技术领域
本发明涉及搅拌设备领域,尤其涉及一种用于搅拌润滑油的搅拌釜。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。润滑油基础油主要分矿物基础油、合成基础油以及生物基础油三大类。矿物基础油应用广泛,用量很大,但有些应用场合则必须使用合成基础油和生物油基础油调配的产品,因而使这两种基础油得到迅速发展。添加剂是近代高级润滑油的精髓,正确选用合理加入,可改善其物理化学性质,对润滑油赋予新的特殊性能,或加强其原来具有的某种性能,满足更高的要求。根据润滑油要求的质量和性能,对添加剂精心选择,仔细平衡,进行合理调配,是保证润滑油质量的关键。一般常用的添加剂有:粘度指数改进剂,倾点下降剂,抗氧化剂,清净分散剂,摩擦缓和剂,油性剂,极压添加剂,抗泡沫剂,金属钝化剂,乳化剂,防腐蚀剂,防锈剂,破乳化剂,抗氧抗腐剂等。在向润滑油的基础油中添加添加剂之后,需要搅拌基础油与添加剂,以使两者混合均匀,使其在工作时性能更优越,更稳定。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供了润滑油搅拌混合罐,在搅拌的桨叶上设置有扰流装置,增强流动系数,使搅拌更均匀。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
润滑油搅拌混合罐,包括釜体,所述釜体固定在支腿上,所述釜体上方设置有进料口,下部设置有出料口,所述釜体内设置有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括电机、轴,所述轴上设置有桨叶,所述桨叶上设置有转筒,在所述转筒上设置有扰流体。
所述转筒与桨叶通过轴承连接,转筒可转动。
所述釜体外设置有夹套,所述夹套内通入热水。
所述夹套上设置有夹套入口、夹套出口,所述夹套入口设置在夹套底部,所述夹套出口设置在夹套上部。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了润滑油搅拌混合罐,在搅拌的桨叶上设置有扰流装置,增强流动系数,使搅拌更均匀。

所述润滑油搅拌混合罐,包括釜体4,所述釜体4上设置有人孔11;所述釜体4固定在支腿8上,所述釜体4上方设置有进料口2,下部设置有出料口7,所述釜体4内设置有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括电机1、轴10,所述桨叶9上设置有转筒5,在所述转筒5上设置有扰流体6。
所述转筒5与桨叶9通过轴承连接,转筒5可转动。
所述釜体4外设置有夹套3,所述夹套3内通入热水。
所述夹套3上设置有夹套入口、夹套出口,所述夹套入口设置在夹套3底部,所述夹套出口设置在夹套3上部。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了润滑油搅拌混合罐,在搅拌的桨叶9之间设置有扰流装置,起到增强润滑油流动,增大流动系数,使其混合更均匀。

1.润滑油搅拌混合罐,包括釜体(4),所述釜体(4)固定在支腿(8)上,所述釜体(4)上方设置有进料口(2),下部设置有出料口(7),所述釜体(4)内设置有搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置包括电机(1)、轴(10),所述轴(10)上设置有桨叶(9),所述桨叶(9)上设置有转筒(5),在所述转筒(5)上设置有扰流体(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油搅拌混合罐,其特征在于:所述转筒(6)与桨叶(9)通过轴承连接,转筒(5)可转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油搅拌混合罐,其特征在于:所述釜体(4)外设置有夹套(3),所述夹套(3)内通入热水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的润滑油搅拌混合罐,其特征在于:所述夹套(3)上设置有夹套入口、夹套出口,所述夹套入口设置在夹套(3)底部,所述夹套出口设置在夹套(3)上部。
