Abstract
一种含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂辅料的砂轮,属于砂轮技术领域。由以下组分按照份数混合加工而成:粉状树脂2-3份,磨料90-95份,液体树脂2-3份,二硫化钼0.5-1份。本发明由于砂轮含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂,使砂轮与工件的润滑条件有所改善,具有磨削排屑性能更好,砂轮不易堵塞,磨削中产生的切削热小,降低工件表面粗糙度等特点;可有效避免磨削烧伤,控制表面缺陷的产生,显著提高零件的疲劳强度。工件表面粗糙度可达Ra0.1~0.2μm,砂轮不易堵塞,排屑畅快,砂轮长时间保持锋利,切削效率比未添加二硫化钼的砂轮高2倍以上。

技术领域
本发明属于砂轮技术领域,特别是涉及一种含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂辅料的砂轮。
背景技术
砂轮是磨具中用量最大,使用面最广的一种。但是,由于磨削速度很高,普通砂轮磨削工件时易烧伤,产生残余应力及裂纹。很多航空发动机材料对零件加工表面加工状态具有高度敏感性,在磨削加工中,存在磨削力大,磨削温度高,易堵塞和粘附砂轮,表面粗糙度差,砂轮寿命低,容易磨削烧伤和形成局部二次淬火区,极易产生表面、亚表面裂纹等现象,造成加工表面层形成较大的残余拉应力,降低零件疲劳强度。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,为了克服传统砂轮磨削加工局限性问题,本发明提供一种含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂辅料的砂轮。该砂轮具有磨削排屑性能更好,砂轮不易堵塞,磨削中产生的切削热小,工件表面粗糙度可达Ra0.1~0.2μm等特点。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂辅料的砂轮,由以下组分按照份数混合加工而成:粉状树脂2-3份,磨料90-95份,液体树脂2-3份,二硫化钼0.5-1份。
所述含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂辅料的砂轮的加工工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将上述比例的磨料90-95份、液体树脂2-3份、二硫化钼0.5-1份混合均匀;
(2)在第(1)步得到的混合物中加入粉状树脂2-3份混合;
(3)充分混合后过筛;
(4)热压成形。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明由于砂轮含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂,使砂轮与工件的润滑条件有所改善,具有磨削排屑性能更好,砂轮不易堵塞,磨削中产生的切削热小,降低工件表面粗糙度等特点;可有效避免磨削烧伤,控制表面缺陷的产生,显著提高零件的疲劳强度。工件表面粗糙度可达Ra0.1~0.2μm,砂轮不易堵塞,排屑畅快,砂轮长时间保持锋利,切削效率比未添加二硫化钼的砂轮高2倍以上。
2.本发明特别适用于磨削钛合金、高温合金、奥氏体不锈钢时,磨削效果更为显著,可以直观看出磨削火花是连续的,当干磨时工件的温升极小,工件热变形小,在切削深度为0.3mm时,也不产生退火和烧伤现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1:本发明一种含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂辅料的砂轮,由以下组分按照份数混合加工而成:粉状树脂2份,磨料95份,液体树脂3份,二硫化钼0.5份。
如图1所示,含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂辅料的砂轮的加工工艺方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将上述比例的磨料混合搅拌均匀;
(2)在第(1)步得到的混合物中加入粉状树脂2份混合;
(3)充分混合后过筛;
(4)热压成形。
实施例2:本例与实施例1不同的是:本例中的砂轮组分:粉状树脂3份,磨料90份,液体树脂2份,二硫化钼1份。
实施例3:本例与实施例1不同的是:本例中的砂轮组分:粉状树脂2.5份,磨料93份,液体树脂2.3份,二硫化钼0.8份。
实施例4:本例与实施例1不同的是:本例中的砂轮组分:粉状树脂2.7份,磨料92份,液体树脂2.5份,二硫化钼0.7份。

1.一种含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂辅料的砂轮,其特征在于:由以下组分按照份数混合加工而成:粉状树脂2-3份,磨料90-95份,液体树脂2-3份,二硫化钼0.5-1份。
2.如权利要求1所述含有二硫化钼固体润滑剂辅料的砂轮的加工工艺方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将上述比例的磨料90-95份、液体树脂2-3份、二硫化钼0.5-1份混合均匀;
(2)在第(1)步得到的混合物中加入粉状树脂2-3份混合;
(3)充分混合后过筛;
(4)热压成形。
