本发明公开了一种含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法，所述灵芝成分为破壁灵芝孢子粉，包括以下步骤：（1）将水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物溶解在制膏锅中；（2）将磷酸氢钙、水合硅石、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、破壁灵芝孢子粉、三七根粉和黄芩根粉在粉罐中预混均匀形成混合物；（3）将所述步骤（2）中的混合物在真空下边搅拌边吸入所述步骤（1）的制膏锅中；将真空度控制在-0.098到-0.1MPa，搅拌10-20分钟；（4）将香精吸入制膏锅后，搅拌10-20分钟，出料。采用本发明的制备方法，制作工艺简洁、操作方便的、效率高的、得到的含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物使用效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品加工技术领域，尤其是涉及一种含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法。
背景技术
灵芝孢子粉是灵芝在生长成熟期，从灵芝菌褶中弹射出来的极其微小的卵形生殖细胞即灵芝的种子，每个灵芝孢子只有4-6微米，是活体生物体，双壁结构，外被坚硬的几丁质纤维素所包围，人体很难充分吸收，破壁后更适合人体肠胃直接吸收，它凝聚了灵芝的精华，有效成份是灵芝子实体的75倍。
目前，市面上已经出现了采用灵芝成分，即灵芝孢子粉制成牙膏，例如在中国专利文献CN103462877A公开了一种含活性组合物包裹体的牙膏组合物，一种牙膏组合物，含有牙膏必要的基质外，含有占组合物重量0.2%-10%的活性成分包裹体粒子，该包裹体粒子包含：a.占活性成分包裹体重量1%-25%的灵芝成分；b.占活性成分包裹体重量0.1%-10%的维生素P，该维生素P是生物类黄酮、芸香素、橙皮素的混合物，三者的的重量比为10:1:1。还公开了所述的灵芝成分占活性成分包裹体重量的2%-10%，灵芝成分选自担子菌多孔菌目灵芝科灵芝属，灵芝成分为真菌破壁孢子粉、灵芝孢子粉提取物、灵芝子实体加工后的灵芝提取物、灵芝（精）粉、灵芝浸膏、灵芝提纯后的化学活性物质灵芝多糖的一种或多种；维生素P占活性成分包裹体重量的1%-5%。
上述方案中的牙膏组合物，将灵芝或灵芝破壁孢子粉作为主要功效型活性成分，并且为保有灵芝成分的活性，将灵芝成分包裹起来，由可溶性或可崩解物质包裹成粒子形式加到组合物中，在刷牙的时候遇水和牙刷的机械作用被释放出来作用于口腔。另外复配多种功效成分，效果更有针对性，维生素P可有助于牙龈出血的预防和治疗，肌醇六磷酸或其盐类起到去渍作用，丹皮酚抑菌消炎。
但是在上述技术方案中，清除牙垢的效果不是太理想，用户使用口感较差，因此，有必要研发出一种新的牙膏组合物，且只使用破壁率为98%的灵芝孢子粉。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是，提供一种制作工艺简洁、操作方便的、效率高的、使用效果好的含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：该含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法，所述灵芝成分为破壁灵芝孢子粉，包括以下步骤：
（1）将水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物溶解在制膏锅中；
（2）将磷酸氢钙、水合硅石、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、破壁灵芝孢子粉、三七根粉和黄芩根粉在粉罐中预混均匀形成混合物；
（3）将所述步骤（2）中的混合物在真空下边搅拌边吸入所述步骤（1）的制膏锅中；将真空度控制在-0.098到-0.1MPa，搅拌10-20分钟；
（4）将香精吸入制膏锅后，搅拌10-20分钟，出料。
以磷酸氢钙为基质，提高牙膏组合物中钙的含量，通过在口腔中的机械作用，有利于牙齿对牙膏组合物中钙的吸收；首先在制膏机中溶解水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物，是由于仙人掌提取物是酸性物质，不易前期先与碱性物质接触，破坏或者降低仙人掌提取物抑菌和消炎的功效，再者将这些物质现在制膏机中溶解，经研究发现，在真空状态下，更容易与其他物质进行混合；采用真空下边搅拌边吸入的方式，使得步骤（1）若形成的溶液更能循序渐进的充分吸收混合步骤（2）中的混合物，相较于行业中常用的先混合在真空状态下强力混合，本发明的混合方式，产品使用口感较好、清除牙垢的效果非常明显。此外，三七根粉、黄芩根粉配合仙人掌提取物可以防止牙龈出血。
优选的方案是，所述步骤（1）中加入的水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物的重量份依次为：30-40份、10-20份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、0.1-0.5份、0.3-0.8份、0.1-0.5份。
优选的方案是，所述步骤（2）中加入的磷酸氢钙、水合硅石、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、破壁灵芝孢子粉、三七根粉和黄芩根粉的重量份依次为：40-65份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、0.3-0.8份、0.1-0.5份、0.1-0.5份、0.1-0.5份、0.1-0.5份。
优选的方案是，所述步骤（1）中加入的水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物的重量份依次为：33.5份、10份、1份、1份、0.2份、0.5份、0.2份；所述步骤（2）中加入的磷酸氢钙、水合硅石、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、破壁灵芝孢子粉、三七根粉和黄芩根粉的重量份依次为：50份、1份、1份、0.5份、0.1份、0.1份、0.2份、0.2份。
经过发明人研究发现，采用上述重量份配比，得到的牙膏组合物清洁牙垢、长时间使用后牙齿对钙的吸收性能最佳，口感也是最好的。
优选的方案是，在所述步骤（3）中，搅拌15分钟；在所述步骤（4）中，搅拌10分钟。
在步骤（3）、（4）中搅拌时间不宜过多或多少，过多就会产生气泡，产品色泽差，过少导致混合不均匀，尤其是在步骤（3）时间过长或会导致物料结块产生。
优选的方案是，在所述步骤（2）之前对破壁灵芝孢子粉进行改性接枝，所述改性接枝过程是在接枝剂存在下，于水和酒精中进行破壁灵芝孢子粉与淀粉的接枝反应；其中，水、酒精、破壁灵芝孢子粉与淀粉的重量份数比为：1:1:3:1~4，处理温度35-55℃，搅拌2-3小时；得改性破壁灵芝孢子粉。
为了保证破壁灵芝孢子粉药效的稳定性，现有的做法采用各种方式将其包裹起来，再利用刷牙这种机械作用将包裹的外壳破碎，内部的灵芝粉遂释放出来，但是这种方式具体制备比较困难，且不能保证高比例的破壁灵芝孢子粉均被包裹，本发明不拘泥于传统的做法，对破壁灵芝孢子粉进行改性接枝，使破壁灵芝孢子粉获得独立且性能稳定，使用效果更佳。
优选的方案是，所述改性接枝过程中接枝剂为丙烯酸环氧脂，使用量为总体积的5%-10%。
优选的方案是，所述改性接枝过程中接枝剂的使用量为总体积的8%。
本发明还提供一种含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物，该含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物包括以下重量份的成分：水30-40份、山梨糖醇10-20份、聚乙二醇-80.5-1.5份、丙二醇0.5-1.5份、糖精钠0.1-0.5份、苯甲酸钠0.3-0.8份和仙人掌提取物0.1-0.5份、磷酸氢钙40-65份、水合硅石0.5-1.5份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠0.5-1.5份、纤维素胶0.3-0.8份、羟乙基纤维素0.1-0.5份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.1-0.5份、三七根粉0.1-0.5份和黄芩根粉0.1-0.5份。
优选的方案是，水33.5份、山梨糖醇10份、聚乙二醇-81份、丙二醇1份、糖精钠0.2份、苯甲酸钠0.5份和仙人掌提取物0.2份；磷酸氢钙50份、水合硅石1份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠1份、纤维素胶0.5份、羟乙基纤维素0.1份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.1份、三七根粉0.2份和黄芩根粉0.2份。

具体实施方式
实施例1：
含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物，该牙膏组合物的各组分重量份依次为：水33.5份、山梨糖醇10份、聚乙二醇-81份、丙二醇1份、糖精钠0.2份、苯甲酸钠0.5份和仙人掌提取物0.2份；磷酸氢钙50份、水合硅石1份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠1份、纤维素胶0.5份、羟乙基纤维素0.1份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.1份、三七根粉0.2份和黄芩根粉0.2份。
上述牙膏组合物中所述灵芝成分为破壁灵芝孢子粉，该含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物溶解在制膏锅中；
（2）将磷酸氢钙、水合硅石、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、破壁灵芝孢子粉、三七根粉和黄芩根粉在粉罐中预混均匀形成混合物；
（3）将所述步骤（2）中的混合物在真空下边搅拌边吸入所述步骤（1）的制膏锅中；将真空度控制在-0.098MPa，搅拌15分钟；
（4）将香精吸入制膏锅后，搅拌10分钟，出料。
实施例2：
与实施例1不同的是，在所述步骤（2）之前对破壁灵芝孢子粉进行改性接枝，所述改性接枝过程是在接枝剂存在下，于水和酒精中进行破壁灵芝孢子粉与淀粉的接枝反应；其中，水、酒精、破壁灵芝孢子粉与淀粉的重量份数比为：1:1:3:2，处理温度35-55℃，搅拌2-3小时；得改性破壁灵芝孢子粉；所述改性接枝过程中接枝剂为丙烯酸环氧脂，所述改性接枝过程中接枝剂的使用量为总体积的8%（使用量为总体积的5%-10%均是可以的，8%的效果稍好一些）。其余相同。
实施例3：
含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物，该牙膏组合物的各组分重量份依次为：水30份、山梨糖醇15份、聚乙二醇-80.5份、丙二醇1.5份、糖精钠0.5份、苯甲酸钠0.3份和仙人掌提取物0.5份、磷酸氢钙65份、水合硅石0.5份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠0.5份、纤维素胶0.8份、羟乙基纤维素0.4份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.3份、三七根粉0.1份和黄芩根粉0.1份。
上述牙膏组合物中所述灵芝成分为破壁灵芝孢子粉，该含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物溶解在制膏锅中；
（2）将磷酸氢钙、水合硅石、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、破壁灵芝孢子粉、三七根粉和黄芩根粉在粉罐中预混均匀形成混合物；
（3）将所述步骤（2）中的混合物在真空下边搅拌边吸入所述步骤（1）的制膏锅中；将真空度控制在-0.098到-0.1MPa，搅拌15分钟；
（4）将香精吸入制膏锅后，搅拌10分钟，出料。

与实施例3中不同的是，含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物，该牙膏组合物的各组分重量份依次为：水40份、山梨糖醇20份、聚乙二醇-81.5份、丙二醇1份、糖精钠0.5份、苯甲酸钠0.8份和仙人掌提取物0.3份、磷酸氢钙65份、水合硅石0.5份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠1.5份、纤维素胶0.5份、羟乙基纤维素0.3份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.3份、三七根粉0.3份和黄芩根粉0.5份。其余相同。
实施例5：
含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物，该牙膏组合物的各组分重量份依次为：水35份、山梨糖醇15份、聚乙二醇-81份、丙二醇1份、糖精钠0.1份、苯甲酸钠0.5份和仙人掌提取物0.1份、磷酸氢钙55份、水合硅石1份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠1份、纤维素胶0.5份、羟乙基纤维素0.1份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.1份、三七根粉0.1份和黄芩根粉0.1份。
上述牙膏组合物中所述灵芝成分为破壁灵芝孢子粉，该含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物溶解在制膏锅中；
（2）将磷酸氢钙、水合硅石、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、破壁灵芝孢子粉、三七根粉和黄芩根粉在粉罐中预混均匀形成混合物；
（3）将所述步骤（2）中的混合物在真空下边搅拌边吸入所述步骤（1）的制膏锅中；将真空度控制在-0.098到-0.1MPa，搅拌15分钟；
（4）将香精吸入制膏锅后，搅拌10分钟，出料。

与实施例5不同的是水、酒精、破壁灵芝孢子粉与淀粉的重量份数比为：1:1:3:3。
上述几种方式中，受试者最为接受的产品是实施例2。
本发明不限于上述实施方式，在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内，还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (10)

1.一种含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法，所述灵芝成分为破壁灵芝孢子粉，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物溶解在制膏锅中；
（2）将磷酸氢钙、水合硅石、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、破壁灵芝孢子粉、三七根粉和黄芩根粉在粉罐中预混均匀形成混合物；
（3）将所述步骤（2）中的混合物在真空下边搅拌边吸入所述步骤（1）的制膏锅中；将真空度控制在-0.098到-0.1MPa，搅拌10-20分钟；
（4）将香精吸入制膏锅后，搅拌10-20分钟，出料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤（1）中加入的水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物的重量份依次为：30-40份、10-20份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、0.1-0.5份、0.3-0.8份、0.1-0.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤（2）中加入的磷酸氢钙、水合硅石、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、破壁灵芝孢子粉、三七根粉和黄芩根粉的重量份依次为：40-65份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、0.3-0.8份、0.1-0.5份、0.1-0.5份、0.1-0.5份、0.1-0.5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤（1）中加入的水、山梨糖醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇、糖精钠、苯甲酸钠和仙人掌提取物的重量份依次为：33.5份、10份、1份、1份、0.2份、0.5份、0.2份；所述步骤（2）中加入的磷酸氢钙、水合硅石、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、破壁灵芝孢子粉、三七根粉和黄芩根粉的重量份依次为：50份、1份、1份、0.5份、0.1份、0.1份、0.2份、0.2份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法，其特征在于，在所述步骤（3）中，搅拌15分钟；在所述步骤（4）中，搅拌10分钟。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法，其特征在于，在所述步骤（2）之前对破壁灵芝孢子粉进行改性接枝，所述改性接枝过程是在接枝剂存在下，于水和酒精中进行破壁灵芝孢子粉与淀粉的接枝反应；其中，水、酒精、破壁灵芝孢子粉与淀粉的重量份数比为：1:1:3:1~4，处理温度35-55℃，搅拌2-3小时；得改性破壁灵芝孢子粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法，其特征在于，所述改性接枝过程中接枝剂为丙烯酸环氧脂，使用量为总体积的5%-10%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物制备方法，其特征在于，所述改性接枝过程中接枝剂的使用量为总体积的8%。
9.一种含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物，其特征在于，该牙膏组合物的各组分重量份依次为：水30-40份、山梨糖醇10-20份、聚乙二醇-80.5-1.5份、丙二醇0.5-1.5份、糖精钠0.1-0.5份、苯甲酸钠0.3-0.8份和仙人掌提取物0.1-0.5份、磷酸氢钙40-65份、水合硅石0.5-1.5份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠0.5-1.5份、纤维素胶0.3-0.8份、羟乙基纤维素0.1-0.5份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.1-0.5份、三七根粉0.1-0.5份和黄芩根粉0.1-0.5份。
10.根据权利要求9所述的含灵芝成分的牙膏组合物，其特征在于，水33.5份、山梨糖醇10份、聚乙二醇-81份、丙二醇1份、糖精钠0.2份、苯甲酸钠0.5份和仙人掌提取物0.2份；磷酸氢钙50份、水合硅石1份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠1份、纤维素胶0.5份、羟乙基纤维素0.1份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.1份、三七根粉0.2份和黄芩根粉0.2份。
