技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品,是一种复合金属吹塑托盘及其吹塑成型制作方法。
背景技术
塑料托盘是一种工业用品,它分注塑托盘和吹塑托盘两种,由于注塑托盘和吹塑托盘使用的材料不同、加工工艺等不同,导致使用寿命及使用范围不同,注塑托盘的使用寿命低于吹塑托盘,吹塑托盘具有较好的韧性、耐磨性等优点,被广泛应用,逐渐替代了注塑托盘。但是,吹塑托盘的不足是:刚性较低,由此限制了使用范围。本领域技术人员长期以来通过增加吹塑托盘的表面结构以增加吹塑托盘的刚性,但是,这些结构复杂,使吹塑成本大幅上升,导致其应用范围受到较多限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种复合金属吹塑托盘及其吹塑成型制作方法,它能够解决现有技术的不足。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种复合金属吹塑托盘,包括托盘周壁,托盘周壁内设置空腔,托盘周壁上设置金属安装槽,金属安装槽为长条状,金属安装槽向空腔内凸起,金属安装槽内安装金属加强筋。金属安装槽的横截面为凹型槽,凹型槽的上端为敞口,凹型槽内安装金属加强筋,位于凹型槽敞口处的金属加强筋的部分外壁裸露在托盘周壁外侧。金属安装槽的横截面为带折边的U型槽,第一折边槽位于U型槽的一端顶部向外平行延伸,第二折边槽位于U型槽的另一端顶部向外平行延伸,带折边的U型槽内安装带折边的U型金属加强筋,带折边的U型金属加强筋与带折边的U型槽配合,U型金属加强筋的U型底的一部分外壁裸露在托盘周壁外侧。金属安装槽横截面为O型槽,O型槽内安装金属加强筋。金属安装槽的横截面为带折边的U型槽,U型槽的折边分别位于U型开口的顶端向外平行延伸,带折边的U型金属加强筋与带折边的U型槽配合,带折边的U型金属加强筋的U型底位于托盘周壁内部。
一种复合金属吹塑托盘的制作方法,包括下述步骤:
①制备金属加强筋备用,金属加强筋是空芯管或实芯柱体;
②取吹塑用模具,在上模或下模、或者上模和下模的内壁处放置金属加强筋,金属加强筋采用支撑结构使其固定位置;
③注射型坯、合模、吹塑,塑材将金属加强筋包在吹塑托盘内;
④冷却后开模、制成带金属加强筋的托盘,金属加强筋位于吹塑托盘的壁内。所述金属加强筋支撑结构是磁铁,磁铁放置在吹塑模具的上模或下模、或者上模和下模外壁处,磁铁吸住金属加强筋,以支撑金属加强筋固定位置不变。所述金属加强筋支撑结构有一个连杆,连杆一端穿过吹塑模具的上模或下模、或者上模和下模与金属加强筋插接。吹塑后开模,金属加强筋位于上模或下模、或者上模和下模内壁处的部位裸露在吹塑托盘的壁厚外部。金属加强筋与上模或下模、或者上模和下模内壁间设置距离,吹塑后开模,将连杆与金属加强筋脱离,金属加强筋包覆在吹塑托盘内的壁厚内。
本发明提供的吹塑托盘加工方法,尽量使用现有吹塑托盘的工艺,在达到提高吹塑托盘刚性的前提下,力求最大限度降低了制造成本。本发明提供的吹塑托盘,其刚性有较大幅度提高,可根据使用要求布置多条金属加强筋。本发明提供的吹塑托盘扩大了吹塑托盘的使用范围,它可以广泛应用于各种场所的承重,承重范围比现有吹塑托盘提高10倍以上。

本发明提供的吹塑托盘,包括托盘周壁1,托盘周壁1内设置空腔6,托盘周壁1上设置金属安装槽4,金属安装槽4为长条状,金属安装槽4向空腔6内凸起,金属安装槽4内安装金属加强筋5。本发明的贡献在于在吹塑托盘周壁1中设置了金属安装槽、在该槽内安装了金属加强筋,提高了吹塑托盘的刚性,使吹塑托盘具有了较高的承重能力,扩大了应用范围。金属安装槽为长条状,在吹塑托盘中增加的金属加强筋可以有多种形状,如图2所示的管状,可以是圆管、方管,也可以是实芯柱体结构。图2所示的金属加强筋的部分外壁是裸露在托盘周壁外部的。图3所示的金属加强筋的横截面是U型,U型的开口端的两边有向外延伸的折边,折边位于吹塑托盘的壁厚内,折边用于固定金属加强筋,带折边的U型金属加强筋与横截面是带折边的U型槽配合,U型加强筋的底部裸露在吹塑托盘的周壁外部,吹塑工艺完成后制备的吹塑托盘中的金属安装槽4的横截面可以是凹型槽,凹型槽的上端为敞口7,凹型槽内安装金属加强筋5,位于凹型槽敞口处的金属加强筋的部分外壁裸露在托盘周壁1外侧。金属安装槽4的横截面也可以是带折边的U型槽,第一折边槽8位于U型槽的一端顶部向外平行延伸,第二折边槽9位于U型槽的另一端顶部向外平行延伸,带折边的U型槽内安装带折边的U型金属加强筋5,带折边的U型金属加强筋5与带折边的U型槽配合,U型金属加强筋的U型底的一部分外壁裸露在托盘周壁1外侧。金属安装槽4横截面为O型槽,O型槽内安装金属加强筋5。金属安装槽4的横截面还可以是带折边的U型槽,U型槽的折边分别位于U型开口的顶端向外平行延伸,带折边的U型金属加强筋与带折边的U型槽配合,带折边的U型金属加强筋的U型底位于托盘周壁1内部,图5、图6所示的金属加强筋是全部包覆在吹塑托盘壁厚内的结构,减少了金属加强筋腐蚀,增加了吹塑托盘的使用寿命。金属加强筋的形状是圆管、方管或实芯柱体,也可以是带折边的U型或其它形状,金属加强筋全部包覆在吹塑托盘壁内或部分裸露在吹塑托盘壁外均可,其加工方法的必备条件是:在吹塑模具的上模或下模、或者在上模和下模外部设置一个支撑金属加强筋的结构,用于固定金属加强筋的位置,然后用现有吹塑工艺进行制备。这种支撑结构可以是磁铁,即:将磁铁放置在上模或下模、或者上模和下模的外端,在磁铁对应处、上模、下模的内壁处放置金属加强筋,磁铁吸住金属加强筋后使其位置固定不变,然后用现有吹塑工艺进行注射型坯、合模、吹塑,冷却后开模,形成带金属加强筋的吹塑托盘,吹塑托盘的结构如图2、图3所示。支撑结构还可以是连杆,连杆一端穿过吹塑模具的上模或下模与金属加强筋插接,金属加强筋距上模或下模内壁有一定距离,吹塑工艺完成后可将金属加强筋包覆在吹塑托盘的壁厚内,再将连杆孔封闭。连杆另一端位于吹塑模具的外端可以采用人工控制抽出,也可以采用机械结构抽出,用连杆与金属加强筋插接形成的吹塑托盘结构如图5、图6所示。本发明实施例所示的金属加强筋的形状不仅限于图示结构,它的横截面可以是圆形、方形、U型、三角形、多棱形等多种形状,以空芯或实芯均可,各种形状中能够便于固定在吹塑托盘壁厚内、不脱落、易于制造为标准。本发明图示结构为优选实施例。本发明所述复合金属吹塑托盘的制备方法具体步骤如下:
①制备金属加强筋备用,金属加强筋是空芯管或实芯柱体;
②取吹塑用模具,在上模或下模、或者上模和下模的内壁处放置金属加强筋,金属加强筋采用支撑结构使其固定位置;
③注射型坯、合模、吹塑,塑材将金属加强筋包在吹塑托盘内;
④冷却后开模、制成带金属加强筋的托盘,金属加强筋位于吹塑托盘的壁内。托盘周壁上形成金属安装槽,金属安装槽向空腔内凸起,金属安装槽内安装金属加强筋。
步骤①中金属加强筋的支撑结构是磁铁,磁铁放置在吹塑模具的上模或下模、或者上模和下模的外壁处,磁铁吸住金属加强筋,以支撑金属加强筋固定位置不变,用该方法制备的吹塑托盘结构如图2、图3所示,该方法提供了两种结构,一种是:金属安装槽4的横截面为凹型槽,凹型槽的上端为敞口7,凹型槽内安装金属加强筋5,位于凹型槽敞口处的金属加强筋的部分外壁裸露在托盘周壁1外侧;另一种是:金属安装槽4的横截面也可以是带折边的U型槽,第一折边槽8位于U型槽的一端顶部向外平行延伸,第二折边槽9位于U型槽的另一端顶部向外平行延伸,带折边的U型槽内安装带折边的U型金属加强筋5,带折边的U型金属加强筋5与带折边的U型槽配合,U型金属加强筋的U型底的一部分外壁裸露在托盘周壁1外侧。这种方法易于操作、制造成本低。
步骤①中所述金属加强筋支撑结构有一个连杆,连杆一端穿过吹塑模具的上模或下模、或者上模和下模与金属加强筋插接,用该方法制备的吹塑托盘能够将金属加强筋全部包覆在吹塑托盘的壁厚内,连杆留下的孔可封闭。
用本发明方法中磁铁吸住金属加强筋的结构:吹塑后开模,金属加强筋位于上模或下模、或者上模和下模内壁处的部位裸露在吹塑托盘的壁厚外部。
本发明方法中金属加强筋与上模或下模、或者上模和下模内壁间设置距离,吹塑后开模,将连杆与金属加强筋脱离,金属加强筋包覆在吹塑托盘内的壁厚内,这种方法能够进一步增加金属加强筋在托盘壁中的包覆强度,提高吹塑托盘的使用寿命,减少金属加强筋的受腐蚀的破坏程度等。
