避免了电化学腐蚀的发生;另一方面设置加强芯板,能有效保证塑料副框的整体强度,并且在副框主框体的腔体内设置保温材料与防火材料,能够提高副框的防火保温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑门窗构件,具体是一种门窗节能增强复合防水副框。该框适用于合种窗户的安装,是一种防水、节能、保温、隔热的新型节能增强复合防水副框。
背景技术
现有技术中常用的副框为钢副框,如公开号为CN2373534Y公开了一种带有钢副框的塑料窗,将钢副框用传统的方法安装在墙上的窗洞口内,把四周嵌装有密封胶条的塑料窗框推入已装好的钢副框中,用螺钉拧牢,螺钉上带有密封垫圈。使用上述材料制成的副框,由于采用钢制材料的副框由于会与雨水相接触,螺钉与钢副框接触时若存在密封性不佳两者会发生电化学腐蚀,造成副框的使用寿命降低;同时采用钢制材料制成的副框,还存在自重较大,安装也不方便,且其保温隔热、防水效果均不是很理想。因此,非常需要对现有副框技术进行改进,提出一种新结构新材质的新型高质量的副框,并且能达到防水、保温、隔热、节能的特点,以提高建筑的整体质量和节能效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种门窗节能增强复合防水副框,该副框采用全新的结构,新的材质。采用这种副框不仅具有整体重量轻、耐久性高、防火性高、导电性好、保温隔热等优点,特别是具有可有效防止电化学腐蚀现象的发生,大大提高了门窗的节能效果和使用寿命。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明的进一步改进方案是:
一种门窗节能增强复合防水副框,该副框设置在窗框下部,其特征在于:所述副框设有中空型材制成的主框体,该主框体的空腔内设置有两个垂直固定于主体的第一凸片和第二凸片,所述第一凸片和第二凸片间隔设置;在所述第一凸片和第二凸片的上部设有一块贯通主框体内腔的M型加强芯板;在所述主框体的上面板和加强芯板上设有对应的螺钉安装孔,在主框体的底面板对应所述螺钉安装孔上设有螺钉孔,在所述螺钉孔的位置上设有用于与螺钉配合的螺纹套筒,所述螺钉依次通过螺钉安装孔、螺纹套筒、螺钉孔将所述主框体固定在墙体上;在所述主框体的外侧沿上设有挡雨凸沿,在所述挡雨凸沿上垂直设置有窗框挡板。
本发明的进一步完善和实施的补充方案是:
所述门窗框挡板与门窗框之间设有注胶槽。
所述门窗节能增强复合防水副框的主框体采用塑料制成;所述加强芯板采用低碳钢或者合金钢材料制成。所述副框的主体采用塑料制成;所述加强芯板采用低碳钢或者合金钢材料制成;由于铝合金门窗框未和钢接触,这样设置的目的是一方面避免了采用钢制副框与螺栓及门窗之间的电化学腐蚀,另一方面增强副框的内部结构强度。
所述主体的空腔内还充有保温材料与防火材料,所述防火材料采用聚苯颗粒或者硼酸硼砂或者石英砂材料制成。所述副框主体外表面涂有防火涂料层。这样设计的目的在于能有效提高副框的隔热保和防火性能。
本发明具有如下优点和效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明采用了塑料制成的副框,不仅降低了整体自重,降低成本,安装方便,制作容易,而且有效避免了电化学腐蚀的发生;另一方面设置加强芯板,能有效保证塑料副框的整体强度,并且在副框主框体的空腔体内设置保温材料与防火材料,另外所述副框主框体外表面涂有防火涂料层,能够提高副框的保温和防火性能。

下面结合附图对本发明所述的门窗的防水保温隔热副框作进一步说明:
一种门窗用防水保温隔热副框,该副框1设置在窗框2下部,所述副框设有中空型材制成的主框体3,该主框体的空腔内设置有两个垂直固定于主体的第一凸片4和第二凸片5,所述第一凸片和第二凸片间隔设置;在所述第一凸片和第二凸片的上部设有一块贯通主框体内腔的M型加强芯板6;在所述主框体的上面板7和加强芯板上设有对应的螺钉安装孔8,在主框体的底面板9对应所述螺钉安装孔上设有螺钉孔10,在所述螺钉孔的位置上设有用于与螺钉11配合的螺纹套筒12,所述螺钉依次通过螺钉安装孔、螺纹套筒、螺钉孔将所述主框体固定在墙体上;在所述主框体的外侧沿上设有挡雨凸沿13,在所述挡雨凸沿上垂直设置有窗框2挡板14。所述窗框挡板与窗框之间设有注胶槽15。所述副框的主框体采用塑料制成;所述加强芯板采用低碳钢材料制成。所述主体的空腔内还充有保温材料与防火材料,所述防火材料采用聚苯颗粒制成。所述副框主体外表面涂有防火涂料层。
本实施例的副框比传统的钢材材质和传统结构的副框成本降低了50%,运输和安装成本也降低了20%,隔热保温性能经测试性能指数提高了2倍,防火性能也达到或超过了行业标准。
凡根据本发明内容所作的等效变化或者修饰,包括副框外观形状的改变,都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。
