一种集装箱液体包装袋碳纤维纺织加热垫,其特点是在玻璃纤维基布垫体内织有多条纵向的碳纤维发热线,碳纤维发热线的尾端有横向导线联通,碳纤维发热线的首端分两组分别有横向导线联通,两组碳纤维发热线首端的横向导线分别联有电源线;玻璃纤维基布垫体的上表面装有上硅胶纳米粉层,玻璃纤维基布垫体的下表面装有下硅胶纳米粉层。它解决了集装箱液体包装袋,利用普通电热毯式加热垫加热,耗电量大,使用寿命短的问题,非常适应集装箱运输液体物品加热使用。

集装箱液体包装袋碳纤维纺织加热垫
技术领域
本发明涉及集装箱运输设备领域,具体的说是一种对集装箱运输液体物品进行加热的垫子。
背景技术
采用集装箱运输液体物品时需要加热以便装卸,方法是在液体包装袋的下面安装加热垫,传统的加热垫都是普通电热毯结构,靠电热线发热。其缺点是,耗电量大,且电热线不耐折叠,影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明为解决集装箱液体包装袋,利用普通电热毯式加热垫加热,耗电量大,使用寿命短的问题,设计一种碳纤维纺织结构的加热垫。
本发明的技术方案是,一种集装箱液体包装袋碳纤维纺织加热垫,其特殊之处是,在玻璃纤维基布垫体内织有多条纵向的碳纤维发热线,碳纤维发热线的尾端有横向导线联通,碳纤维发热线的首端分两组分别有横向导线联通,两组碳纤维发热线首端的横向导线分别联有电源线;玻璃纤维基布垫体的上表面装有上硅胶纳米粉层,玻璃纤维基布垫体的下表面装有下硅胶纳米粉层。
本发明也可将碳纤维发热线的尾端由横向导线联通,碳纤维发热线的首端由横向导线联通,碳纤维发热线首端的横向导线和尾端的横向导线分别与电源线联接。
使用时,先将玻璃纤维基布垫体装到液体包装袋的下面,将电源线与电源接通,电流经横向导线流入碳纤维发热线发热,热量透过导热硅胶纳米粉层对液体包装袋液体加热。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述技术方案,可以实现一种耐折叠的液体包装袋加热垫。与普通的电热毯式加热垫相比,可节电20%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示,在玻璃纤维基布垫体3内织有多条纵向的碳纤维发热线2,碳纤维发热线2的尾端有横向导线1联通,碳纤维发热线2的首端分两组分别有横向导线1联通,两组碳纤维发热线2首端的横向导线1分别联有电源线4;玻璃纤维基布垫体3的上表面装有上硅胶纳米粉层5,玻璃纤维基布垫体3的下表面装有下硅胶纳米粉层6。
使用时,先将玻璃纤维基布垫体3装到液体包装袋的下面,将电源线4与电源接通,电流经横向导线1流入碳纤维发热线2发热,热量透过导热上硅胶纳米粉层5、下硅胶纳米粉层6,对液体包装袋液体加热。
