Abstract
本发明公开了一种植物精华配伍的牙膏及其应用,所述牙膏由三叶青提取物、黄芩提取物、蒲公英提取物、金银花提取物、茉莉花提取物、辅料以及水制成。本发明的试验证明,本发明的后的植物精华配伍的牙膏能全面杀灭口腔细菌,迅速消除牙龈出血、口臭、牙痛、牙齿过敏等现象,有效防治口腔溃疡、口腔疱疹、口腔上火、口腔粘膜发炎、牙周炎、牙龈炎、风火牙痛、龋齿蛀牙等各类口腔疾病,并能通过口腔的吸收,起到清本正源的作用,达到了预期的目标。

技术领域
本发明涉及口腔护理技术领域,具体涉及一种植物精华配伍的牙膏及其应用。
背景技术
目前,现有市场上的草本牙膏由于采用的中草药属非广谱类的中草药,该中草药牙膏的作用比较单一,归经不全,无法对口腔牙齿实施全面的防护。市场上的功效牙膏采用化学药物,过量或长期使用会产生某些不良反应,例如,含氟牙膏的功效主要为防治龋齿,但是如果牙膏中含氟量过高,会造成牙齿表面会呈现白浊状,导致牙齿齿质变脆。而其他宣传的功效牙膏大部分为概念性产品,实际功效体现不足。
综上所述,如何研发一种能够全面防治口腔溃疡、牙周炎、牙龈炎、龋齿、蛀牙、口腔粘膜发炎、口臭等各类口腔疾病,同时安全性高,无任何副作用的中草药牙膏,是亟待需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为此,本发明提供一种植物精华配伍的牙膏及其应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种植物精华配伍的牙膏,其特征在于,所述牙膏由三叶青提取物、黄芩提取物、蒲公英提取物、金银花提取物、茉莉花提取物、辅料以及水制成。
本发明的一个实施例中,所述三叶青提取物、黄芩提取物、蒲公英提取物、金银花提取物和茉莉花提取物的重量份数比为5:2:1:1:1。
本发明的一个实施例中,所述三叶青提取物、黄芩提取物、蒲公英提取物、金银花提取物、茉莉花提取物混合形成提取物的混合物,所述提取物的混合物与辅料之间的重量份数比为6:94。
本发明的一个实施例中,所述辅料包括山梨醇、水合硅石、甘油、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、聚乙二醇400、植酸钠、硝酸钾、木糖醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶。

本发明选用珍稀中药三叶青、黄芩、蒲公英、金银花和茉莉花,按“君臣佐使”之理论进行配伍,充分利用珍稀中药三叶青的清热解毒、扶正固本、补脾活血、袪风消炎,化瘀散结的特性和中药黄芩清热利湿、消咳止血的功效,蒲公英中药清热解毒、消肿散结的功效,金银花中药疏风散热、清热解毒的功效以及茉莉花消肿解毒、祛风解表的功效,通过合理配伍,将其精华融入牙膏体之中,起到全面防治口腔疾病的效果。
本发明中,三叶青的主要有效成分为黄酮类化合物、活性多糖、甾体类化合物和氨基酸等,通过临床和药理分析,三叶青能抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎、镇痛、解热,主要是取决于黄酮类化合物。三叶青集抗菌消炎、解热镇痛、增强免疫为一身,可内服外敷,长期使用安全无毒等多种特性,具有异病同治的功效,被誉为“天然的广谱植物抗生素”,在临床上可用于咽喉肿痛、疮痈肿毒等疾病的治疗,且疗效显著;对革兰氏阳性菌、金色葡萄球菌及枯草芽胞杆菌具有很强的抑制能力,特别是对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538、单核细胞增多性李斯特菌NCTC7973和大肠杆菌ATCC8739的疗效特别明显。三叶青通过体外实验证实,可抑制炎症细胞模型LPS诱导的RAW264.7巨噬细胞的死亡并促进细胞生长,减少巨噬细胞中炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6的含量。
本发明中,黄芩“主诸热黄疸,泄利逐水,下血闭;治恶疮、疸蚀、火痬”。
本发明中,蒲公英具有“清热解毒、消肿散结”,被誉为最有效解毒中药之一,蒲公英含有多种活性成分,如黄酮类、皂苷类、有机酸类、多糖等;其中咖啡酸、绿原酸具有明显的抑菌作用,临床亦被用作对幽门螺旋杆菌的抑制和治疗。
金银花具有疏风散热,清热解毒。主一切风湿气及肿毒、痈疸、恶疮。自古被誉为清热解毒之良药,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、止血、抗氧化等多种功效。
茉莉花具有理气止痛,和中下气,辟秽浊,清虚火,祛寒积,治疮毒,消疸瘤的功效,茉莉花性辛温、味甘、无毒;有理气开郁,辟秽和中之功效。
典型实例1:李某某,男,37岁,喜欢吃肉,有口臭,使用普通牙膏并不能缓解口臭,其妻不乐意与其接吻。使用本发明的牙膏刷牙,每日早晚各一次,使用1周后,症状大为减轻,呼出的气体异味大为减轻,继续使用一周,呼出的气体基本无异味,效果显著。
典型实例2:张某某,女,43岁,经常上火,口腔溃疡,深受困扰,严重时甚至要托人从泰国带药回来缓解,使用本发明的牙膏刷牙,每日早晚各一次,使用3天后,口腔溃疡痊愈;三个月后回访,未见有口腔溃疡复发,效果显著。
典型实例3:宁波王医生,男,48岁,患有牙龈炎,时不时牙痛,牙龈出血。使用本发明的牙膏刷牙,每日早晚各一次,使用3天后,症状减轻,牙龈不再出血,继续使用10天,症状消失。三个月后回访,未见再有牙痛、牙龈出血等症状发生。
典型实例4:上海黄某某,男,53岁,患有风火牙痛,牙痛剧烈难忍,常因牙痛夜不成眠;吃冷或热食物时牙痛加剧,有时甚至无法吃东西。使用本发明的牙膏刷牙,每日早晚各一次,使用2天后,疼痛减轻,继续使用1周,症状消失,吃冷或热食物均再无碍,为此曾特意上门致谢。

本发明的试验证明,本发明的后的植物精华配伍的牙膏通过加入三叶青提取物、黄芩提取物、蒲公英提取物、金银花提取物和茉莉花提取物,本发明的牙膏能够全面杀灭口腔细菌,迅速消除牙龈出血、口臭、牙痛、牙齿过敏等现象,有效防治口腔溃疡、口腔疱疹、口腔上火、口腔粘膜发炎、牙周炎、牙龈炎、风火牙痛、龋齿蛀牙等各类口腔疾病,并能通过口腔的吸收,起到清本正源的作用,达到了预期的目标。

实施例1、三叶青提取物的制备
本实施例提供的三叶青的提取物的制备方法,其采用溶剂回流法,将100g三叶青粉碎至60目的粉末,然后将三叶青粉末按照如下提取条件提取:提取溶液为60%乙醇溶液;料液比为1:10(g·mL-1);回流温度为90℃;回流时间为6h,经过上述提取过程,三叶青提取物中总黄酮得率为25.29mg/g。
实施例2、黄芩提取物的制备
本实施例中,黄芩提取物的主要有效成分是黄酮类化合物,以黄芩苷、黄芩素为主,通过正交实验法,得出黄芩黄酮类化合物采用液-液双向萃取法的条件,将100g黄芩粉碎后,通过其萃取液-液双向萃取法萃取,具体萃取条件为:提取溶液采用50%乙醇溶液,料液比为1:12(g·mL-1),回流温度为80℃,回流时间为6h,制备过程中提取液体pH值调节为1-2。按照上述提取过程提取黄芩苷,每100g黄芩可获类黄酮化合物0.139g,得收率为0.139%。
实施例3、蒲公英提取物的制备
本实施例中,蒲公英采用乙醇回流法萃取,取100g蒲公英粉碎后,通过乙醇回流法萃取,乙醇回流法萃取的具体条件为:提取溶液为60%乙醇溶液,料液比为1:10(g·mL-1),回流温度为80℃,回流时间为4h,提取物提取过程中提取液的pH值为4。按照上述提取流程,提取蒲公英中的绿原酸,绿原酸的获得率为10μg·Lˉ1。
实施例4、金银花提取物的制备
本实施例中,金银花提取物的主要成分是绿原酸,金银花提取物采用热浸提法提取,具体的,热浸提法提取条件为:提取溶液采用去离子水,料液比为1:12(g·mL-1),回流温度为90℃,回流时间为4h。按照上述提取过程,提取金银花中的绿原酸,可获得纯度为13.21%的绿原酸,其获得率可达67.75%。
实施例5、茉莉花提取物的制备
本实施例中,主要成分为总黄酮,采用热浸提取法和酶解技术提取,提取的条件为:提取溶液采用蒸馏水,料液比为1:50(g·mL-1),回流温度为100℃,回流时间为2h,提取物提取过程中提取液的pH值为6,每千克处理溶液中加入4000IU果胶复合酶,其中,果胶复合酶为液态制剂,BIOCON拜康公司产品。按照上述条件提取茉莉花中的总黄酮,茉莉花总黄酮的提取率可达4.05%。
实施例6、本发明的植物精华配伍的牙膏的制备
将实施例1制备的三叶青提取物、实施例2制备的黄芩提取物、实施例3制备的蒲公英提取物,实施例4制备的金银花提取物以及实施例5制备的茉莉花提取物,分别将上述制备的三叶青提取物、黄芩提取物、蒲公英提取物、金银花提取物、茉莉花提取物按5:2:1:1:1的比例配比,搅拌混合,然后对混合物进行夹套加温、融合搅拌,加热温度为90℃,融合搅拌时间为2.5h,最终形成融合精华提取物混合物。
将形成的融合精华提取物混合物和辅料按重量份数6:94的配比混合形成本发明的植物精华配伍的牙膏膏体,辅料为干重,即融合精华提取物混合物占牙膏膏体总重量的6%。其中,辅料包括山梨醇、水合硅石、甘油、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、聚乙二醇400、植酸钠、硝酸钾、木糖醇、羧甲基纤维素钠和黄原胶。然后,将融合的牙膏膏体按正常牙膏生产方法进行灌装封口、成型包装,制备得到本发明的植物精华配伍的牙膏。
其中,本实施例中,辅料成分中,山梨醇、水合硅石、甘油、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、聚乙二醇400、植酸钠、硝酸钾、木糖醇、羧甲基纤维素钠和黄原胶均按照现有的牙膏载体的辅料组分进行配置,辅料中各个组分的含量为现有技术内容,在此不再详述。例如,辅料成分中,可以按照山梨醇、水合硅石、甘油、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、聚乙二醇400、植酸钠、硝酸钾、木糖醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶各1份进行配置,或者适当调整各个组分的配比含量,使其形成的辅料可作为药膏载体使用即可。
试验实施例1本发明植物精华配伍的牙膏杀理化指标
对实施例6制备得到的植物精华配伍的牙膏,根据GB8372-2008,对送检样品进行感官、理化、微生物试验,样品所检项目符合GB8372-2008。

试验实施例2本发明植物精华配伍的牙膏的效果试验
采用上述实施例6制备的洁口灵牙膏,每天早晚各使用一次,能全面杀灭口腔细菌,迅速消除口腔炎症、牙龈出血、口臭、牙痛、牙齿过敏等现象,有效地防治口腔溃疡、口腔疱疹、口腔上火、口腔粘膜发炎、牙周炎、牙龈炎、风火牙痛等各类口腔疾病。具体使用效果实例如下:
自2020年2月起至今,选择患有口腔疾病的患者进行跟踪使用,跟踪使用患者共538例,年龄15~68岁,男343例,女195例,其中,口腔溃疡207例,牙龈炎161例,口臭66例,风火牙痛104例。
所有患者均使用采用上述组方制备的洁口灵牙膏刷牙,每天早晚各一次,不再另外使用其它药物。使用2周后,观察并评价疗效。
疗效评价标准:
显著:症状消失或基本消失。
有效:症状大部分好转。
无效:症状无明显改善。
试验结果:
*使用2周后,207例口腔溃疡患者中,效果显著156例,有效50例,无效1例,总有效率99.5%。
*161例牙龈炎患者中,效果显著127例,有效32例,无效2例,总有效率为98.8%。
*66例口臭患者中,效果显著34例,有效31例,无效1例,总有效率98.5%。
*104例风火牙痛患者中,效果显著57例,有效43例,无效4例,总有效率96.2%。
所有使用者均无明显的副作用。
结论:本发明实施例制备的牙膏,对口腔溃疡、口腔上火、牙周炎、牙龈炎、风火牙痛、口臭等口腔疾病均有良好的防治效果。
对比例1
本对比例中,同时采用不含有上述三叶青提取物、黄芩提取物、蒲公英提取物,金银花提取物以及茉莉花提取物的牙膏作为对比试验。发现,在156例口腔疾病患者使用过程跟踪。
所有患者均使用采用不含有上述三叶青提取物、黄芩提取物、蒲公英提取物,金银花提取物以及茉莉花提取物的牙膏刷牙,每天早晚各一次,不再另外使用其它药物。使用2周后,观察并评价疗效。
结果:156例患者中,效果显著43例,有效11例,无效例102,总有效率34.6%。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
