Abstract

钢球余热回收利用系统,由斜底加热炉、管道、提升机、通风机和接球筐组成,管道的一端接斜底加热炉的进钢口,管道的另一端通向接球筐,管道从接斜底加热炉的进钢口起至接球筐高度逐渐降低,在管道的内部设置有镂空悬空钢球滚道,在靠近斜底加热炉的进钢口处的管道上设置有热钢球进口,所述的提升机的出料口与管道上的热钢球进口连通,在靠近接球筐处的管道上设置有进风口,所述的通风机与管道上的进风口连通。与现有技术相比,由于在管道内热钢球的运动方向与气流的流向相反,高温钢球被气流逐渐冷却,而气流被高温钢球逐渐加热,并将热量带入斜底加热炉内来预热钢棒,预热钢棒温度可达300-400℃,节省天热气吨耗约为20%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种斜底加热炉,尤其是一种将高温钢球余热回收用于斜底加热炉预热钢棒的系钢球余热回收利用系统。
背景技术
目前,经二次回火的热锻高温钢球都是经过风冷进行降温的,热量直接排向车间内,高温钢球的热量不仅白白浪费而且还造成车间的温度较高,造成工人劳作环境恶劣。因此,设计一种将高温钢球余热回收用于斜底加热炉预热钢棒的系钢球余热回收利用系统,是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种将高温钢球余热回收用于斜底加热炉预热钢棒的系钢球余热回收利用系统。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
钢球余热回收利用系统,由斜底加热炉、管道、提升机、通风机和接球筐组成,管道的一端接斜底加热炉的进钢口,管道的另一端通向接球筐,管道从接斜底加热炉的进钢口起至接球筐高度逐渐降低,在管道的内部设置有镂空悬空钢球滚道,在靠近斜底加热炉的进钢口处的管道上设置有热钢球进口,所述的提升机的出料口与管道上的热钢球进口连通,在靠近接球筐处的管道上设置有进风口,所述的通风机与管道上的进风口连通。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述的镂空悬空钢球滚道由若干根与管道平行的环形分布的圆钢构成,在圆钢的外部焊接有若干间隔一定距离的球道箍,球道箍的直径小于管道的内径,在球道箍的外部焊接有导流板,导流板焊接在管道的内壁上。
与现有技术相比,由于在管道内热钢球的运动方向与气流的流向相反,高温钢球被气流逐渐冷却,而气流被高温钢球逐渐加热,并将热量带入斜底加热炉内来预热钢棒,不但改善了车间的生产环境,而且预热钢棒温度可达300-400℃,节省天热气吨耗约为20%。

具体实施方式
如图所示,钢球余热回收利用系统,由斜底加热炉1、管道4、提升机5、通风机3和接球筐2组成,管道4的一端接斜底加热炉1的进钢口,管道4的另一端通向接球筐2,管道4从接斜底加热炉1的进钢口起至接球筐2高度逐渐降低,在管道4的内部设置有镂空悬空钢球滚道,在靠近斜底加热炉1的进钢口处的管道4上设置有热钢球进口,所述的提升机5的出料口与管道4上的热钢球进口连通,在靠近接球筐2处的管道4上设置有进风口,所述的通风机3与管道4上的进风口连通。
所述的镂空悬空钢球滚道由若干根与管道4平行的环形分布的圆钢4-1构成,在圆钢4-1的外部焊接有若干间隔一定距离的球道箍4-2,球道箍4-2的直径小于管道4的内径,在球道箍4-2的外部焊接有导流板4-3,导流板4-3焊接在管道4的内壁上。

1.钢球余热回收利用系统,由斜底加热炉(1)、管道(4)、提升机(5)、通风机(3)和接球筐(2)组成,管道(4)的一端接斜底加热炉(1)的进钢口,管道(4)的另一端通向接球筐(2),管道(4)从接斜底加热炉(1)的进钢口起至接球筐(2)高度逐渐降低,其特征在于,在管道(4)的内部设置有镂空悬空钢球滚道,在靠近斜底加热炉(1)的进钢口处的管道(4)上设置有热钢球进口,所述的提升机(5)的出料口与管道(4)上的热钢球进口连通,在靠近接球筐(2)处的管道(4)上设置有进风口,所述的通风机(3)与管道(4)上的进风口连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢球余热回收利用系统,其特征在于,所述的镂空悬空钢球滚道由若干根与管道(4)平行的环形分布的圆钢(4-1)构成,在圆钢(4-1)的外部焊接有若干间隔一定距离的球道箍(4-2),球道箍(4-2)的直径小于管道(4)的内径,在球道箍(4-2)的外部焊接有导流板(4-3),导流板(4-3)焊接在管道(4)的内壁上。
