Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温防锈漆及其制备方法,所述耐高温防锈漆包括如下重量百分数的成分:基体树脂80~90%、阻燃剂30~40%、颜料20~30%、固化剂8~10%、消泡剂0.1~0.2%、填料30~50%、溶剂20~30%。本发明通过配方材料的合理选择、配比设计及合理的工艺控制,使所制备的耐高温防锈漆在保持良好附着力和环保性能的前提下,具有优异的防腐、耐受高温的特性,在石油石化、冶金、电力等特殊领域应用前景广阔。

一种耐高温防锈漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防锈漆制备技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐高温防锈漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属材料在使用中会发生自发的生锈过程,世界上金属材料及其制品因此每年有近1/3的损失,所以防锈材料有着重要应用。而在一些石油石化、冶金、电力等特殊领域,烟道、高温蒸汽管道、热交换器、高温炉、发动机等设备一方面要求防锈材料具有防生锈特性之外,同时还需满足耐高温的特性。普通的防锈漆无法满足耐高温特性,并且防锈漆配方中含大量有机试剂,高温条件一方面可以加速有毒气体的释放,对人体和环境造成危害;另一方面也可能引起化学反应,造成危险。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温防锈漆及其制备方法,能够解决现有防腐材料高温环境下防锈特性低及对环境有危害的缺点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐高温防锈漆,包括如下重量百分数的成分:基体树脂80~90%、阻燃剂30~40%、颜料20~30%、固化剂8~10%、消泡剂0.1~0.2%、填料30~50%、溶剂20~30%;其中,所述基体树脂为环氧硅树脂和聚酯环氧树脂的混合物,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝的混合物,所述颜料为铜铬黑,所述固化剂为正硅酸乙酯,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油,所述填料为氧化铝、膨润土、锌粉和陶瓷微珠混合物,所述溶剂为乙酸丁酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述环氧硅树脂和聚酯环氧树脂混合质量比为2~5:3~7。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝混合质量比为1~3:3~5。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述氧化铝、膨润土、锌粉和陶瓷微珠的混合质量比为3~4:2~3:3~5:1~2。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种耐高温防锈漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将填料混合均匀,砂磨机研磨至可通过100目筛;
(2)将步骤(1)研磨的粉末加入到基体树脂中,然后分别加入溶剂、阻燃剂和消泡剂,超声分散1~2h;
(3)向步骤(2)制备的溶液中加入固化剂,一定条件下搅拌均匀,得到所述防锈漆。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中的搅拌条件为:温度50~80℃,转速1200r/min,时间3~4h。
本发明的耐高温防锈漆附着力0级,在油水和酸性条件下均具有良好防生锈特性,可耐受300~800℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种耐高温防锈漆的制备方法操作简便,容易实现;本发明通过配方材料的合理选择、配比设计及合理的工艺控制,使所制备的耐高温防锈漆在保持良好附着力和环保性能的前提下,具有优异的防腐、耐受高温的特性,在石油石化、冶金、电力等特殊领域应用前景广阔。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种耐高温防锈漆,包括如下重量百分数的成分:基体树脂80~90%、阻燃剂30~40%、颜料20~30%、固化剂8~10%、消泡剂0.1~0.2%、填料30~50%、溶剂20~30%;其中,所述基体树脂为环氧硅树脂和聚酯环氧树脂的混合物,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝的混合物,所述颜料为铜铬黑,所述固化剂为正硅酸乙酯,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油,所述填料为氧化铝、膨润土、锌粉和陶瓷微珠混合物,所述溶剂为乙酸丁酯。
实施例1
一种耐高温防锈漆,其重量百分数成分如下:
按质量比为5:7混合的环氧硅树脂和聚酯环氧树脂的基体树脂90%,按质量比为3:5混合的聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝的阻燃剂40%,颜料(铜铬黑)30%,固化剂(正硅酸乙酯)10%、消泡剂(乳化硅油)0.2%、按质量比为4:3:5:2混合的氧化铝、膨润土、锌粉和陶瓷微珠的填料50%、溶剂(乙酸丁酯)30%。
制备方法:
(1)将填料混合均匀,砂磨机研磨至可通过100目筛;
(2)将步骤(1)研磨的粉末加入到基体树脂中,然后分别加入溶剂、阻燃剂和消泡剂,超声分散1~2h;
(3)向步骤(2)制备的溶液中加入固化剂,在温度50~80℃下,以1200r/min转速,搅拌3~4h,制得耐高温防锈漆。
上述方法制备的耐高温防锈漆附着力0级,在油水和酸性条件下均具有良好防生锈特性,可耐受800℃。
实施例2
一种耐高温防锈漆,其重量百分数成分如下:
按质量比为2:3混合的环氧硅树脂和聚酯环氧树脂的基体树脂80%,按质量比为1:3混合的聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝的阻燃剂30%,颜料(铜铬黑)20%,固化剂(正硅酸乙酯)8%、消泡剂(乳化硅油)0.1%、按质量比为3:2:3:1混合的氧化铝、膨润土、锌粉和陶瓷微珠的填料30%、溶剂(乙酸丁酯)20%。
制备方法:
(1)将填料混合均匀,砂磨机研磨至可通过100目筛;
(2)将步骤(1)研磨的粉末加入到基体树脂中,然后分别加入溶剂、阻燃剂和消泡剂,超声分散1~2h;
(3)向步骤(2)制备的溶液中加入固化剂,在温度50~80℃下,以1200r/min转速,搅拌3~4h,制得耐高温防锈漆。
上述方法制备的耐高温防锈漆附着力0级,在油水和酸性条件下均具有良好防生锈特性,可耐受600℃。

Claims (6)

1.一种耐高温防锈漆,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分数的成分:基体树脂80~90%、阻燃剂30~40%、颜料20~30%、固化剂8~10%、消泡剂0.1~0.2%、填料30~50%、溶剂20~30%;其中,所述基体树脂为环氧硅树脂和聚酯环氧树脂的混合物,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝的混合物,所述颜料为铜铬黑,所述固化剂为正硅酸乙酯,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油,所述填料为氧化铝、膨润土、锌粉和陶瓷微珠混合物,所述溶剂为乙酸丁酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防锈漆,其特征在于,所述环氧硅树脂和聚酯环氧树脂混合质量比为2~5:3~7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防锈漆,其特征在于,所述聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝混合质量比为1~3:3~5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防锈漆,其特征在于,所述氧化铝、膨润土、锌粉和陶瓷微珠的混合质量比为3~4:2~3:3~5:1~2。
5.一种如权利要求1至4之一所述的耐高温防锈漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将填料混合均匀,砂磨机研磨至可通过100目筛;
(2)将步骤(1)研磨的粉末加入到基体树脂中,然后分别加入溶剂、阻燃剂和消泡剂,超声分散1~2h;
(3)向步骤(2)制备的溶液中加入固化剂,一定条件下搅拌均匀,得到所述防锈漆。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐高温防锈漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的搅拌条件为:温度50~80℃,转速1200r/min,时间3~4h。
