本发明公开了一种用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管,包括:钢管本体、耐磨防腐合金涂层、高防腐合金镀层、新型纳米聚苯胺防腐涂料和陶瓷隔热防腐涂料层,所述的钢管本体的外壁上镀有所述的高防腐合金镀层,所述的高防腐合金镀层的外表面依次设置有所述的耐磨防腐合金涂层和所述的新型纳米聚苯胺防腐涂料,所述的钢管本体的内壁上涂有所述的陶瓷隔热防腐涂料层。通过上述方式,本发明具有高防腐蚀性能,能够抵制船舶的腐蚀,延长船舶寿命,确保航行安全。

Description

一种用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管
技术领域
本发明涉及无缝钢管领域,特别是涉及一种用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管。
背景技术
船舶由于长期处于盐度较高的海洋环境中,腐蚀极为严重,腐蚀不但能够降低船舶钢结构的强度,缩短船舶寿命,还会增加航行阻力, 降低航速,影响船舶性能和航行安全。因腐蚀导致结构损坏和破坏,财产甚至生命的损失屡见不鲜,可以说船舶腐蚀是影响其寿命的最大的因素之一。腐蚀破损或断裂不仅引起有害物质的泄漏,污染了环境,有时还会引起突发的灾难性事故,危及人类的安全。
目前,急需研制出一种用于船舶的防腐蚀无缝钢管,来抵制船舶的腐蚀,延长船舶寿命,确保航行安全。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管,具有高防腐蚀性能,能够抵制船舶的腐蚀,延长船舶寿命,确保航行安全。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管,包括:钢管本体、耐磨防腐合金涂层、高防腐合金镀层、新型纳米聚苯胺防腐涂料和陶瓷隔热防腐涂料层,所述的钢管本体的外壁上镀有所述的高防腐合金镀层,所述的高防腐合金镀层的外表面依次设置有所述的耐磨防腐合金涂层和所述的新型纳米聚苯胺防腐涂料,所述的钢管本体的内壁上涂有所述的陶瓷隔热防腐涂料层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的耐磨防腐合金涂层为钛纳米高分子合金涂层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的高防腐合金镀层为钛钽钼合金镀层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的高防腐合金镀层的厚度为1~5mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设置有耐磨防腐合金涂层、高防腐合金镀层、新型纳米聚苯胺防腐涂料和陶瓷隔热防腐涂料层,具有高防腐蚀性能,能够抵制船舶的腐蚀,延长船舶寿命,确保航行安全。

一种用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管,包括:钢管本体1、耐磨防腐合金涂层2、高防腐合金镀层3、新型纳米聚苯胺防腐涂料4和陶瓷隔热防腐涂料层5,所述的钢管本体1的外壁上镀有所述的高防腐合金镀层3,所述的高防腐合金镀层3的外表面依次设置有所述的耐磨防腐合金涂层2和所述的新型纳米聚苯胺防腐涂料4,所述的钢管本体1的内壁上涂有所述的陶瓷隔热防腐涂料层5。
优选的,所述的耐磨防腐合金涂层2为钛纳米高分子合金涂层。
优选的,所述的高防腐合金镀层3为钛钽钼合金镀层。
优选的,所述的高防腐合金镀层3的厚度为1~5mm。
本发明用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管的有益效果是:本发明设置有耐磨防腐合金涂层、高防腐合金镀层、新型纳米聚苯胺防腐涂料和陶瓷隔热防腐涂料层,具有高防腐蚀性能,能够抵制船舶的腐蚀,延长船舶寿命,确保航行安全。

1. 一种用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管,其特征在于,包括:钢管本体、耐磨防腐合金涂层、高防腐合金镀层、新型纳米聚苯胺防腐涂料和陶瓷隔热防腐涂料层,所述的钢管本体的外壁上镀有所述的高防腐合金镀层,所述的高防腐合金镀层的外表面依次设置有所述的耐磨防腐合金涂层和所述的新型纳米聚苯胺防腐涂料,所述的钢管本体的内壁上涂有所述的陶瓷隔热防腐涂料层。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管,其特征在于,所述的耐磨防腐合金涂层为钛纳米高分子合金涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管,其特征在于,所述的高防腐合金镀层为钛钽钼合金镀层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于船舶的防腐无缝钢管,其特征在于,所述的高防腐合金镀层的厚度为1~5mm。
