一种型前组合灯新型近光透镜组是由透镜、压圈、金属支架、挡光板、隔光板、铝制反射镜、H7灯泡、灯泡固定挂钩、ST4*12带法兰盘国标螺钉、铝制铆钉、压簧、S4*10螺钉组成。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车车灯技术领域,特别是涉及一种型前组合灯新型近光透镜组。
背景技术
目前普通汽车前组合灯的近光照明系统曾经采用金属反射镜和花纹玻璃面罩组合,此组合聚光能力差,照明路面不够清晰,驾驶过程中易出现视觉盲区。如何解决此问题是本领域技术人员所需要解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种型前组合灯新型近光透镜组。其目的在于提供一种聚光能力和较长的使用寿命的近光透镜组。所述光透镜组是由透镜、压圈、金属支架、挡光板、隔光板、铝制反射镜、H7灯泡、灯泡固定挂钩、ST4*12带法兰盘国标螺钉、铝制铆钉、压簧、S4*10螺钉组成。所述的透镜表面带有点状花纹,其特征在于,凸透镜主要对光线起会聚作用,但在物距小于焦距时,也起发散作用,另外花纹将成形后的线条变的柔和,防止对面驾驶员会车时出现炫目现象;所述的反射镜是采用(ADC12)铝合金材料压铸、喷漆、真空镀铝等加工工艺来实现反射聚光功能,其特征在于,反射镜内表面采用皮纹处理,解决光型发散、杂光问题;所述的金属支架是支撑玻璃透镜、调整焦距和连接反射镜作用,其特征在于,它采用金属铁板冲压成型,在固定方面采用3个支撑脚固定反射镜;所述的挡光板是经过金属铁板冲压、表面镀达克罗涂层等加工工艺来实现,其特征在于,具有高耐磨性、高耐化学腐蚀性、高减模性、高气候性;所述挡光板的角度有明暗截止线要求,其特征在于,利用凸透镜成像原理将要求的形状做在挡光板上解决传统的反射镜上做配光花纹。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1和图2所示,一种型前组合灯新型近光透镜组:支架总成是由玻璃透镜1、压圈12、金属支架2、挡光板3、铝制铆钉8组成,固定是靠金属支架2上卡脚的机械折弯来压紧玻璃,在支架上采用铆接工艺增加一个挡光片3,是遮盖反射镜向上反射的光;
反射镜总成是由反射镜5、H7灯泡11、灯泡压簧6、灯泡固定挂钩7、螺钉9组成,固定灯泡压簧6是用一个ST4*12的带法兰盘国标螺钉10来固定压簧,在另一端的灯泡固定挂钩7是用1个S4*10的螺钉9来固定,固定H7灯泡11是利用压簧的弹性来压紧;
支架总成、反射镜总成、挡光板组装关系是用4个S4*10螺钉9来固定,这种机械性固定方式,减少不稳定的因素导致支架总成在行车过程的光型摆动,影响驾驶员的视线。
Claims (6)
1.一种型前组合灯新型近光透镜组是由透镜、压圈、金属支架、挡光板、隔光板、铝制反射镜、H7灯泡、灯泡固定挂钩、ST4*12带法兰盘国标螺钉、铝制铆钉、压簧、S4*10螺钉组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透镜表面带有点状花纹,其特征在于,凸透镜主要对光线起会聚作用,但在物距小于焦距时,也起发散作用,另外花纹将成形后的线条变的柔和,防止对面驾驶员会车时出现炫目现象。
3.根据权利要求1所述的反射镜是采用(ADC12)铝合金材料压铸、喷漆、真空镀铝等加工工艺来实现反射聚光功能,其特征在于,反射镜内表面采用皮纹处理,解决光型发散、杂光问题。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金属支架是支撑玻璃透镜、调整焦距和连接反射镜作用,其特征在于,它采用金属铁板冲压成型,在固定方面采用3个支撑脚固定反射镜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的挡光板是经过金属铁板冲压、表面镀达克罗涂层等加工工艺来实现,其特征在于,具有高耐磨性、高耐化学腐蚀性、高减模性、高气候性。
6.根据权利要求1所述挡光板的角度有明暗截止线要求,其特征在于,利用凸透镜成像原理将要求的形状做在挡光板上解决传统的反射镜上做配光花纹。
