Abstract
本发明提供了一种复合不锈钢管,包括中空不锈钢内管和套在中空不锈钢内管上的铝合金外管,所述的中空不锈钢内管的内壁设有防腐蚀涂层,所述的铝合金外管的外壁设有耐磨涂层。本发明的复合不锈钢管,具有如下技术效果:1)防腐蚀涂层使得不锈钢内壁防腐蚀;2)铝合金外管使得管总重量减少、焊接性提高;3)耐磨涂层起到耐磨的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合不锈钢管,属于不锈钢制品技术领域。
背景技术
不锈钢钢管是一种中空的长条圆形钢材,主要广泛用于石油、化工、医疗、食品、轻工、机械仪表等工业输送管道以及机械结构部件等。另外,在折弯、抗扭强度相同时,重量较轻,所以也广泛用于制造机械零件和工程结构。也常用作生产各种常规武器、枪管、炮弹等。
现有的不锈钢钢管,内壁容易被腐蚀,维修工作量大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种复合不锈钢管。
本发明的复合不锈钢管,包括中空不锈钢内管和套在中空不锈钢内管上的铝合金外管,所述的中空不锈钢内管的内壁设有防腐蚀涂层,所述的铝合金外管的外壁设有耐磨涂层。
所述的中空不锈钢内管和铝合金外管的横截面形状相同,均为圆形、正方形或者不规则圆形。
本发明的复合不锈钢管,具有如下技术效果:1)防腐蚀涂层使得不锈钢内壁防腐蚀;2)铝合金外管使得管总重量减少、焊接性提高;3)耐磨涂层起到耐磨的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的复合不锈钢管,包括中空不锈钢内管1和套在中空不锈钢内管1上的铝合金外管2,所述的中空不锈钢内管1的内壁设有防腐蚀涂层3,所述的铝合金外管2的外壁设有耐磨涂层4。所述的中空不锈钢内管1和铝合金外管2的横截面形状相同,均为圆形、正方形或者不规则圆形。

1.一种复合不锈钢管,其特征在于,包括中空不锈钢内管和套在中空不锈钢内管上的铝合金外管,所述的中空不锈钢内管的内壁设有防腐蚀涂层,所述的铝合金外管的外壁设有耐磨涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合不锈钢管,其特征在于,所述的中空不锈钢内管和铝合金外管的横截面形状相同,均为圆形、正方形或者不规则圆形。
