Abstract

本实用新型公布一种建筑真空绝热板用的耐碱不燃阻隔膜,包括从外到内依次复合的玄武岩纤维布、铝箔层、PET层、尼龙层、PE层,其特征在于用玄武岩纤维布取代玻纤布。本实用新型的有益效果:玄武岩纤维采用天然的玄武岩制取,由多种氧化物陶瓷成分组成,玄武岩纤维布具有高强度、耐高温、耐强碱腐蚀、永久阻燃性等优点,各方面综合性能远优于玻璃纤维,是替代石棉、玻璃纤维布的理想材料。利用玄武岩纤维布作为建筑真空绝热板的最外层,在水泥强碱性和潮湿环境中不发生腐蚀反应,无需进行表面抗碱处理,玄武岩纤维布性能稳定,保证了真空绝热板与墙体的结合强度,大大提高了真空绝热板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑真空绝热板用的阻隔膜,特别是涉及一种建筑保温板用的耐碱不燃阻隔膜。 
背景技术
起初真空绝热板主要用于冰箱、船舶、航空等领域,随着真空绝热板研究的不断深入,真空绝热板越来越多的被应用于建筑领域。特别是随着公安部65号文件的颁布,开拓了真空绝热板在建筑外墙保温领域的应用。冰箱真空绝热板的阻隔膜结构为由外到内依次复合的铝箔层、PET层、尼龙层和PE层。 
为了增加真空绝热板和墙体的结合强度,真空绝热板最外层往往增加一层玻纤布。但建筑外墙保温领域有其特殊环境,即在强碱性水泥环境中。玻纤布成分为二氧化硅,容易被水泥腐蚀,长时间后发生粉化现象,导致真空绝热板的脱落。目前主要是对最外层的玻纤布进行耐碱处理,即把玻纤布放在高分子抗碱液中浸泡处理,然后进行高温固化。 
这种方案存在一定的问题:玻纤布表面用高分子抗碱液,无法达到不燃的要求;高分子抗碱液在潮湿和强碱环境中,一段时间后,耐碱性会降低,几年后玻纤还是容易粉化,而建筑用真空绝热板的设计使用寿命达到30年以上。 
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型公布一种建筑真空绝热板用的耐碱不燃阻隔膜,包括从外到内依次复合的玄武岩纤维布、铝箔层、PET层、尼龙层、PE层,其特征在于用玄武岩纤维布取代玻纤布。 
本实用新型的有益效果:玄武岩纤维采用天然的玄武岩制取,由多种氧化物陶瓷成分组成,玄武岩纤维布具有高强度、耐高温、耐强碱腐蚀、永久阻燃性等优点,各方面综合性能远优于玻璃纤维,是替代石棉、玻璃纤维布的理想材料。利用玄武岩纤维布作为建筑真空绝热板的最外层,在水泥强碱性和潮湿环境中不发生腐蚀反应,无需表面耐碱处理,玄武岩纤维布性能稳定,保证了真空绝热板与墙体的结合强度,大大提高了真空绝热板的使用寿命。

10为玄武岩纤维布,纤维布规格为300-1000 g/m2
20为铝箔层,厚度为5-15微米;
30为PET层,厚度为50-100微米;
40为尼龙层,厚度为20-40微米;
50为PE层,厚度为30-120微米。
