Abstract

本发明提供一种健康布的制造方法,制作出的复合布透气、保暖、吸湿性能好,并且第一组分和第二组分连接处强度好,抗菌效果也好。健康布包括基布层、透气布层和里布层;基布层固定在透气布层的上表面,里布层固定在透气布层的下表面。制造方法包括基布层的制备工艺、透气布层的制备工艺、里布层制备工艺、并列型复合纤维纱线的制备工艺、涤纶中空纤维纱线的制备工艺、丙纶中空纤维的制备工艺,上述工艺中对参数、流程、结构、材料等方面做出了改进,达到了更加好的效果。

Description

一种健康布的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种健康布的制造方法,该健康布用于制作服装。
背景技术
并列型复合纤维:沿纤维纵向两种组分聚合物分列于纤维两侧的复合纤维,又称双边结构型和半月型纤维,两组分可以等量,也可以不等量。为防止两组分聚合物界面剥离,提高纤维性能,两组分性能不同的聚合物多为同一类聚合物,以增加界面间两组分聚合物的相容性。两种聚合物并列在纤维截面上沿径向并列分布,由于两种组分的不对称分布,纺得的纤维经拉伸和热处理后产生收缩差,从而使纤维产生螺旋状卷曲。由两种不同组成的丙烯腈共聚物制成的并列型腈纶复合纤维,具有良好的卷曲稳定性,其弹性和蓬松性与羊毛类似。聚酰胺类的并列型复合纤维单丝可用来制做长统丝袜和其他针织品。
申请人于2015年5月19日申请了一份申请号为201520323253.2的中国专利。在后续研究中发现,当其应用于具有透气性能的健康布时,第一组分和第二组分连接处的强度有待加强,而且第二组分的结构也可以进行变化以增加多样性。
申请人还于2015年5月19日申请了一份申请号为201520323248.1的中国专利,其抗菌结效果仍有待改进。
并且,现有技术的制造方法制作出的健康布在透气、保暖、吸湿性能等方面有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种设计合理的健康布的制造方法,制作出的健康布透气、保暖、吸湿性能好,并且第一组分和第二组分连接处强度好,抗菌效果也好。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种健康布的制造方法,所述的健康布包括基布层、透气布层和里布层;基布层固定在透气布层的上表面,里布层固定在透气布层的下表面;
其特征在于:所述的健康布还包括纳米银离子层,纳米银离子层夹在里布层和透气布层之间;
制造方法包括如下步骤:
一、基布层的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、经线和纬线均采用涤纶中空纤维纱线;经密度为55根/cm,纬密度为60根/cm;
(2)、将经线和纬线纺织成胚布;
(3)、对胚布进行染色,包括如下步骤:
(31)、胚布依次经过烧毛、退浆氧漂、丝光、定型;
(32)、定型后对胚布进行染色预处理:将胚布放入染缸中,染浴pH 值为4.5,染浴开始温度为25℃,然后以5℃/min的速度升温,直到染浴温度达到75℃,然后持续1.5min;
(33)、对胚布进行染色:在染缸中加入染料,染料的组成成分及其重量份数为:
7份焦磷酸钠,3份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,5份铁红,1份二亚硝基戊四胺,4份二甲基甲酰胺,8份乙酸乙酯,7份过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,8份六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺,12份水,2份丙三醇,5份引发剂,6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,7份甲基丙烯酸丁酯;
染色时间3小时,染色温度50℃;
(34)、染色完毕后进行清洗和烘干;
(4)、将染色后的胚布制成基布层;
二、透气布层的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、经线和纬线均采用并列型复合纤维纱线;经密度为80根/cm,纬密度为75根/cm;
(2)、将经线和纬线纺织成胚布;
(3)、对胚布进行染色,包括如下步骤:
(31)、胚布依次经过烧毛、退浆氧漂、丝光、定型;
(32)、定型后对胚布进行染色预处理:将胚布放入染缸中,染浴pH 值为4.8,染浴开始温度为20℃,然后以5℃/min的速度升温,直到染浴温度达到80℃,然后持续1min;
(33)、对胚布进行染色:在染缸中加入染料,染料的组成成分及其重量份数为:
9份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、6份甲基丙烯酸丁酯、7份硬脂酸锌、6份铁红、6份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1份甘油三酯、1份苯乙烯、2份乙酸乙烯酯、2份乙酸钠、1份聚乙二醇、50份水;
染色时间3小时,染色温度50℃;
(34)、染色完毕后进行清洗和烘干;
(4)、将染色后的胚布制成透气布层;
三、里布层制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、按重量份数,将10份竹炭纤维、15份纳米银纤维、15份丙纶中空纤维、7份棉纤维经过混纺制成混纺纱线;
(2)、将混纺纱线纺成里布层;
四、所述的并列型复合纤维纱线的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、采用复合纺丝工艺,将特性粘度为1.15dl/g 的高粘度PDT切片及特性粘度为0.76dl/g 的低粘度PDT切片分别进行结晶干燥;
(2)、将两种PDT切片分别进行熔融挤压后由喷丝板喷出形成并列型复合纤维单丝;
并列型复合纤维单丝由第一组分和第二组分组成,第一组分和第二组分相连;第一组分由优弧形部、劣弧形部和支撑部组成;优弧形部的两端和劣弧形部的两端相连,优弧形部和劣弧形部围成第一组分空腔;优弧形部的横截面为优弧形,劣弧形部的横截面为劣弧形,第一组分空腔的横截面为月牙形;支撑部位于第一组分空腔中,其一端与优弧形部相连,另一端与劣弧形部相连,支撑部将第一组分空腔分隔为两部分;支撑部的横截面为矩形;在劣弧形部上开有第一凹槽;第二组分由D形部和连接部组成;D形部的横截面为D字形;连接部一端与D形部相连,另一端与优弧形部相连;在连接部上开有第二凹槽;连接部的中部开有腰型孔;并列型复合纤维单丝中,第一组分和第二组分的重量比为35:65;高粘度PDT切片制作成并列型复合纤维单丝的第一组分;低粘度PDT切片制作成并列型复合纤维单丝的第二组分;
(3)、喷丝板喷出后的丝束采用冷却风进行冷却,冷却风温度为15℃,湿度为80%,风速0.8m/s;
(4)、对冷却后的丝束进行牵伸,牵伸时半成品的温度为100℃,拉伸比为3,牵伸速度为300m/min;
(5)、对牵伸后的丝束采用吹风方式进行热处理,风温110℃,时间30min;
(6)、热处理后通过后续工艺制成并列型复合纤维纱线;
五、所述的涤纶中空纤维纱线的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、将涤纶切片进行干燥,干燥后涤纶切片的含水率小于 28ppm;
(2)、将经过干燥后的涤纶切片进行熔融,得到涤纶熔体;
(3)、将涤纶熔体由喷丝板喷出形成涤纶中空纤维单丝;
该涤纶中空纤维单丝由外周体、中心体和连接体组成;外周体的横截面为圆环形;中心体位于外周体内,中心体横截面为圆形;连接体位于外周体内,其一端与外周体相连,另一端与中心体相连;涤纶中空纤维单丝开有涤纶中空纤维单丝孔;涤纶中空纤维单丝孔的横截面为扇面形;
(4)、喷丝板喷出后的丝束采用冷却风进行冷却,冷却风温度为30℃,湿度为77%,风速1m/s;
(5)、对冷却后的丝束用油剂上油;油剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:平滑剂35份、乳化剂20份、抗静电剂6.5份、渗透剂2份、水150份;
平滑剂为四元醇酯;
乳化剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚15份,月桂酸聚氧乙烯醚50份;
抗静电剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:十八醇磷酸酯钾盐40份,氢氧化钾3份,水120份;
渗透剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:碳八醇聚氧乙烯醚55份,聚氧乙烯醚30份;
(6)、将上油后的丝束制成涤纶中空纤维纱线。
六、所述的丙纶中空纤维的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、将丙纶切片经过进行干燥,干燥后涤纶切片的含水率小于 20ppm;
(2)、将经过干燥后的丙纶切片进行熔融,得到丙纶熔体;
(3)、将丙纶熔体由喷丝板喷出形成丙纶中空纤维单丝;
该丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面为椭圆形;丙纶中空纤维单丝开有丙纶中空纤维单丝孔;丙纶中空纤维单丝孔的横截面为椭圆形;丙纶中空纤维单丝孔为3个,并排设置;中间的丙纶中空纤维单丝孔的横截面的长轴与丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面的短轴重合,中间的丙纶中空纤维单丝孔的横截面的短轴与丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面的长轴重合;两端的丙纶中空纤维单丝孔的横截面的长轴与丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面的长轴重合;
(4)、将丙纶中空纤维单丝制成丙纶中空纤维。
本发明所述的第一凹槽和第二凹槽均为弧形槽。
本发明所述的第一凹槽为多条,平行设置。
本发明所述的第二凹槽为两条,上下相背平行设置。
本发明所述的涤纶中空纤维单丝孔为4个,均匀环绕中心体设置。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:本发明制作出的健康布透气、保暖、吸湿性能好;第一组分和第二组分的结构使得本发明的透气、保暖、吸湿性能好,制作的衣服人穿着更加舒适;而透气布层可以起到透气作用;加强了第一组分和第二组分连接处的强度,不易断裂;抗菌效果好,使人体更加健康。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
参见图1~图4, 一种健康布的制造方法,该健康布由透气布层13、基布层12、纳米银离子层20和里布层14组成,基布层12采用缝合方式固定在透气布层13的上表面,里布层14采用缝合方式固定在透气布层13的下表面。纳米银离子层20夹在里布层14和透气布层13之间。
制造方法包括如下步骤:
一、基布层12的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、经线和纬线均采用涤纶中空纤维纱线;经密度为55根/cm,纬密度为60根/cm;
(2)、将经线和纬线纺织成胚布;
(3)、对胚布进行染色,包括如下步骤:
(31)、胚布依次经过烧毛、退浆氧漂、丝光、定型;
(32)、定型后对胚布进行染色预处理:将胚布放入染缸中,染浴pH值为4.5,染浴开始温度为25℃,然后以5℃/min的速度升温,直到染浴温度达到75℃,然后持续1.5min;
4.5的PH值可以提高上染速度和上染百分率;上述温度及升温过程可以有效防止产生色花;
(33)、对胚布进行染色:在染缸中加入染料,染料的组成成分及其重量份数为:
7份焦磷酸钠,3份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,5份铁红,1份二亚硝基戊四胺,4份二甲基甲酰胺,8份乙酸乙酯,7份过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,8份六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺,12份水,2份丙三醇,5份引发剂,6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,7份甲基丙烯酸丁酯;
染色时间3小时,染色温度50℃。
(34)、染色完毕后进行清洗和烘干。
(4)、将染色后的胚布通过后续工艺制成基布层12。该后续工艺可采用现有技术。
二、透气布层13的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、经线和纬线均采用并列型复合纤维纱线;经密度为80根/cm,纬密度为75根/cm;
(2)、将经线和纬线纺织成胚布;
(3)、对胚布进行染色,包括如下步骤:
(31)、胚布依次经过烧毛、退浆氧漂、丝光、定型;
(32)、定型后对胚布进行染色预处理:将胚布放入染缸中,染浴pH 值为4.8,染浴开始温度为20℃,然后以5℃/min的速度升温,直到染浴温度达到80℃,然后持续1min;
4.8的PH值可以提高上染速度和上染百分率;上述温度及升温过程可以有效防止产生色花;
(33)、对胚布进行染色:在染缸中加入染料,染料的组成成分及其重量份数为:
9份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、6份甲基丙烯酸丁酯、7份硬脂酸锌、6份铁红、6份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1份甘油三酯、1份苯乙烯、2份乙酸乙烯酯、2份乙酸钠、1份聚乙二醇、50份水。
染色时间3小时,染色温度50℃。
(34)、染色完毕后进行清洗和烘干。
(4)、将染色后的胚布通过后续工艺制成透气布层13。该后续工艺可采用现有技术。
三、里布层制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、按重量份数,将10份竹炭纤维、15份纳米银纤维、15份丙纶中空纤维、7份棉纤维经过混纺制成混纺纱线;
(2)、将混纺纱线纺成里布层。
四、并列型复合纤维纱线的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、采用复合纺丝工艺,将特性粘度为1.15dl/g 的高粘度PDT切片及特性粘度为0.76dl/g 的低粘度PDT切片分别进行结晶干燥。
(2)、将两种PDT切片分别进行熔融挤压后由喷丝板喷出形成并列型复合纤维单丝;
并列型复合纤维单丝由第一组分1和第二组分2组成,第一组分1和第二组分2相连。第一组分1和第二组分2均用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成;或者,第一组分1用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成,第二组分2用聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯制成。
第一组分1由优弧形部3、劣弧形部4和支撑部5组成。
优弧形部3的两端和劣弧形部4的两端相连,优弧形部3和劣弧形部4围成一个第一组分空腔6。优弧形部3的横截面为优弧形,劣弧形部4的横截面为劣弧形,第一组分空腔6的横截面为月牙形。优弧形部3和劣弧形部4的结构,劣弧形部4内凹可以增加透气性。第一组分空腔6减少了纤维的重量,使得布料的重量更轻,制作的衣服人穿着更加舒适,并且第一组分空腔6内能包含大量静止空气,使布料在轻便的同时具有比较好的保暖性能。
支撑部5位于第一组分空腔6中,其一端与优弧形部3相连,另一端与劣弧形部4相连,支撑部5将第一组分空腔6分隔为两部分。支撑部5可对优弧形部3和劣弧形部4起到支撑的作用,防止纤维收到挤压后变形。支撑部5的横截面为矩形,支撑效果较好。
在劣弧形部4上开有第一凹槽7,第一凹槽7有利于染料的沉淀,方便纤维染色,而且具有吸湿性能,增加了纤维的吸湿性。第一凹槽7为弧形槽,能达到很好的效果。第一凹槽7为多条,平行设置,能达到很好的效果。
第二组分2由D形部8和连接部9组成。
D形部8的横截面为D字形,这样第二组分2就具有了D形截面纤维的特性,透气、保暖、吸湿这些性能比较好。
连接部9一端与D形部8相连,另一端与优弧形部3相连。连接部9可加强第一组分1和第二组分2相连部分的强度。
在连接部9上开有第二凹槽10,第二凹槽10有利于染料的沉淀,方便纤维染色,而且具有吸湿导气性能,增加了纤维的吸湿导气性。第二凹槽10为两条,上下相背平行设置,能达到很好的效果。第二凹槽10为弧形槽。
连接部9的中部开有腰型孔11,腰型孔11的横截面为腰型。当第一组分1和第二组分2相对弯曲时,连接部9也发生弯曲,腰型孔11可以对连接部9起到一个缓冲的作用,防止其破裂变形。
并列型复合纤维单丝中,第一组分和第二组分的重量比为35:65;高粘度PDT切片制作成并列型复合纤维单丝的第一组分;低粘度PDT切片制作成并列型复合纤维单丝的第二组分。
(3)、喷丝板喷出后的丝束采用冷却风进行冷却,冷却风温度为15℃,湿度为80%,风速0.8m/s。
(4)、对冷却后的丝束进行牵伸,牵伸时半成品的温度为100℃,拉伸比为3,牵伸速度为300m/min。
(5)、对牵伸后的丝束采用吹风方式进行热处理,风温110℃,时间30min。
(6)、热处理后通过后续工艺制成并列型复合纤维纱线。该后续工艺可采用现有技术。
五、涤纶中空纤维纱线的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、将涤纶切片进行干燥,干燥后涤纶切片的含水率小于 28ppm。
(2)、将经过干燥后的涤纶切片进行熔融,得到涤纶熔体。
(4)、将涤纶熔体由喷丝板喷出形成涤纶中空纤维单丝。
该涤纶中空纤维单丝由外周体15、中心体16和连接体17组成。
外周体15的横截面为圆环形。这样涤纶中空纤维单丝的外表面就具有寻常纤维的优点。
中心体16位于外周体15内,其横截面为圆形。
连接体17位于外周体15内,其一端与外周体15相连,另一端与中心体16相连。中心体16和外周体15通过连接体17连接在一起。
涤纶中空纤维单丝开有涤纶中空纤维单丝孔18。涤纶中空纤维单丝孔18减少了纤维的重量,使得布料的重量更轻,制作的衣服人穿着更加舒适,透气性更好,并且涤纶中空纤维单丝孔18内能包含大量静止空气,使布料在透气的同时兼具比较好的保暖性能。
涤纶中空纤维单丝孔18的横截面为扇面形,不仅内部折射的光学效应好,给人以特殊的感觉,而且保暖性好。
涤纶中空纤维单丝孔18为4个,环绕中心体16设置,并且是均匀环绕中心体16设置。
(5)、喷丝板喷出后的丝束采用冷却风进行冷却,冷却风温度为30℃,湿度为77%,风速1m/s。
(6)、对冷却后的丝束用油剂上油;油剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:平滑剂35份、乳化剂20份、抗静电剂6.5份、渗透剂2份、水150份。
平滑剂为四元醇酯;四元醇酯可改善纤维的摩擦和平滑性能;
乳化剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚15份,月桂酸聚氧乙烯醚50份;蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚和月桂酸聚氧乙烯醚使得油剂在使用时更加均匀和稳定,乳化效果更好;
抗静电剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:十八醇磷酸酯钾盐40份,氢氧化钾3份,水120份;氢氧化钾的加入加强了钾的阳离子,加强了抗静电的效果;
渗透剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:碳八醇聚氧乙烯醚55份,聚氧乙烯醚30份。碳八醇聚氧乙烯醚和聚氧乙烯醚可以使得油剂具有较强的洗毛效果。
(7)、将上油后的丝束通过后续工艺制成涤纶中空纤维纱线。该后续工艺可采用现有技术。
六、丙纶中空纤维的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、将丙纶切片经过进行干燥,干燥后涤纶切片的含水率小于 20ppm;
(2)、将经过干燥后的丙纶切片进行熔融,得到丙纶熔体;
(3)、将丙纶熔体由喷丝板喷出形成丙纶中空纤维单丝;
该丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面为椭圆形,这样丙纶中空纤维单丝的外表面就具有寻常纤维的优点,而且表面光滑,不易附着细菌和污物。
丙纶中空纤维单丝开有丙纶中空纤维单丝孔19。丙纶中空纤维单丝孔19减少了纤维的重量,使得布料的重量更轻,制作的衣服人穿着更加舒适,透气性更好,并且丙纶中空纤维单丝孔19 内能包含大量静止空气,使布料在透气的同时兼具比较好的保暖性能。
丙纶中空纤维单丝孔19的横截面为椭圆形,不仅制作成本低、纤维韧性好,而且保暖性好,
丙纶中空纤维单丝孔19为3个,并排设置。中间的丙纶中空纤维单丝孔19的横截面的长轴与丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面的短轴重合,中间的丙纶中空纤维单丝孔19的横截面的短轴与丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面的长轴重合;两端的丙纶中空纤维单丝孔19的横截面的长轴与丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面的长轴重合。

其特征在于:所述的健康布还包括纳米银离子层,纳米银离子层夹在里布层和透气布层之间;
制造方法包括如下步骤:
一、基布层的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、经线和纬线均采用涤纶中空纤维纱线;经密度为55根/cm,纬密度为60根/cm;
(2)、将经线和纬线纺织成胚布;
(3)、对胚布进行染色,包括如下步骤:
(31)、胚布依次经过烧毛、退浆氧漂、丝光、定型;
(32)、定型后对胚布进行染色预处理:将胚布放入染缸中,染浴pH 值为4.5,染浴开始温度为25℃,然后以5℃/min的速度升温,直到染浴温度达到75℃,然后持续1.5min;
(33)、对胚布进行染色:在染缸中加入染料,染料的组成成分及其重量份数为:
7份焦磷酸钠,3份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,5份铁红,1份二亚硝基戊四胺,4份二甲基甲酰胺,8份乙酸乙酯,7份过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,8份六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺,12份水,2份丙三醇,5份引发剂,6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,7份甲基丙烯酸丁酯;
染色时间3小时,染色温度50℃;
(34)、染色完毕后进行清洗和烘干;
(4)、将染色后的胚布制成基布层;
二、透气布层的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、经线和纬线均采用并列型复合纤维纱线;经密度为80根/cm,纬密度为75根/cm;
(2)、将经线和纬线纺织成胚布;
(3)、对胚布进行染色,包括如下步骤:
(31)、胚布依次经过烧毛、退浆氧漂、丝光、定型;
(32)、定型后对胚布进行染色预处理:将胚布放入染缸中,染浴pH值为4.8,染浴开始温度为20℃,然后以5℃/min的速度升温,直到染浴温度达到80℃,然后持续1min;
(33)、对胚布进行染色:在染缸中加入染料,染料的组成成分及其重量份数为:
9份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、6份甲基丙烯酸丁酯、7份硬脂酸锌、6份铁红、6份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1份甘油三酯、1份苯乙烯、2份乙酸乙烯酯、2份乙酸钠、1份聚乙二醇、50份水;
染色时间3小时,染色温度50℃;
(34)、染色完毕后进行清洗和烘干;
(4)、将染色后的胚布制成透气布层;
三、里布层制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、按重量份数,将10份竹炭纤维、15份纳米银纤维、15份丙纶中空纤维、7份棉纤维经过混纺制成混纺纱线;
(2)、将混纺纱线纺成里布层;
四、所述的并列型复合纤维纱线的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、采用复合纺丝工艺,将特性粘度为1.15dl/g 的高粘度PDT切片及特性粘度为0.76dl/g 的低粘度PDT切片分别进行结晶干燥;
(2)、将两种PDT切片分别进行熔融挤压后由喷丝板喷出形成并列型复合纤维单丝;
并列型复合纤维单丝由第一组分和第二组分组成,第一组分和第二组分相连;第一组分由优弧形部、劣弧形部和支撑部组成;优弧形部的两端和劣弧形部的两端相连,优弧形部和劣弧形部围成第一组分空腔;优弧形部的横截面为优弧形,劣弧形部的横截面为劣弧形,第一组分空腔的横截面为月牙形;支撑部位于第一组分空腔中,其一端与优弧形部相连,另一端与劣弧形部相连,支撑部将第一组分空腔分隔为两部分;支撑部的横截面为矩形;在劣弧形部上开有第一凹槽;第二组分由D形部和连接部组成;D形部的横截面为D字形;连接部一端与D形部相连,另一端与优弧形部相连;在连接部上开有第二凹槽;连接部的中部开有腰型孔;并列型复合纤维单丝中,第一组分和第二组分的重量比为35:65;高粘度PDT切片制作成并列型复合纤维单丝的第一组分;低粘度PDT切片制作成并列型复合纤维单丝的第二组分;
(3)、喷丝板喷出后的丝束采用冷却风进行冷却,冷却风温度为15℃,湿度为80%,风速0.8m/s;
(4)、对冷却后的丝束进行牵伸,牵伸时半成品的温度为100℃,拉伸比为3,牵伸速度为300m/min;
(5)、对牵伸后的丝束采用吹风方式进行热处理,风温110℃,时间30min;
(6)、热处理后通过后续工艺制成并列型复合纤维纱线;
五、所述的涤纶中空纤维纱线的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、将涤纶切片进行干燥,干燥后涤纶切片的含水率小于 28ppm;
(2)、将经过干燥后的涤纶切片进行熔融,得到涤纶熔体;
(3)、将涤纶熔体由喷丝板喷出形成涤纶中空纤维单丝;
该涤纶中空纤维单丝由外周体、中心体和连接体组成;外周体的横截面为圆环形;中心体位于外周体内,中心体横截面为圆形;连接体位于外周体内,其一端与外周体相连,另一端与中心体相连;涤纶中空纤维单丝开有涤纶中空纤维单丝孔;涤纶中空纤维单丝孔的横截面为扇面形;
(4)、喷丝板喷出后的丝束采用冷却风进行冷却,冷却风温度为30℃,湿度为77%,风速1m/s;
(5)、对冷却后的丝束用油剂上油;油剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:平滑剂35份、乳化剂20份、抗静电剂6.5份、渗透剂2份、水150份;
平滑剂为四元醇酯;
乳化剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚15份,月桂酸聚氧乙烯醚50份;
抗静电剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:十八醇磷酸酯钾盐40份,氢氧化钾3份,水120份;
渗透剂的组成成分及其重量份数为:碳八醇聚氧乙烯醚55份,聚氧乙烯醚30份;
(6)、将上油后的丝束制成涤纶中空纤维纱线;
六、所述的丙纶中空纤维的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)、将丙纶切片经过进行干燥,干燥后涤纶切片的含水率小于 20ppm;
(2)、将经过干燥后的丙纶切片进行熔融,得到丙纶熔体;
(3)、将丙纶熔体由喷丝板喷出形成丙纶中空纤维单丝;
该丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面为椭圆形;丙纶中空纤维单丝开有丙纶中空纤维单丝孔;丙纶中空纤维单丝孔的横截面为椭圆形;丙纶中空纤维单丝孔为3个,并排设置;中间的丙纶中空纤维单丝孔的横截面的长轴与丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面的短轴重合,中间的丙纶中空纤维单丝孔的横截面的短轴与丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面的长轴重合;两端的丙纶中空纤维单丝孔的横截面的长轴与丙纶中空纤维单丝的横截面的长轴重合;
(4)、将丙纶中空纤维单丝制成丙纶中空纤维。
