Abstract

一种冷空气导槽装置,用鼓风机强制将冷空气分 送入冰箱的冷冻室和冷藏室,吸入腔中心安装鼓风 机,用第一及第二外壁围绕。冷藏室进气道和冷冻室 进气道分别接受冷空气。一闸门套有内壁在其顶端 与第一外壁形成一体,还有吸入腔的第二外壁包围风 机部分。闸门用推钮推动,将闸门在闸门套的内壁与 第一外壁间推动。一开槽在第二外壁内开槽,开槽内 容纳闸门的下端部。

Description

本发明涉及一种冷空气供给导槽装置,该装置用鼓风机强制循环,将蒸发器的冷空气分流,供入一个冷冻室和一个冷藏室,具体涉及一种冷空气供给导槽装置,防止将湍流的冷空气涡流带入冷藏室,而在不使用冷藏室时,将层流的冷空气送入冷冻室。
在电冰箱的传统冷空气供给导槽装置中,导槽装置有一闸门,当冷藏室不使用时,闸门将冷空气吸入通道关闭。
参看图1及图2,将蒸发器4产生的冷空气,用导槽装置1的鼓风机5,分流吹入冷冻室的进气通道6和冷藏室的进气通道7。冷冻室与冷藏室都使用时,将减速系统8中的一控制板9打开,将进入进气通道7的冷空气供给冷藏室3,进入进气通道6的冷空气供给冷冻室2。不需使用冷藏室3时,将控制板9关闭,使进气道7中的冷空气回流,通过进气道6供给冷冻室2。上述结构在美国专利第4,614,092号有详细介绍。
然而,由控制板关闭的进气通道7,是一个封闭的窄通道。进入封闭窄通道的冷空气成为湍流,在进气通道7成螺旋形,回流到一个吸入腔10,使吸入腔10中的冷空气成为涡流。涡流对鼓风机5有阻力,增加电冰箱的负荷,而减小鼓风机5的旋转力,从而使鼓风机5失去平衡,造成导槽装置中的噪音。
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的是提出一种冷空气供给导槽装置,将进气通道7的进口阻挡,使吸气腔10中的冷空气是层流流动。
本发明的另一目的,是提出一种导槽装置,由于冷空气在吸入腔中是层流,减小对涡流流动的阻力,并减小电冰箱的负荷,从而提高鼓风机5的旋转力。
本发明的另一目的,是提出一种导槽装置,可减小涡流的阻力,使鼓风机平衡旋转,从而降低噪音。
本发明冷空气供给导槽装置,利用鼓风机的强制循环,将蒸发器的冷空气分流吹入一冷冻室和一冷藏室,有一闸门套,闸门套有吸入腔的第一外壁,包围鼓风机部分,有一其顶端与第一外壁顶端一体形成的内壁,有第二外壁面向第一外壁,使鼓风机处在第二外壁与第一外壁之间,两外壁互相对齐,一闸门有一控制推钮安装在上面,用控制推钮推动闸门,推钮夹在内壁和第一外壁之间。一开槽有一在第二外壁末端形成的肩台,和横过第二外壁开槽的内侧,开槽内容纳闸门的下端部。
由于闸门的特点为其结构可造成冷空气的层流,吸入腔中的冷空气沿有特殊表面特征的第一外壁,闸门,与第二外壁流过,从而吸入腔内有层流发生。
图1为一局部剖视图,显示现有技术中空气供给导槽装置。

图3显示本发明实施例冷空气供给导槽装置11。导槽装置有一鼓风机5,将蒸发器的冷空气分流,引入一冷冻室和一冷藏箱,一个吸入腔10有鼓风机5安在中心上,第一外壁12和第二外壁18包围鼓风机5部分,一冷藏室进气道7和一冷冻室进气道6,分别向冷藏室及冷冻室供给冷空气,一个内壁17其顶端与第一外壁12的顶端一体形成,闸门套13有吸入腔10的第一外壁12围绕鼓风机5部分,并有内壁17,内壁17顶端与第一外壁12的顶端形成一体,第二外壁18面向第一外壁12,使鼓风机5处在第二壁18与第一壁12之间,外壁12和18互相对齐,一有控制推钮16的闸门15安装在上面,用推钮16推动,推钮16放在内壁17与第一外壁12之间,一开槽14有在第二外壁18下末端形成的肩台,和横过外壁18开槽的内侧,开槽内容纳闸门15的下端部。
进气道6,进气道7,鼓风机5,吸入腔10和第二外壁18为与先有技术相似的部件,故略去不作叙述。
内壁17的曲率中心与半径与第二外壁18相同。内壁17的上端与进气道6的底壁21及第一外壁12的顶端连为一体,下文中将叙述。
内壁17从进气道6的底壁21上伸出,伸到进气道7的第一进口壁22的附近。第一外壁12的曲率中心与内壁17相同。第一外壁的曲率半径大于内壁17的曲率半径。与第一进口壁22一体连接的第一外壁12,从底壁21伸到进气道7的第一进口壁22。闸门套13与内壁17与第一外壁12的曲率中心相同。闸门套13的曲率半径小于第一外壁12的曲率半径,长度预定,但大于内壁17的曲率半径长度。
闸门套13在第一外壁12与内壁17之间,形成封闭的底壁21,在第一进口壁22的部分开口,从底壁21向第一进口壁部22全长延伸,有均匀的预定间隙。
在进气道7第二进口壁23上形成开槽14,曲率半径与闸门套13相同,均匀的预定间隙与闸门套相同,有预定深度的开槽容纳闸门15的端部,下文中将有说明。
图4显示本发明的闸门15。
闸门15有预定的厚度,可在闸套13中滑动,闸门15的曲率半径与中心和闸门套13相同,并且闸门15的宽度与内壁17,第一外壁12及第二外壁18等的宽度相同。因此,可将闸门15的端部20放在槽14内,推动闸门15用的推钮16,用螺纹安装在闸门上滑动部的一个预定位置上。有上述特点的闸门15插在闸门套13中滑动。
图5及图6为前视图,显示闸门15的开闭状态。
同时使用冷冻室及冷藏室时,将控制推钮沿图5中的逆时针方向移动,于是将冷空气分流送入进气道7及进气道6。
仅使用冷冻室时,将控制推钮沿图6中的顺时针方向移动,于是闸门15将进气道7阻挡,将送入进气道7的冷空气沿闸门15与第二外壁18的结构,供入进气道6。
并且,需将要求量的冷空气,送入要求容积的冷藏室时,将控制推钮16放到图7所示的冷藏后壁上的冷却程度上,如“最高”,“停”等,从而达到冷藏室中的要求的状态。
在本发明中,闸门阻挡进气道的进口,防止冷藏室进气道中发生涡流,并防止鼓风机旋转阻力及电冰箱的负荷增高,于是鼓风机的旋转平衡,噪声降低。并且,供给的冷空气的量,取决于冰箱的要求的状态。

Claims (3)

1、一种冷空气供给导槽装置,用鼓风机强制将蒸发器的冷空气分流,供入冷冻室及冷藏室,装置有下列各项:
一闸门套,有吸入腔第一外壁包围该鼓风机部分,还有内壁,该内壁顶端与第一外壁顶端形成一体,第二外壁面向该第一外壁,使该鼓风机处在该第二外壁与该第一外壁之间,该两外壁互相对齐;
一闸门,有一控制推钮安装在闸门上,用该控制推钮推动闸门,该闸门夹在该内壁与该第一外壁之间;
一开槽有在该第二外壁下末端形成的肩台,和横过该第二外壁开槽的内侧,开槽内容纳该闸门的下端部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的供给导槽装置,其特征在于供给导槽装置的该第一外壁与内壁及该闸门有相同的曲率中心,该内壁的曲率半径小于该闸门的曲率半径,该闸门的曲率半径小于该第一外壁的曲率半径。
3、根据权利要求1所述的供给导槽装置,其特征在于供给导槽装置的该闸门套与该开槽有相同的曲率中心,该闸门套与该开槽有相同的曲率半径。
