Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法,通过在刷丝的外侧贴合耐磨颗粒层,由下列重量份数的原料组成:碳化钨粉末25-30份、4-氨基七氟甲苯10-15份、3,5-二氯异硫氰酸苯酯3-5份、1,2-双甲苯氧基乙烷5-10份、1,3-二氯-2-丁烯8-10份、聚异戊二烯6-8份、热固性树脂3-5份、碳纤维5-8份、乙基纤维素1-2份、醋酸钙3-5份、玻璃纤维1-2份、三甲基硅醇40-50份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯15-20份和促进剂6-8份。与现有技术相比,本发明不同于直接将耐磨材料加入刷丝的传统生产工艺,而是通过在刷丝的外侧贴合耐磨颗粒层,使得刷丝可以保持原有的机械性能,本发明提高了耐磨颗粒层的附着度,从而延长了耐磨颗粒层的使用寿命,提升了刷丝的耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明涉及刷丝领域,具体是一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法。
背景技术
刷丝广泛应用在产品包装、交通运输、工农业生产等多个领域。刷丝在使用过程中的耐磨性是其本身性能的重要指标。传统的刷丝是在原料中直接加入相关添加剂,从而提高刷丝的耐磨性。这种工艺一方面由于添加剂的加入,会影响刷丝本身的机械性能,另一方面,添加剂直接加入刷丝原料中,会改变刷丝的加工工艺,而且添加剂的价格较高。因此提供一种具有耐磨且价格便宜的刷丝是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法。
为实现所述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法,通过在刷丝的外侧贴合耐磨颗粒层,由下列重量份数的原料组成:碳化钨粉末25-30份、4-氨基七氟甲苯10-15份、3,5-二氯异硫氰酸苯酯3-5份、1,2-双甲苯氧基乙烷5-10份、1,3-二氯-2-丁烯8-10份、聚异戊二烯6-8份、热固性树脂3-5份、碳纤维5-8份、乙基纤维素1-2份、醋酸钙3-5份、玻璃纤维1-2份、三甲基硅醇40-50份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯15-20份和促进剂6-8份。
一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述耐磨颗粒层原料依次加入密炼机中,然后启动密炼机进行第一次混炼,时间1-2min,温度控制在150-160℃;
(2)在步骤(1)密炼机处理后的原料中加入促进剂进行第二次混炼,时间2-3min,温度控制在180-200℃,冷却后放入振筛中进行循环振动烘干,温度为60-80℃,至形成耐磨固态颗粒;
(3)将步骤(2)中制成的耐磨颗粒放入喷涂机中,充分混合后向刷丝的外边缘进行均匀喷涂;
(4)在室温下进行固化3-5小时。
所述的促进剂为二硫代氨基甲酸盐。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明不同于直接将耐磨材料加入刷丝的传统生产工艺,而是通过在刷丝的外侧贴合耐磨颗粒层,使得刷丝可以保持原有的机械性能,本发明提高了耐磨颗粒层的附着度,从而延长了耐磨颗粒层的使用寿命,提升了刷丝的耐磨性。

实施例1一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法,通过在刷丝的外侧贴合耐磨颗粒层,由下列重量份数的原料组成:碳化钨粉末25份、4-氨基七氟甲苯10份、3,5-二氯异硫氰酸苯酯3份、1,2-双甲苯氧基乙烷5份、1,3-二氯-2-丁烯8份、聚异戊二烯6份、热固性树脂3份、碳纤维5份、乙基纤维素1份、醋酸钙3份、玻璃纤维1份、三甲基硅醇40份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯15份和促进剂6份。

一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述耐磨颗粒层原料依次加入密炼机中,然后启动密炼机进行第一次混炼,时间1-2min,温度控制在150-160℃;
(2)在步骤(1)密炼机处理后的原料中加入促进剂进行第二次混炼,时间2-3min,温度控制在180-200℃,冷却后放入振筛中进行循环振动烘干,温度为60-80℃,至形成耐磨固态颗粒;

实施例3一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法,通过在刷丝的外侧贴合耐磨颗粒层,由下列重量份数的原料组成:碳化钨粉末25份、4-氨基七氟甲苯12份、3,5-二氯异硫氰酸苯酯4份、1,2-双甲苯氧基乙烷6份、1,3-二氯-2-丁烯10份、聚异戊二烯8份、热固性树脂4份、碳纤维6份、乙基纤维素1份、醋酸钙3份、玻璃纤维2份、三甲基硅醇44份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯18份和促进剂7份。
一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述耐磨颗粒层原料依次加入密炼机中,然后启动密炼机进行第一次混炼,时间1-2min,温度控制在150-160℃;
(2)在步骤(1)密炼机处理后的原料中加入促进剂进行第二次混炼,时间2-3min,温度控制在180-200℃,冷却后放入振筛中进行循环振动烘干,温度为60-80℃,至形成耐磨固态颗粒;
(3)将步骤(2)中制成的耐磨颗粒放入喷涂机中,充分混合后向刷丝的外边缘进行均匀喷涂;
(4)在室温下进行固化3-5小时。

1.一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法,通过在刷丝的外侧贴合耐磨颗粒层,其特征在于,由下列重量份数的原料组成:碳化钨粉末25-30份、4-氨基七氟甲苯10-15份、3,5-二氯异硫氰酸苯酯3-5份、1,2-双甲苯氧基乙烷5-10份、1,3-二氯-2-丁烯8-10份、聚异戊二烯6-8份、热固性树脂3-5份、碳纤维5-8份、乙基纤维素1-2份、醋酸钙3-5份、玻璃纤维1-2份、三甲基硅醇40-50份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯15-20份和促进剂6-8份。
2.一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述耐磨颗粒层原料依次加入密炼机中,然后启动密炼机进行第一次混炼,时间1-2min,温度控制在150-160℃;
(2)在步骤(1)密炼机处理后的原料中加入促进剂进行第二次混炼,时间2-3min,温度控制在180-200℃,冷却后放入振筛中进行循环振动烘干,温度为60-80℃,至形成耐磨固态颗粒;
(3)将步骤(2)中制成的耐磨颗粒放入喷涂机中,充分混合后向刷丝的外边缘进行均匀喷涂;
(4)在室温下进行固化3-5小时。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐磨性能优越的刷丝及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的促进剂为二硫代氨基甲酸盐。
