Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于调节医用流体输送系统的流速的调节装置。
背景技术
医用流体输送系统可以是例如用于输液治疗或者用于将镇痛剂输入患者体内的输液装置。当使用这类流体输送系统时,有必要在多个可能用于输送流体的流速中选择并设定一个。对用于输送流体的流速进行调节时必须有很高的精确度和可靠性。特别是在输液装置中,错误的设置可能导致用药剂量过多或不足,可能对病人造成严重的后果。
借助于旋转控制装置进行对流速的调节是众所周知的。在这种情况下,设置选择转轮来选择多个可能的流速中的一个。用于调节选定的流速的调节盘被固定地连接到所述选择转轮上,以便与选择转轮共同转动。在这种结构中,所述调节盘的径向上的外部边缘与制动器配合。制动器和调节盘之间的啮合被用这样的方式设置:在调节理想的流速所需的各自的转动位置,制动器将锁住调节盘,从而也锁住选择转轮。
已知的调节装置的问题在于:所述装置可能正好被设置到邻近的分别对应不同流速的调节位置之间的中间点,在此处所述不同流速中的任何一个都将不会被选中。在发生这种情况时,该错误设置的中间位置将进一步保持在该设置状态。根据调节机构的具体设置,该设置状态可能导致最大的输送流量或导致流体无法输送。主要地,在通过输液进行的医学治疗中,该设置状态可能对病人造成严重的后果。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供改进的用于调节医用流体输送系统的流速的调节装置。
根据本发明的所述调节装置由权利要求1中所限定的特征限定。因此,所述调节盘是星形的。所述星形设计是在调节盘上增加了旋转对称结构,其包括具有多个具有最大半径的区域和多个具有最小半径的区域的径向上的外部边缘。所述径向上的外部边缘具有最大半径的区域可以被称为峰,具有最小半径的区域可以被称为谷。由于调节盘的形状为星形,所述谷和峰是交替排列的。如果制动器与一个谷接合,则制动器和调节盘的星形轮廓之间的配合将导致调节盘处于稳定的位置;如果制动器与一个峰接合,则将导致制动器处于不稳定的位置。在这方面,具有决定性意义的是峰并不具有恒定的半径,而是具有最大的半径,该半径朝邻近的谷的方向减小。这样,制动器在峰上的接合将导致调节盘处于不稳定的旋转位置。当谷被用于获取用于调节对应流速的旋转位置时,谷中间的峰对应于相互邻近的对应可设置的流速的旋转位置之间的旋转点。因此,错误地设置一个位于相邻的流速之间的旋转位置将导致调节盘处于不稳定的旋转位置。
所述制动器被一弹簧的弹力支持并被所述弹簧推抵至抵顶在调节盘的径向上的外部边缘上,当该制动器在邻近的谷之间的位置与所述径向上的外部边缘抵接时,其将具有这样的效果:所述弹簧的弹力将导致调节盘从它的不稳定的位置旋出,从而将制动器移动到一个谷中,并且因此而进入稳定位置。在这种结构中,制动器可以被形成为弯曲弹簧上的凸出部分,例如形成为具有尖的末端的三角形凸出部分。作为替换方案,制动器也可以被形成为与弹簧例如螺旋弹簧连接的尖状物。
调节盘的星形形状优选地在所述径向上的外部边缘上形成锯齿形轮廓,其中所述锯齿形轮廓的相邻的边线相对于彼此倾斜,倾斜的角度处于10度到155度的范围内,优选为处于90度到135度的范围内。

具体实施方式
图1是一调节装置10的示意图,其中一选择转轮12的表面沿着从所述转轮12的旋转轴线观察的方向被示出。沿着所述选择转轮12的径向上的外部边缘,数字0-7代表规则的相互间隔,用于标记与所述数字对应的旋转位置。数字0-7中的每一个都对应于一个可能的可设置的流速,其中0对应于禁止流通,而7对应于最大流量。
选择转轮12的形状为如图1中所示的圆形,并被支持着而可以围绕旋转轴线16旋转。选择转轮12被紧固地连接到旋转对称的调节盘14上,使得调节盘14可以围绕同样的旋转轴线16旋转。选择转轮12和调节盘14被固定地彼此连接,以便共同转动。在图1中,调节盘14被示意性地表示为选择转轮12后方的被覆盖的部件。
调节盘14具有星形的轮廓,该轮廓由沿着调节盘14外围的锯齿线条18、20围成。在沿着所述旋转轴线16的观察方向上可以看到所述星形轮廓,如图3和图4中所示。
调节盘14的径向上的外部边缘的所述锯齿线条18、20为直线,并且被设置成相对于彼此形成处于大约110度到大约130度的范围内的平面夹角。在它们的交汇点,相邻的锯齿线条18、20形成谷22和峰24。在这样的结构中,每个峰24被成型为在径向上朝向外侧的顶端,形成具有最大半径的点。以相应的方式,每个谷22被成型为在径向上最靠内侧的底端,形成具有最小半径的点。所有谷22的半径彼此完全相同,并且所有峰24的半径也彼此完全相同。
调节盘14的星形的径向上的外部边缘的所述锯齿线条18、20与一制动器26啮合,所述制动器26如图3-5所示,被形成为一弯曲弹簧28上的三角形的尖端。在该示例性的实施方式中,所述弯曲弹簧28为弯曲的板簧。根据调节盘14的形状,弯曲弹簧28被设置成使得其弹力能够在图3和图4中的箭头30所示的方向上推动制动器26,从而在径向上推动制动器26抵顶在调节盘14上的形式。
图3示出了调节盘14的稳定位置,其中弹簧28将制动器26压在其星形轮廓的一个谷22中。当调节盘14需要通过旋转选择转轮12来被转动时,则调节盘14必须被施加一个力,抵消弹簧28通过制动器26作用在调节盘14的外部边缘上的力。如果不小心调节到了相邻的谷22之间的中间位置,则调节盘14将一直被置于不稳定的状态。所述中间位置的一个示例在图4及图5中被示出。在这种情况下,所述星形形状具有以下效果:在弯曲弹簧28的弹力影响下,制动器26将倾斜地抵压调节盘14的边缘,从而导致调节盘14旋转,直到制动器26在一个谷22中停止移动。通过这种方式,可以防止调节位置被设置到相邻的谷22之间的中间位置。
Claims (9)
1.一种调节装置(10),用于调节医用流体输送系统的流速,所述调节装置包括用于从多个可能的流速中选择一个的选择转轮(12)、连接到所述选择转轮(12)并用于调节所述被选中的流速的调节盘(14)、以及与所述调节盘(14)的外部边缘配合的制动器(26);其特征在于:所述调节盘(14)具有星形的形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的调节装置(10),其特征在于:所述星形的形状形成所述调节盘(14)的径向上的外部边缘的锯齿形轮廓,所述锯齿形轮廓包括多个峰(24)和多个谷(22)。
3.如权利要求2所述的调节装置(10),其特征在于:每个所述谷(22)对应于所述选择转轮(12)和所述调节盘(14)的旋转位置中调节对应的流速所需的一个。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的调节装置(10),其特征在于:每个所述峰(24)对应于所述选择转轮(12)和所述调节盘(14)的一个精确地位于两个相邻的对应于流速的旋转位置之间的旋转位置。
5.如权利要求2-4中任意一项所述的调节装置(10),其特征在于:所述锯齿形轮廓的相邻的边线(18、20)被设置成相对于彼此形成处于10度到155度的范围内的角度。
6.如权利要求2-5中任意一项所述的调节装置(10),其特征在于:所述多个峰(24)和/或多个谷(22)分别排列成圆形。
7.如前述权利要求中任意一项所述的调节装置(10),其特征在于,所述制动器(26)被弹簧(28)的弹力用这样的方式支撑:所述制动器(26)与所述谷(22)的接合会导致所述调节盘(14)处于稳定的位置,而所述制动器(26)与所述峰(24)的接合会导致所述调节盘(14)处于不稳定的位置。
8.如前述权利要求中任意一项所述的调节装置(10),其特征在于:所述制动器(26)被形成为弯曲弹簧(28)上的凸出部分。
9.如权利要求7所述的调节装置(10),其特征在于:所述制动器(26)被形成为与弹簧(28)连接的尖状物。
