本发明涉及化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温环保胶水。
背景技术
胶水涂在两个物体之间,当胶水中的水分消失后,胶水中的高分子体就依靠相互间的拉力,将两个物体紧紧的结合在一起,才能发挥粘接作用,物体的粘接,就是靠胶水中的高分子体间的拉力来实现的。当胶水处在高温环境中时,其粘结力受温度的影响而降低,致使其脱落,使用性受到很大影响。

为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种耐高温,不易脱落,粘结力强,经济环保,使用周期长的耐高温环保胶水。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种耐高温环保胶水,包含以下质量份数的原料:
丙烯酰胺11-14份,甲酸钙5-7份,聚羧酸系高性能减水剂3-5份,木质素4-7份,正丁醇9-13份,聚乙烯醇10-14份,淀粉7-9份,丙烯酸丁酯10-12份,氢化松香11-14份,聚乙烯树脂20-25份,聚异丁烯8-13份,钛白粉5-9份,苯甲酸钠6-8份。
