Abstract
本发明申请公开了一种导流板三元催化排气管。方案为:包括排气管本体,排气管本体的一端为进气孔,另一端为排气孔,排气管本体内靠近进气孔设有过滤层,排气管本体内过滤层至排气孔之间设有导流板,导流板面积大于排气管本体横截面积的一半,导流板在排气管本体内径向交错设置,导流板之间设置有水平的三元催化层。本发明申请意在提供一种导流板三元催化排气管,以解决现有技术中由于过滤板设置在管道内壁上,无法使得全部尾气都经过过滤板,使得过滤效果有限的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导流板三元催化排气管。
背景技术
汽车尾气不仅气味怪异,而且令人头昏、恶心,影响人的身体健康。在车辆不多的情况下,大气的自净能力尚能化解汽车排出的尾气。但随着汽车数量的急剧增加,交通拥堵成了家常便饭,汽车本应具备的便捷、舒适、高效的优势逐渐被过多的车辆所抵消。“汽车灾难”已经形成,由此带来的汽车尾气更是害人不浅。为了减少汽车的废气污染,降低尾气排放,几十年来汽车制造厂商一直在寻找有效的方式降低排放污染,但是尾气处理依旧非常困难。
针对上述问题,公开号为CN204386702U的专利文件公开了一种汽车尾气净化器,其技术方案为:包括排气管本体道,排气管本体道下端设置有与排气管本体道相通的两个分管道,在排气管本体道内径向设置有数个半隔板,所述半隔板为扇形半隔板,所述扇形半隔板面积为排气管本体道横截面面积的一半;在半隔板上方、与排气管本体道内壁固接有陶瓷蜂窝过滤板;在分管道内设置有过滤塞,所述过滤塞上设置有数个过滤细管,所述过滤塞为活性炭过滤塞;所述过滤细管的方向为分管道的轴向方向。
在上述专利文件的技术方案中,通过扇形半隔板改变尾气气流方向并通过设置在半隔板上方、排气管本体道内壁上的陶瓷蜂窝过滤板对尾气进行净化和过滤。但是,由于过滤板设置在管道内壁上,扇形半隔板在改变尾气气流方向时无法使全部尾气都经过过滤板,过滤效果有限。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种导流板三元催化排气管,以解决现有技术中由于过滤板设置在管道内壁上,无法使得全部尾气都经过过滤板,使得过滤效果有限的问题。
本方案中的导流板三元催化排气管,基础方案为:包括排气管本体,排气管本体的一端为进气孔,另一端为排气孔,排气管本体内靠近进气孔设有过滤层,排气管本体内过滤层至排气孔之间设有导流板,导流板面积大于排气管本体横截面积的一半,导流板在排气管本体内径向交错设置,导流板之间设置有水平的三元催化层。
工作原理及有益效果:工作时,尾气由进气孔进入排气管本体,经排气管本体内的三元催化层过滤后由排气孔排出。与现有技术不同的是,首先,在靠近排气孔处设有过滤层,能对尾气内的颗粒进行过滤,避免了颗粒物污染三元催化层。另外,尾气在经过导流板时,由于导流板面积大于排气管本体横截面积的一半,且导流板在排气管本体内上下交错设置,尾气会经由上下交错的导流板与排气管本体形成的空隙转折流动,所以,全部尾气经导流板之间设置的三元催化层催化过滤。延长尾气流动的行程,增长了三元催化层催化过滤的时间,提高了净化效果。
方案2,作为对基础方案的改进,所述过滤层与导流板之间留有间隙。优点是,经过滤层过滤层的尾气进入间隙内能保证气压均匀,使尾气气流均匀稳定地通过三元催化层。
方案3,作为对基础方案的改进,所述导流板在排气管本体内沿轴向均匀设置。优点是,保证每层三元催化层都能有足够的氧化时间,提高催化过滤效果。
方案4,作为对基础方案的改进,所述三元催化层的载体为陶瓷蜂窝板。优点是,方便易得,价格低廉。
方案5,作为对方案4的改进,所述三元催化层的催化剂为氧化铝。优点是,方便易得,价格低廉。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:排气管本体10、过滤层20、导流板30、三元催化层40。
实施例
如图1所示,导流板三元催化排气管,方案为:包括排气管本体10,排气管本体10的一端为进气孔,另一端为排气孔,排气管本体10内靠近进气孔设有过滤层20,排气管本体10内过滤层20至排气孔之间设有导流板30,导流板30面积大于排气管本体10横截面积的一半,导流板30在排气管本体10内径向交错设置,导流板30之间设置有水平的三元催化层40。
另外,在本实施例中,过滤层20与导流板30之间留有间隙。优点是,经过滤层20过滤层的尾气进入间隙内能保证气压均匀,使尾气气流均匀稳定的通过三元催化层40。导流板30在排气管本体10内沿轴向均匀设置。优点是,保证每层三元催化层40都能有足够的氧化时间,提高过滤效果。三元催化层40的载体为陶瓷蜂窝板,三元催化层的催化剂为氧化铝。优点是,方便易得,价格低廉。
工作时,尾气由进气孔进入排气管本体10,经排气管本体10内的三元催化层40过滤后由排气孔排出。与现有技术不同的是,首先,在靠近排气孔处设有过滤层20,能对尾气内的颗粒进行过滤,避免了颗粒物污染三元催化层40。另外,尾气在经过导流板30时,由于导流板30面积大于排气管本体10横截面积的一半,且导流板30在排气管本体10内上下交错设置,尾气会经由上下交错的导流板30与排气管本体10形成的空隙转折流动,所以,全部尾气经导流板30之间设置的三元催化层40催化过滤。延长的尾气流动的行程,增长了三元催化层40催化过滤的时间,提高了净化效果。

1.导流板三元催化排气管,包括排气管本体,所述排气管本体的一端为进气孔,另一端为排气孔,其特征在于,所述排气管本体内靠近进气孔设有过滤层,所述排气管本体内过滤层至排气孔之间设有导流板,所述导流板面积大于排气管本体横截面积的一半,所述导流板在排气管本体内径向交错设置,所述导流板之间设置有水平的三元催化层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导流板三元催化排气管,其特征在于:所述过滤层与导流板之间留有间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导流板三元催化排气管,其特征在于:所述导流板在排气管本体内沿轴向均匀间隔设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导流板三元催化排气管,其特征在于:所述三元催化层的载体为陶瓷蜂窝板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的导流板三元催化排气管,其特征在于:所述三元催化层的催化剂为氧化铝。
