本发明公开了一种耐候性好的橡胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乙烯、丙烯和非共轭二烯烃的三元共聚物80-90份、氧化镁15-20份、粉煤灰10-15份、石油沥青8-15份、聚丙二烯硅氧烷5-8份、二月桂酸二丁基锡1-5份、二氧化锰5-7份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯0.5-2份、松焦油1-3份、异噻唑啉酮1-5份、防老剂0.5-1份、稳定剂0.05-0.1份、增塑剂0.5-0.8份。本发明稳定性好,抗弯拉强度大,耐候性能好,高温下不会裂解,低温下不会断裂。

本发明属于橡胶技术领域,具体涉及一种耐候性好的橡胶。
背景技术
汽车橡胶制品是汽车配件中不可缺少的重要组成元件。按不同类型汽车计算,每辆汽车上需要安装大约有100-200多种橡胶制品,要使用约200-500多个橡胶配件。据统计,汽车行业占用了全球每年消耗橡胶生胶量的70%以上,其中轮胎占用60%,汽车橡胶制品配件占用40%,随着汽车技术现代化的发展,对汽车橡胶制品的要求也日趋严格和苛刻。市面上一些橡胶耐候性能比较差,稳定性差,弯拉强度小,高温下容易裂解,缩短使用寿命,不能满足高性能橡胶的要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种耐候性好的橡胶,稳定性好,抗弯拉强度大,耐候性能好,高温下不会裂解,低温下不会断裂。
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐候性好的橡胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乙烯、丙烯和非共轭二烯烃的三元共聚物80-90份、氧化镁15-20份、粉煤灰10-15份、石油沥青8-15份、聚丙二烯硅氧烷5-8份、二月桂酸二丁基锡1-5份、二氧化锰5-7份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯0.5-2份、松焦油1-3份、异噻唑啉酮1-5份、防老剂0.5-1份、稳定剂0.05-0.1份、增塑剂0.5-0.8份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:稳定性好,抗弯拉强度大,耐候性能好,高温下不会裂解,低温下不会断裂。

实施例2
一种耐候性好的橡胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乙烯、丙烯和非共轭二烯烃的三元共聚物85份、氧化镁17份、粉煤灰12份、石油沥青10份、聚丙二烯硅氧烷7份、二月桂酸二丁基锡3份、二氧化锰6份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯1份、松焦油2份、异噻唑啉酮4份、防老剂0.7份、稳定剂0.08份、增塑剂0.7份。
实施例3
一种耐候性好的橡胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乙烯、丙烯和非共轭二烯烃的三元共聚物90份、氧化镁20份、粉煤灰15份、石油沥青15份、聚丙二烯硅氧烷8份、二月桂酸二丁基锡5份、二氧化锰7份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯2份、松焦油3份、异噻唑啉酮5份、防老剂1份、稳定剂0.1份、增塑剂0.8份。
