Abstract
本发明公开了一种化纤混纺纱,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:1)在14.2重量份去离子水中投入1~2重量份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.7重量份双乙酸钠、0.3重量份巴西棕榈蜡,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入0.7重量份硼酸锌、1.2重量份竹醋酸、0.5重量份过硫酸钠、1.1重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明化纤混纺纱具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。

本发明涉及化纤混纺纱。
背景技术
现有化纤混纺纱的性能单一,不能满足客户的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种化纤混纺纱,其具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种化纤混纺纱,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在14.2重量份去离子水中投入1~2重量份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.7重量份双乙酸钠、0.3重量份巴西棕榈蜡,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.7重量份硼酸锌、1.2重量份竹醋酸、0.5重量份过硫酸钠、1.1重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
优选的,化纤混纺纱,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:

实施例1
一种化纤混纺纱,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在14.2重量份去离子水中投入1~2重量份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.7重量份双乙酸钠、0.3重量份巴西棕榈蜡,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.7重量份硼酸锌、1.2重量份竹醋酸、0.5重量份过硫酸钠、1.1重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
实施例2

实施例3

2)再同时缓慢加入0.7重量份硼酸锌、1.2重量份竹醋酸、0.5重量份过硫酸钠、1.1重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;

2.根据权利要求1所述的化纤混纺纱,其特征在于,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
