本发明公开了一种新型耐热金属材料,包括金属材料层、耐腐蚀层及耐热层,所述金属材料层为带有中空间隔的双层材料,并且所述中空间隔内设置有耐热材料,所述耐腐蚀层设置在金属材料层上表面,所述耐热层分别设在耐腐蚀层上表面及金属材料层底面,所述金属材料层为钛合金,并且所述钛合金占金属材料层中主体重量的45~55%在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述中空间隔的厚度为0.5mm。通过上述方式,本发明一种新型耐热金属材料,具有良好的抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性、质量轻、耐热和耐疲劳等优点。

一种新型耐热金属材料
技术领域
本发明涉及金属材料,特别是涉及一种新型耐热金属材料。
背景技术
金属材料承担保证结构强度的作用。一般采用为提高强度而添加的合金金属材料。而对于在某些特殊场合来说,即要求金属材料具有一定的强度、硬度、耐腐蚀性外,还必须具有高的耐热性,例如燃烧器、喷气发动机、锅炉等等,要求其金属板材具有较高的耐热性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型耐热金属材料,具有良好的抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性、质量轻、耐热和耐疲劳等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型耐热金属材料,包括金属材料层、耐腐蚀层及耐热层,所述金属材料层为带有中空间隔的双层材料,并且所述中空间隔内设置有耐热材料,所述耐腐蚀层设置在金属材料层上表面,所述耐热层分别设在耐腐蚀层上表面及金属材料层底面,所述金属材料层为钛合金,并且所述钛合金占金属材料层中主体重量的45~55%在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述中空间隔的厚度为0.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述耐热材料为硼化物。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述耐热层由以下重量份的原料组成:钨2~5份、钼5~10份、铬5~10份、镁3~8份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述耐热层的厚度为0.5~1.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述金属材料层的厚度为4~6mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种新型耐热金属材料,具有良好的抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性、质量轻、耐热和耐疲劳等优点。

一种新型耐热金属材料,包括金属材料层1、耐腐蚀层2及耐热层3,所述金属材料层1为带有中空间隔11的双层材料,并且所述中空间隔11内设置有耐热材料4,所述耐腐蚀层2设置在金属材料层1上表面,所述耐热层3分别设在耐腐蚀层2上表面及金属材料层1底面,所述金属材料层1为钛合金,并且所述钛合金占金属材料层1中主体重量的45~55%。
进一步,所述中空间隔11的厚度为0.5mm。
进一步,所述耐热材料为硼化物。
进一步,所述耐热层3由以下重量份的原料组成:钨2~5份、钼5~10份、铬5~10份、镁3~8份。
进一步,所述耐热层的厚度为0.5~1.5mm。
进一步,所述金属材料层1的厚度为4~6mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种新型耐热金属材料,具有良好的抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性、质量轻、耐热和耐疲劳等优点。

1.一种新型耐热金属材料,其特征在于,包括金属材料层、耐腐蚀层及耐热层,所述金属材料层为带有中空间隔的双层材料,并且所述中空间隔内设置有耐热材料,所述耐腐蚀层设置在金属材料层上表面,所述耐热层分别设在耐腐蚀层上表面及金属材料层底面,所述金属材料层为钛合金,并且所述钛合金占金属材料层中主体重量的45~55%在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述中空间隔的厚度为0.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐热金属材料,其特征在于,所述中空间隔的厚度为0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐热金属材料,其特征在于,所述耐热材料为硼化物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐热金属材料,其特征在于,所述耐火层由以下重量份的原料组成:钨2~5份、钼5~10份、铬5~10份、镁3~8份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐热金属材料,其特征在于,所述耐火层的厚度为0.5~1.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐热金属材料,其特征在于,所述金属材料层的厚度为4~6mm。
