“隔热涂料”是近几年发展起来的一种、反射热光型、工期短、见效快的功能性涂料。隔热漆从特性原理分类主要有三种:隔绝传导型隔热涂料、反射型隔热涂料和辐射型隔热涂料。
现有的隔热涂料产品大多数应用在混凝土或金属结构表面起到隔热效果,这类隔热涂料的柔韧性、致密性及附着性一般比较差,不宜涂刷于纺织品上,进行隔热保温。但随着帐篷、遮阳伞、遮阳蓬等户外纺织品及遮阳布帘的广泛应用,人们对纺织品的隔热保温性能的要求也越来越高。因此,设计一种防霉、柔软、使用寿命长、阻燃效果好和耐水性均优异的织物隔热涂料及其制备方法,以满足市场需求,是非常必要的。

一种织物隔热涂料,原料按重量份数配比如下:天然胶乳100份,拉开粉2-5份,氢氧化钠1-2.5份,亚甲基二萘磺酸钠1.5-3份,硫磺4.5-6份,聚氯乙烯35-50份,乙基苯基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.4-0.7份,二苯胍2-5份,二乙醇胺0.3-0.6份,2-氨基乙醇0.5-0.8份,邻苯二甲酸丁酯15-30份,羟丙甲基纤维素4-7份,聚醋酸乙烯25-40份,二硫代氨基甲酸盐2-5份。
作为本申请的一种优选技术方案:所述织物隔热涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:天然胶乳100份,拉开粉3份,氢氧化钠1.5份,亚甲基二萘磺酸钠2份,硫磺5份,聚氯乙烯40份,乙基苯基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.5份,二苯胍3份,二乙醇胺0.4份,2-氨基乙醇0.6份,邻苯二甲酸丁酯20份,羟丙甲基纤维素5份,聚醋酸乙烯30份,二硫代氨基甲酸盐3份。
本发明一种织物隔热涂料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
第一步:将硫磺、乙基苯基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二乙醇胺、邻苯二甲酸丁酯和天然胶乳投入装有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,搅拌30-50min;
第二步:再加入聚醋酸乙烯、拉开粉、氢氧化钠和聚氯乙烯,通入二氧化碳排除反应釜内空气后,边搅拌边升温至65-75℃,保温3-7h;
第三步:加入剩余原料,升温至80-90℃,1500-3500r/min混合均匀后冷却至40-50℃,在砂磨机上研磨至细度10-20μm,过滤后即得产物。
有益效果:
本申请所述一种织物隔热涂料及其制备方法采用以上技术方案和现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、天然胶乳、拉开粉、氢氧化钠与亚甲基二萘磺酸钠组合使用,产品表干时间10-25min,实干50-65min;2、天然胶乳与聚氯乙烯、二苯胍、二乙醇胺和聚醋酸乙烯搭配使用,耐燃时间35-50s,阻火性:失重1-4g;3、天然胶乳、硫磺、乙基苯基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和二硫代氨基甲酸盐协同使用,附着力最高达100%,在水中浸泡22-30d不脱落、不生霉;4、天然胶乳与聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸丁酯等组合使用,产生协同作用,从而带来光泽93-100%,柔韧性1.5-3mm,涂膜使用寿命长,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。

将硫化剂、促进剂、二乙醇胺、邻苯二甲酸丁酯和天然胶乳投入装有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,搅拌50min;再加入聚醋酸乙烯、拉开粉、分散剂和聚氯乙烯,通入二氧化碳排除反应釜内空气后,边搅拌边升温至75℃,保温7h;加入剩余原料,升温至90℃,3500r/min混合均匀后冷却至50℃,在砂磨机上研磨至细度20μm,过滤后即得产物。

4.一种制备权利要求1所述的织物隔热涂料的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
第一步:将硫磺、乙基苯基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二乙醇胺、邻苯二甲酸丁酯和天然胶乳投入装有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,搅拌30-50min;
第二步:再加入聚醋酸乙烯、拉开粉、氢氧化钠和聚氯乙烯,通入二氧化碳排除反应釜内空气后,边搅拌边升温至65-75℃,保温3-7h;
第三步:加入剩余原料,升温至80-90℃,1500-3500r/min混合均匀后冷却至40-50℃,在砂磨机上研磨至细度10-20μm,过滤后即得产物。
