本发明公开了一种数字化可变凹印版辊,其结构从内至外依次是圆柱体滚筒、曲面PCB板、压电陶瓷层、金属外层;所述的曲面PCB板与上位机与压电陶瓷层的压电陶瓷相连,并将上位机的网穴数据和控制指令传递给压电陶瓷;所述的压电陶瓷均匀排布在凹印版辊表面上,形成一个个凸起的结构;所述的金属外层带有切割成矩阵型的孔,与凸出的压电陶瓷相嵌合,使金属外层的外表面与压电陶瓷表面平齐;所述的压电陶瓷在曲面PCB板传递的网穴数据和控制指令作用下发生不同程度的形变,形成深浅不同的网穴,从而实现根据原稿的明暗层次对网穴深度进行控制,达到重复使用的目的。本发明当金属外层受到磨损时,只需将金属外层进行更换,内部结构仍然可以重复使用。

Description

一种数字化可变凹印版辊
技术领域
本发明属于凹版印刷技术领域,涉及一种凹印版辊,尤其是指一种网穴深度可变、可以重复使用的数字化可变凹印版辊。
背景技术
凹版印刷作为印刷工艺的一种,靠印版表面凹下去的深浅来表现图像的层次。由于印版图文部分凹陷的深浅不同,填入网穴的墨量有多有少,转移到承印物上的墨层有厚也有薄,使原稿上的浓淡层次在印品上得到了再现。这样得到的凹印印品具有墨层厚实,立体感强,层次丰富,精度高,质感好等优点。此外,凹版印刷以其适用范围广,可在多种承印物上印刷,印版耐印率高、印品质量稳定、印刷速度快等优点在印刷包装及图文出版领域内占据及其重要的地位。当然,凹版印刷也存在局限性,如传统的照相凹版制版技术复杂,制版成本高,周期长,不适合少量、多样化印刷品的印刷。这些不足严重阻碍了凹版印刷的发展。
压电陶瓷是一种能够将机械能和电能相互转换的功能陶瓷材料,当在压电陶瓷的极化方向上施加电场,压电陶瓷就会发生变形,电场去掉后,压电陶瓷的变化随之消失。因此,利用压电陶瓷的形变开发出一种可以网穴深度可以随意变化的凹印版辊具有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种网穴深度可变、可以重复使用的智能凹印版辊,以克服传统凹印版辊生产速度慢,印版腐蚀结果难以掌握和预测等不足。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种数字化可变凹印版辊,其特征在于:其结构从内至外依次是圆柱体滚筒、曲面PCB板、压电陶瓷层、金属外层;所述的压电陶瓷均匀排布在凹印版辊表面上,形成一个个凸起的结构;所述的金属外层带有切割成矩阵型的孔,与凸出的压电陶瓷相嵌合,使金属外层的外表面与压电陶瓷表面平齐;所述的曲面PCB板与上位机与压电陶瓷层的压电陶瓷相连,并将上位机的网穴数据和控制指令传递给压电陶瓷,所述的压电陶瓷在曲面PCB板传递的网穴数据和控制指令作用下发生不同程度的形变,形成深浅不同的网穴,从而实现根据原稿的明暗层次对网穴深度进行控制,达到重复使用的目的。
作为优选,所述的圆柱体滚筒为空心,由生铁或钢制作而成。
作为优选,所述的曲面PCB板包括基材、印制线路和印制元件。
本发明的压电陶瓷层是由网点大小的凸起结构构成,均匀分布在凹印版辊的表面。在印版的图文部分,压电陶瓷根据原稿的明暗层次在电压作用下会发生变形,形成不同深度的网穴,在印版的非图文部分,压电陶瓷保持与凹印版辊表面平齐的状态。
本发明的金属外层上具有矩阵型的小孔,其形状大小均与压电陶瓷的凸起结构相嵌合,共同形成凹印版辊表面。本发明的金属外层具有良好的延展性和耐磨性,延展性是为了方便与压电陶瓷的凸起结构进行无缝嵌合,耐磨性是为了减少刮墨刀的损伤,提高使用寿命。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)可以根据原稿明暗层次的不同,通过计算机对数字化可变凹印版辊上的每个网点的压电陶瓷进行控制,使其发生形变,从而使每个网穴满足不同阶调的深度要求;
(2)不同的原稿则生成不同深度的网穴,这样就省去了重复制版的步骤;
(3)当外层金属受到磨损时,只需将其进行更换,而内部的PCB板、压电陶瓷等还可以继续使用,这也降低了数字化可变凹印版辊的制作成本。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域普通技术人员理解和实施本发明,下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述,应当理解,此处所描述的实施示例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请见图1,本发明提供的一种数字化可变凹印版辊,其特征在于:其结构从内至外依次是圆柱体滚筒1、曲面PCB板2、压电陶瓷层3、金属外层4;圆柱体滚筒1为空心,由生铁或钢制作而成;曲面PCB板2包括基材、印制线路和印制元件。压电陶瓷均匀排布在凹印版辊表面上,形成一个个凸起的结构;金属外层4带有切割成矩阵型的孔,与凸出的压电陶瓷相嵌合,使金属外层4的外表面与压电陶瓷表面平齐;曲面PCB板2与上位机与压电陶瓷层3的压电陶瓷相连,并将上位机的网穴数据和控制指令传递给压电陶瓷,压电陶瓷在曲面PCB板2传递的网穴数据和控制指令作用下发生不同程度的形变,形成深浅不同的网穴,从而实现根据原稿的明暗层次对网穴深度进行控制,达到重复使用的目的。
本发明的数字化凹印版辊网穴信息可以不断变化,因此在以下产品的印刷中有突出优势:
(1)可变条码、二维条码的印刷。根据条码的图案改变压电陶瓷的形变以印刷数据内容可变的条码,且尺寸可以根据需求进行更改;
(2)防伪印刷。在每个产品上印刷不同的标记,使其具有一个唯一的标识,再与数据库中的内容进行对比,即可达到防伪的目的;
(3)个性化产品的印刷。数字化可变凹印版辊的出现,必将使得个性化产品的印刷成本大幅度降低。
尽管本说明书较多地使用了巡检机器人的圆柱体滚筒1、曲面PCB板2、压电陶瓷层3、金属外层4等术语,但并不排除使用其他术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便的描述本发明的本质,把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。
应当理解的是,本说明书未详细阐述的部分均属于现有技术。
应当理解的是,上述针对较佳实施例的描述较为详细,并不能因此而认为是对本发明专利保护范围的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可以做出替换或变形,均落入本发明的保护范围之内,本发明的请求保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

1.一种数字化可变凹印版辊,其特征在于:其结构从内至外依次是圆柱体滚筒(1)、曲面PCB板(2)、压电陶瓷层(3)、金属外层(4);所述的压电陶瓷均匀排布在凹印版辊表面上,形成一个个凸起的结构;所述的金属外层(4)带有切割成矩阵型的孔,与凸出的压电陶瓷相嵌合,使金属外层(4)的外表面与压电陶瓷表面平齐;所述的曲面PCB板(2)与上位机与压电陶瓷层(3)的压电陶瓷相连,并将上位机的网穴数据和控制指令传递给压电陶瓷,所述的压电陶瓷在曲面PCB板(2)传递的网穴数据和控制指令作用下发生不同程度的形变,形成深浅不同的网穴,从而实现根据原稿的明暗层次对网穴深度进行控制,达到重复使用的目的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数字化可变凹印版辊,其特征在于:所述的圆柱体滚筒(1)为空心,由生铁或钢制作而成。
