一种地沟油处理设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种处理地沟油的设备,适合用于使用微生物对地沟油进行发酵处理以产生烷烃产物并方便进行燃烧处理或者生产生物燃料。
背景技术
地沟油的处理一直是各界所关注的一个话题,一方面化石燃料作为主要能源其来源减少且污染严重。另一方面地沟油的产生不可避免,其处理过程不够科学,直接焚烧难度大,既浪费又加重污染。目前地沟油生产生物燃料都是通过对地沟油直接添加甲醇、助溶剂等进行配比生产,但经试验研究发现对地沟油进行添加微生物进行发酵处理后能产生大量的烷烃产物,使其容易燃烧并且燃烧热量并且燃烧更充分。因此对地沟油先进行处理再生产生物燃料是非常有意义的。因此本申请在经过大量探索和实验的基础上提出了一种能极大提高地沟油降解产出物并速度极大提升的设备。
发明内容
一种地沟油处理设备,其包括微波源,搅拌部,震荡部,地沟油承装桶,菌体添加部,所述地沟油由所述地沟油承装桶装载,然后循环由菌体添加部进行菌体添加、由微波源进行微波照射、由搅拌部进行搅拌以及由震荡部进行震荡处理,并最终获取处理的产品。所述产品相比处理前产生了大量的烷烃,并且其热值经实验模拟测定有30%以上的提升。
具体地说,所述地沟油承装桶具备可关闭母插,所述菌体添加部具备公插,所述公插与母插配合,以进行菌体添加作业,所述菌体添加作业通过公插喷射菌体添加液完成,所述菌体添加液为基液和混合菌群的混合物,所述基液通过在每500ml水溶液中添加3.8g的Na2HPO4、20g的NaHCO3、0.55g的KCl、0.04g的CaCl2、0.05g的MgCl2、0.01g的NH3而得到,所述混合菌群可以包括丁酸发酵菌和乙酸发酵菌,所述菌体添加液添加的量根据密封箱的体积进行设置,即每升地沟油每次添加的量为10kg,所述搅拌部通过向地沟油承装桶通入降温加压处理后的N2进行搅拌后由震荡部进行超声波震荡处理。
本发明通过向地沟油添加菌群,并进行微波诱导和超声波震荡诱导,使得地沟油处理速度大大加快。经处理后的地沟油再进行甲醇、助溶剂、芳烃、乳化剂等的添加配比后即可得到更优的生物燃料。

Claims (2)

1.一种地沟油处理设备,其包括微波源,搅拌部,震荡部,地沟油承装桶,菌体添加部,所述地沟油由所述地沟油承装桶装载,然后循环由菌体添加部进行菌体添加、由微波源进行微波照射、由搅拌部进行搅拌以及由震荡部进行震荡处理,并最终获取处理的产品。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,所述地沟油承装桶具备可关闭母插,所述菌体添加部具备公插,所述公插与母插配合,以进行菌体添加作业,所述菌体添加作业通过公插喷射菌体添加液完成,所述菌体添加液为基液和混合菌群的混合物,所述基液通过在每500ml水溶液中添加3.8g的Na2HPO4、20g的NaHCO3、0.55g的KCl、0.04g的CaCl2、0.05g的MgCl2、0.01g的NH3而得到,所述混合菌群可以包括丁酸发酵菌和乙酸发酵菌,所述菌体添加液添加的量根据密封箱的体积进行设置,即每升地沟油每次添加的量为10kg,所述搅拌部通过向地沟油承装桶通入降温加压处理后的N2进行搅拌后由震荡部进行超声波震荡处理。
