本发明公开了一种耐候绝缘材料,包括PTT纤维基层、绝缘层和隔热层,所述绝缘层包括以下重量组份的原料:30份聚烯烃、15份有机硅交联剂、15份二氧化硅、11份氢氧化硅、10份氢氧化镁、6份氧化铁、5份硫酸钡、5份硅酸镁、3份滑石粉、3份润滑剂、4份抗氧剂、2份相容剂和1份有机硅流平剂,所述隔热层为玻璃纤维层。本发明的耐候绝缘材料性能优异,具有较好的耐候性能,且具有低烟,无毒,无卤,阻燃的特性;适合用于各种电线电缆的绝缘层。

Description

一种耐候绝缘材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐候绝缘材料。
背景技术
在高科技迅猛发展的今天,越来越多的电器设备进出人们的家庭,为了能够让人们生活更加安全,需要绝缘效果更加良好的耐候绝缘材料来进行电器设备的绝缘。
在现有工作和生活中,现有的耐候绝缘材料是按普通DIN标准生产制造的,例如:耐热90的焦联聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯。其缺点是:不耐热,不耐火,更不防火。
普通聚氯乙烯材料绝缘程度0.6~110不能超负荷,超过载电流很容易击穿耐候绝缘材料,造成短路;在明火中,容易被引燃,释放出令人窒息的有毒气体,污染环境。
因此,需要一种新的耐候绝缘材料以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对在现有技术中的绝缘材料的缺陷,提供一种效果更好的耐候绝缘材料。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的耐候绝缘材料可采用如下技术方案:
一种耐候绝缘材料,包括PTT纤维基层、绝缘层和隔热层,所述绝缘层包括以下重量组份的原料:30kg聚烯烃、15kg有机硅交联剂、15kg二氧化硅、11kg氢氧化硅、10kg氢氧化镁、6kg氧化铁、5kg硫酸钡、5kg硅酸镁、3kg滑石粉、3kg润滑剂、4kg抗氧剂、2kg相容剂和1kg有机硅流平剂,所述隔热层为玻璃纤维层。
更进一步的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂3114或抗氧剂168。
更进一步的,所述相容剂为ST-1相容剂。
更进一步的,所述润滑剂为石蜡。
更进一步的,所述PTT纤维基层、绝缘层和隔热层的厚度比为2:4:1。厚度合适,能够充分利用各层材料的特性,使得本发明的耐候绝缘材料能够最大限度发挥其作用。
更进一步的,所述PTT纤维基层、绝缘层和隔热层的厚度比为2.5:5:1.5。厚度比最优,能够充分利用各层材料的特性,使得本发明的耐候绝缘材料能够最大限度发挥其作用。
发明原理:
PTT纤维俗称为弹性涤纶,具有优异的垂性和优异的伸长恢复性,将其作为基层,并在其上设置绝缘层,其中,绝缘层选用聚烯烃,并创造性的组合使用二氧化硅、氢氧化硅、氢氧化镁、氧化铁、硫酸钡和硅酸镁的组合,使得本发明的耐候绝缘材料具有突出的绝缘性能,同时其拉伸强度较高,可使用的温度较高,而且材料环保,加热时也不会产生有毒气体,滑石粉、润滑剂、相容剂和有机硅流平剂的使用,使得绝缘层性能优异,在承受机械外力时,也能具有优异的抗电磁干扰性能指标。同时在绝缘层的外侧设置玻璃纤维层,利用玻璃纤维具有优异的耐腐蚀性能,具有高绝缘性能,可使用温度在-100℃到300℃之间。
有益效果:本发明的耐候绝缘材料性能优异,具有较好的耐候性能,且具有低烟,无毒,无卤,阻燃的特性;适合用于各种电线电缆的绝缘层。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
请参阅图1所示,本发明的耐候绝缘材料,包括PTT纤维基层1、绝缘层2和隔热层3,PTT纤维基层1、绝缘层2和隔热层3的厚度比为2:4:1。厚度合适,能够充分利用各层材料的特性,使得本发明的耐候绝缘材料能够最大限度发挥其作用。
实施例1
耐候绝缘材料,包括PTT纤维基层1、绝缘层2和隔热层3,绝缘层2包括以下重量组份的原料:30kg聚烯烃、15kg有机硅交联剂、15kg二氧化硅、11kg氢氧化硅、10kg氢氧化镁、6kg氧化铁、5kg硫酸钡、5kg硅酸镁、3kg滑石粉、3kg润滑剂、4kg抗氧剂、2kg相容剂和1kg有机硅流平剂,隔热层3为玻璃纤维层。其中,抗氧剂为抗氧剂3114。相容剂为ST-1相容剂。润滑剂为石蜡。PTT纤维基层1、绝缘层2和隔热层3的厚度比为2:4:1。
测试结果:
燃烧或加热测试:测试其释放的气体,其中并未发现有毒气体,具有低烟,无毒,无卤,阻燃的特性;
在额定电压下能超负荷4倍而且照常起到绝缘作用;
拉伸强度较高,可达20MPA,而且经过拉伸后,具有优异的伸长恢复性。
发明原理:
PTT纤维俗称为弹性涤纶,具有优异的垂性和优异的伸长恢复性,将其作为基层,并在其上设置绝缘层,其中,绝缘层选用聚烯烃,并创造性的组合使用二氧化硅、氢氧化硅、氢氧化镁、氧化铁、硫酸钡和硅酸镁的组合,使得本发明的耐候绝缘材料具有突出的绝缘性能,同时其拉伸强度较高,可使用的温度较高,而且材料环保,加热时也不会产生有毒气体,滑石粉、润滑剂、相容剂和有机硅流平剂的使用,使得绝缘层性能优异,在承受机械外力时,也能具有优异的抗电磁干扰性能指标。同时在绝缘层的外侧设置玻璃纤维层,利用玻璃纤维具有优异的耐腐蚀性能,具有高绝缘性能,可使用温度在-100℃到300℃之间。
本发明的耐候绝缘材料性能优异,具有较好的耐候性能,且具有低烟,无毒,无卤,阻燃的特性;适合用于各种电线电缆的绝缘层。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐候绝缘材料,其特征在于,包括PTT纤维基层(1)、绝缘层(2)和隔热层(3),所述绝缘层(2)包括以下重量组份的原料:30份聚烯烃、15份有机硅交联剂、15份二氧化硅、11份氢氧化硅、10份氢氧化镁、6份氧化铁、5份硫酸钡、5份硅酸镁、3份滑石粉、3份润滑剂、4份抗氧剂、2份相容剂和1份有机硅流平剂,所述隔热层(3)为玻璃纤维层。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐候绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂3114。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐候绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述相容剂为ST-1相容剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐候绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述PTT纤维基层(1)、绝缘层(2)和隔热层(3)的厚度比为2:4:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的耐候绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为石蜡。
