Abstract

光治疗器是用光进行照射治疗的装置,有壳架、 装于壳架的灯及反光罩,反光罩位于灯的后方,灯前 方的壳架装有相对的双准球面透镜,透镜前的壳架连 通有光纤缆。光纤缆前端的发射端可装有透镜及折 射镜头等。散射到后方的光经反光罩反射到前方,由 双准球面透镜把射到和反射到前方的光较均匀地集 中投射到光纤缆的接受端,再经光纤缆的发射端将光 辐射到被治疗的部位。主要用于体内病变部位的光 照射治疗。

Description

光治疗器是用光进行照射治疗的装置,主要用于体内病变部位的光照治疗。
1987年1月21日公开的中国发明专利申请公开说明书CH85105520A号记载的口腔等癌症光治疗机,它由卤钨灯、锥形光导管、半球面反射器组成。在卤钨灯与光导管之间可装有水滤光器。卤光灯向后方发射的光被半球面反射器反射到前方,锥形光导管将发射及反射到前方的光经多次反射,集中导向锥形光导管的前端射出。照射在病灶部位,治疗癌症病灶。但这种光治疗机,光在锥形光导管中经多次反射,光能损失较大,功耗大,大部分光能被锥形光导管壁吸收转变成热能。为了不使锥形光导管壁烫伤病人的其他部位,在锥形光导管要加有冷却水套,使结构复杂,使用时要通有冷却水导管,使用不便。
本发明的目的在于提供一种光照射治疗用的光治疗器,特别是体内光照射治疗用的光治疗器。
本发明的光治疗器有壳架、装于壳架的灯和反光罩,反光罩位于灯的后方。其结构特点是:灯前方的壳架装有相对的双准球面透镜;双准球面透镜前的壳架连通有光纤缆。位于反光罩与双准球面透镜之间的灯发出散射光。反光罩将灯向后方发散的光反射到前方。位于灯前方的双准球面透镜将散射和反射到前方的光集中成较均匀的近似平行光,并投射到双准球面透镜前方的光纤缆的接受端。由光纤缆将光导到光纤缆的发射端辐射出去,照射到病灶部位,对病症进行照射治疗。产生的照射光分布比较均匀,对病灶部位治疗效果比较均匀,比较容易掌握。由于光纤缆对光的吸收比较小,光导率较高,使整个光治疗器的效率大大提高,灯的功率可大大降低。同时,光纤缆吸收光产生的热量较小,不会产生高温,光纤缆不必进行外加冷却。
本发明的光治疗器的光纤缆可以是单根光纤,即单根导通的水晶导柱。光纤缆也可以是多根光纤并列集中一束的光导体。光纤缆可至少含有一根成象光导纤维,以观察照射治疗过程的情况和病灶部位的状况。光纤缆的一端与双准球面透镜光轴向相对,位于双准球面透镜前面,为接受端。接受端外缘与壳架连接固定,与双准球面透镜的光路连通。光纤缆的另一端为发射端,将光辐射出去。光纤缆的发射端可装有透镜。采用不同的透镜,来产生不同效果的照射。由于光纤缆具有一定的柔性,光纤缆较长时,悬空的发射端可便于移动,并可弯曲地插入到体内便于在各部位照射。为了便于向侧向及逆方向辐射,照射侧向及逆向部位,光纤缆的发射端还可装有折射镜头或反光折射镜头,把辐射的光向侧向或逆向辐射。
本发明光治疗器的灯一般采用固体发光石英泡壳电灯,最好采用碘钨灯。灯的功率最好选用100-250瓦这样较低的功率。反光罩位于灯的后方,并与壳架连接固定,有时与壳架连接成一体,与壳架一起构成封闭的腔。有时,灯的座位于反光罩,灯通过反光罩装于壳架。反光罩形状及大小的选择,是根据灯的形状大小而定。灯座也可直接位于壳架,灯直接装于壳架。相对的双准球面透镜,由两只准球面透镜相对放置构成,准球面相对,并与壳架连接,固定于壳架。双准球面透镜能形成较均匀平行的光,光集中的效率较高,并且光的色差较小。准球面制作也比较容易,成本低。壳架是支承连接灯、反光罩、双准球面透镜及光纤缆的支架或壳体,一般呈空腔状。
本发明的光治疗器与已有的技术相比具有如下优点:
1.辐射出的光比较均匀分布,照射的成度比较好掌握,不易出现治疗效果不均匀现象,治疗好的部位损伤正常组织较少,不易出现硬块。特别适用体内部位的照射治疗,可弯曲插入体内,便于照射治疗。如治疗口腔、阴道、食道、排泄系统内的病症。
2.光纤缆效率高,光损耗小,节省电能,降低治疗成本。灯的功率比较小,使得光治疗器的体积小,而且结构比较简单,易生产制作。光源部分(灯、反光罩、双准球面透镜及壳体部分)可固定放置,只移动光纤缆及发射端,使用更加方便。
附图表示了本发明光治疗器的一种实例结构示意图。下面结合附图的实例进一步说明本发明。这种光治疗器由壳架9、8,150瓦的碘钨灯11,反光罩12,双准球面透镜7、6,光纤缆3组成。壳架呈圆柱筒状,分内筒8和外筒9,两筒相套。反光罩12外周边与壳架的外筒9周壁固定连接,和壳架一起形成封闭腔。反光罩呈抛物面形。反光罩与外筒连接处的下部装有灯座10。碘钨灯的连接端与灯座连接,通过灯座装于壳架。反光罩12位于碘钨灯11的后方。碘钨灯11前方的壳架内筒装有相对的双准球面透镜7、6。两只的准球面透镜的准球面相对。双准球面透镜的后面与碘钨灯11及反光罩12相对,形成碘钨灯位于反光罩与双准球面透镜之间。双准球面透镜前的壳架内筒收口5连通着光纤缆。光纤缆的接受端4与双准球面透镜相对,形成导通的光路,接受端4外缘与壳架内筒收口5周壁固定连接。光纤缆的另一悬端为发射端2,发射端装有透镜,透镜为滤色透镜。发射端还可装有折射镜头或反光折射镜头,发射端的口径大于1cm2。壳架及反光罩的背部可带有夹水套,用于冷却。这种光治疗器适于治疗口腔内的口疮、坏死性粘液腺周炎、感染性口腔溃疡、丈森氏口龈炎、扁平苔癣、牙龈炎、牙周炎。还适于治疗宫颈息肉、外阴白斑、外阴搔痒、外阴溃疡、尿道肉阜、滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、外阴纤维瘤、外阴侧切口感染等病。照射治疗这些病灶时,没有烧伤感,没有刺激感。治疗好的部位光滑柔软,没有硬块,特别适合治疗宫颈糜烂病变。

Claims (7)

1、光治疗器有壳架、装于壳架的灯和反光罩,反光罩位于灯的后方,其特征在于:灯前方的壳架装有相对的双准球面透镜,双准球面透镜前的壳架连通有光纤缆。
2、根据权利要求1所说的光治疗器,其特征在于光纤缆发射端装有透镜。
3、根据权利要求1所说的光治疗器,其特征在于光纤缆至少含有一根成象光导纤维。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所说的光治疗器,其特征在于光纤缆发射端装有折射镜头或反光折射镜头。
5、根据权利要求4所说的光治疗器,其特征在于灯为100-250瓦的碘乌灯。
6、根据权利要求5所说的光治疗器,其特征在于发射端装有的透镜为滤色透镜。
7、根据权利要求6所说的光治疗器,其特征在于光纤缆发射端口经大于1cm2
