本发明提供一种高湿强淀粉胶黏剂:包括重量份数比如下的原料:马铃薯淀粉100份,山梨糖醇5份,过硫酸铵1份,羧甲基纤维素15份,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯2份,丁苯乳液40份,丙烯酸酯12份,硼砂1份,单氟磷酸钠3份,聚丙烯酰胺5份,醋酸乙烯10份,1,2‑苯并异噻唑啉‑3‑酮2.5份,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3份,去离子水1600份,硬脂酸5份。本发明具有抗菌防腐、增韧补强效果,具备一定的吸湿能力,控制涂料层的水分,防止干裂,增进涂料层强度,施胶后的涂料层致密光滑,环保无毒,干、湿强度合格,韧性良好。

本发明的目的提供一种高湿强淀粉胶黏剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种高湿强淀粉胶黏剂:包括重量份数比如下的原料:马铃薯淀粉100份,山梨糖醇5份,过硫酸铵1份,羧甲基纤维素15份,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯2份,丁苯乳液40份,丙烯酸酯12份,硼砂1份,单氟磷酸钠3份,聚丙烯酰胺5份,醋酸乙烯10份,1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2.5份,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3份,去离子水1600份,硬脂酸5份。
