Abstract

一种高耐磨性纸板及其生产工艺,属于纸板加工技术领域,该纸板是由以下重量份的成分制成:秸秆80~95、纤维30~45、胶水8~10、淀粉4~5、硼砂3~6、聚氨酯5~8和水10~13。本发明将秸秆作为原料制造纸板,解决了纸板容易磨损的问题,纸板具有高耐磨性,节约成本;生产的纸板耐折性好,弯曲性大,不易损坏;采用模具加工,生产工艺简单,生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明属于纸板加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种高耐磨性纸板。
背景技术
纸板是由各种纸浆加工制成的、纤维相互交织组成的厚纸页。纸板与纸的区别通常是以定量和厚度来区分,一般将定量超过200g/㎡、厚度大于0.5mm的称为纸板。纸板主要用于包装纸盒、包装材料或印刷材料。目前,纸板用于包装纸盒或材料时,受到外力弯曲折叠容易出现破裂,长时间搬运摩擦也会导致纸板破损,降低搬运效率,增加成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种以秸秆为原料制造纸板的生产工艺。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种高耐磨性纸板,该纸板是由以下重量份的成分制成:秸秆80~95、纤维30~45、胶水8~10、淀粉4~5、硼砂3~6、聚氨酯5~8和水10~13。
所述胶水是由以下重量份的成分制成:木薯粉3.2~3.8、乙酸1.4~1.7、聚乙烯醇0.8~1.3、香料1.1~1.5和水2.1~2.7;所述胶水的制备方法是:将乙酸和香料加入到其他成分的混合物中,边搅拌边加热,搅拌35~60分钟,温度控制为70~90℃,即可制得所述胶水。
一种高耐磨性纸板的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)粉碎处理:将秸秆和纤维分别进行粉碎,粉碎颗粒大小为15~70目;
(2)搅拌处理:将胶水8~10、淀粉4~5、硼砂3~6、聚氨酯5~8和水10~13混合在一起搅拌,得到淀粉混合物,然后将粉碎的秸秆80~95和纤维30~45混合物加入到淀粉混合物中,两者混合搅拌均匀;
(3)组培处理:在下层钢板上铺上脱模布,将混合好的原料放上,然后在原料上面铺上脱模布和上层钢板;
(4)热压处理:将放有原料的钢板放在压机中进行热压,热压时间为15~35分钟,然后缓慢打开压机,取出放有原料的钢板;
(5)后续处理:等待钢板降温后,将成型纸板迅速取出,用重物压住备用,防止纸板翘曲,即可得到所述的高耐磨性纸板。
所述搅拌处理中淀粉混合物搅拌时间为15~25分钟,混合搅拌时间为20~30分钟。
所述热压处理中热压温度为105~125℃,热压压力为1.5~2.0MP。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明将秸秆作为原料制造纸板,解决了纸板容易磨损的问题,纸板具有高耐磨性,节约成本;生产的纸板耐折性好,弯曲性大,不易损坏;采用模具加工,生产工艺简单,生产效率高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高耐磨性纸板,该纸板是由以下重量份的成分制成:秸秆80、纤维30、胶水8、淀粉4、硼砂3、聚氨酯5和水10。
胶水是由以下重量份的成分制成:木薯粉3.2、乙酸1.4、聚乙烯醇0.8、香料1.1和水2.1;胶水的制备方法是:将乙酸和香料加入到其他成分的混合物中,边搅拌边加热,搅拌35分钟,温度控制为70℃,即可制得所述胶水。
一种高耐磨性纸板的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)粉碎处理:将秸秆和纤维分别进行粉碎,粉碎颗粒大小为15目;
(2)搅拌处理:将胶水8、淀粉4、硼砂3、聚氨酯5和水10混合在一起搅拌,得到淀粉混合物,然后将粉碎的秸秆80和纤维30混合物加入到淀粉混合物中,两者混合搅拌均匀;
(3)组培处理:在下层钢板上铺上脱模布,将混合好的原料放上,然后在原料上面铺上脱模布和上层钢板;

搅拌处理中淀粉混合物搅拌时间为15分钟,混合搅拌时间为20分钟。
热压处理中热压温度为105℃,热压压力为1.5MP。
实验证明,此实施例下的纸板耐磨性较好,耐折性较好,弯曲性最大,不易磨损。
实施例2
一种高耐磨性纸板,该纸板是由以下重量份的成分制成:秸秆88、纤维37、胶水9、淀粉4、硼砂5、聚氨酯7和水11。
胶水是由以下重量份的成分制成:木薯粉3.5、乙酸1.5、聚乙烯醇1.1、香料1.3和水2.5;胶水的制备方法是:将乙酸和香料加入到其他成分的混合物中,边搅拌边加热,搅拌55分钟,温度控制为80℃,即可制得所述胶水。
一种高耐磨性纸板的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)粉碎处理:将秸秆和纤维分别进行粉碎,粉碎颗粒大小为40目;
(2)搅拌处理:将胶水9、淀粉4、硼砂5、聚氨酯6和水12混合在一起搅拌,得到淀粉混合物,然后将粉碎的秸秆88和纤维37混合物加入到淀粉混合物中,两者混合搅拌均匀;
(3)组培处理:在下层钢板上铺上脱模布,将混合好的原料放上,然后在原料上面铺上脱模布和上层钢板;
(4)热压处理:将放有原料的钢板放在压机中进行热压,热压时间为25分钟,然后缓慢打开压机,取出放有原料的钢板;
(5)后续处理:等待钢板降温后,将成型纸板迅速取出,用重物压住备用,防止纸板翘曲,即可得到所述的高耐磨性纸板。
搅拌处理中淀粉混合物搅拌时间为20分钟,混合搅拌时间为27分钟。
热压处理中热压温度为110℃,热压压力为1.8MP。
实验证明,此实施例下的纸板耐磨性较好,耐折性最好,弯曲性较大,不易磨损。
实施例3
一种高耐磨性纸板,该纸板是由以下重量份的成分制成:秸秆95、纤维45、胶水10、淀粉5、硼砂6、聚氨酯8和水13。
胶水是由以下重量份的成分制成:木薯粉3.8、乙酸1.7、聚乙烯醇1.3、香料1.5和水2.7;胶水的制备方法是:将乙酸和香料加入到其他成分的混合物中,边搅拌边加热,搅拌60分钟,温度控制为90℃,即可制得所述胶水。
一种高耐磨性纸板的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)粉碎处理:将秸秆和纤维分别进行粉碎,粉碎颗粒大小为70目;
(2)搅拌处理:将胶水10、淀粉5、硼砂6、聚氨酯8和水13混合在一起搅拌,得到淀粉混合物,然后将粉碎的秸秆95和纤维45混合物加入到淀粉混合物中,两者混合搅拌均匀;
(3)组培处理:在下层钢板上铺上脱模布,将混合好的原料放上,然后在原料上面铺上脱模布和上层钢板;
(4)热压处理:将放有原料的钢板放在压机中进行热压,热压时间为35分钟,然后缓慢打开压机,取出放有原料的钢板;
(5)后续处理:等待钢板降温后,将成型纸板迅速取出,用重物压住备用,防止纸板翘曲,即可得到所述的高耐磨性纸板。
搅拌处理中淀粉混合物搅拌时间为25分钟,混合搅拌时间为30分钟。
热压处理中热压温度为125℃,热压压力为2.0MP。
实验证明,此实施例下的纸板耐磨性最好,耐折性较好,弯曲性较大,不易磨损。

Claims (7)

1.一种高耐磨性纸板,其特征在于:该纸板是由以下重量份的成分制成:秸秆80~95、纤维30~45、胶水8~10、淀粉4~5、硼砂3~6、聚氨酯5~8和水10~13。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高耐磨性纸板,其特征在于:所述胶水是由以下重量份的成分制成:木薯粉3.2~3.8、乙酸1.4~1.7、聚乙烯醇0.8~1.3、香料1.1~1.5和水2.1~2.7。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种高耐磨性纸板,其特征在于:所述所述胶水的制备方法是:将乙酸和香料加入到其他成分的混合物中,边搅拌边加热,搅拌35~60分钟,温度控制为70~90℃,即可制得所述胶水。
4.一种高耐磨性纸板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
(1)粉碎处理:将秸秆和纤维分别进行粉碎,粉碎颗粒大小为15~70目;
(2)搅拌处理:将胶水8~10、淀粉4~5、硼砂3~6、聚氨酯5~8和水10~13混合在一起搅拌,得到淀粉混合物,然后将粉碎的秸秆80~95和纤维30~45混合物加入到淀粉混合物中,两者混合搅拌均匀;
(3)组培处理:在下层钢板上铺上脱模布,将混合好的原料放上,然后在原料上面铺上脱模布和上层钢板;

(5)后续处理:等待钢板降温后,将成型纸板迅速取出,用重物压住备用,防止纸板翘曲,即可得到所述的高耐磨性纸板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高耐磨性纸板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述搅拌处理中淀粉混合物搅拌时间为15~25分钟,两者混合搅拌时间为20~30分钟。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种高耐磨性纸板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述热压处理中热压温度为105~125℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种高耐磨性纸板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述热压处理中热压压力为1.5~2.0MP。
