本发明提供了一种绝缘涂料,包括如下组份:环氧树脂,有机硅改性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,纳米钦酸钡,乙二酸聚酯,羟乙基纤维素,丙醇,硅胶粉,碳纳米管,阻燃剂。本发明所述的绝缘涂料耐高、低温性好,耐水性好,附着性好,抗冲击性强,绝缘性能优异,绝缘性不会随时间的推移而减弱,具有绝缘性好、安全系数高、使用寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于绝缘材料领域,尤其是涉及一种绝缘涂料。
背景技术
涂覆绝缘涂料就是使用不导电的物质将带电体隔离或包裹起来,以对触电起保护作用的一种安全措施。良好的绝缘对于保证电气设备与线路的安全运行,防止人身触电事故的发生是最基本的和最可靠的手段。但是现有的涂料耐高温性差、耐水性差、耐低温性差,常常在使用一段时间后绝缘性变差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种绝缘涂料,以解决现有的涂料因耐高温性差、耐水性差、耐低温性差而导致绝缘性差的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种绝缘涂料,包括如下组份:环氧树脂,有机硅改性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,纳米钦酸钡,乙二酸聚酯,羟乙基纤维素,丙醇,硅胶粉,碳纳米管,阻燃剂。
进一步的,所述绝缘涂料中的各组分的重量份数为:环氧树脂20-35份,有机硅改性丙烯酸酯15-25份,纳米钦酸钡10-15份,乙二酸聚酯8-12份,羟乙基纤维素6-15份,丙醇3-9份,硅胶粉6-9份,碳纳米管10-12份,阻燃剂10-11份。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂选自氧化锆、氢氧化镁、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、硼砂中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述纳米钦酸钡的粒径为80nm。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的绝缘涂料具有以下优势:
本发明所述的绝缘涂料耐高、低温性好,耐水性好,附着性好,抗冲击性强,绝缘性能优异,绝缘性不会随时间的推移而减弱,具有绝缘性好、安全系数高、使用寿命长等优点。

实施例1
本实施例1提供一种绝缘涂料,所述绝缘涂料中的各组分的重量份数为:环氧树脂23份,有机硅改性丙烯酸酯5份,纳米钦酸钡12份,乙二酸聚酯9份,羟乙基纤维素10份,丙醇3份,硅胶粉7份,碳纳米管11份,氧化锆10份。
本发明提供的绝缘涂料中钦酸钡的加入能够大大增强涂料层的绝缘性,而有机硅改性丙烯酸酯的选择能够增强涂料的粘结性,避免涂覆时间久了涂料层的脱落,进而能够提高使用本发明提供的绝缘涂料的安全性。
实施例2
本发明实施例2提供一种绝缘涂料,所述绝缘涂料中的各组分的重量份数为:环氧树脂35份,有机硅改性丙烯酸酯25份,纳米钦酸钡15份,乙二酸聚酯12份,羟乙基纤维素15份,丙醇6份,硅胶粉6份,碳纳米管12份,三氧化二锑11份。
本实施例所述的绝缘涂料耐高、低温性好,耐水性好,附着性好,抗冲击性强,绝缘性能优异,绝缘性不会随时间的推移而减弱,具有绝缘性好、安全系数高、使用寿命长等优点。
实施例3
本发明实施例3提供一种绝缘涂料,所述绝缘涂料中的各组分的重量份数为:环氧树脂20份,有机硅改性丙烯酸酯15份,粒径为80nm的钦酸钡15份,乙二酸聚酯8份,羟乙基纤维素6份,丙醇3份,硅胶粉6份,碳纳米管11份,氢氧化镁10.5份。
本实施例中选用的钦酸钡粒径为80nm,能够进一步提高涂料的绝缘性。

1.一种绝缘涂料,其特征在于:包括如下组份:环氧树脂,有机硅改性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,纳米钦酸钡,乙二酸聚酯,羟乙基纤维素,丙醇,硅胶粉,碳纳米管,阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘涂料,其特征在于:所述绝缘涂料中的各组分的重量份数为:环氧树脂20-35份,有机硅改性丙烯酸酯15-25份,纳米钦酸钡10-15份,乙二酸聚酯8-12份,羟乙基纤维素6-15份,丙醇3-9份,硅胶粉6-9份,碳纳米管10-12份,阻燃剂10-11份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的绝缘涂料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂选自氧化锆、氢氧化镁、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、硼砂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的绝缘涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米钦酸钡的粒径为80nm。
