本发明涉及一种含有高密度聚乙烯增强支架的保温管件弯头及制作方法。原有聚氨酯塑料发泡保温管件的生产采用的是木质或塑料的支撑物,支撑物由金属丝串联绑定,在管套管工艺中,木块和塑料块会出现破碎和移动现象。一种含有高密度聚乙烯增强支架的保温管件弯头,其组成包括:弯头工作管(3),所述的弯头工作管外侧套有高密度聚乙烯增强支架(4),所述的高密度聚乙烯增强支架外侧具有外护管(1),所述的弯头工作管和外护管之间具有硬质聚氨酯层(2),所述的弯头工作管的垂直段处通过圆弧过度。本发明应用于含有高密度聚乙烯增强支架的保温管件弯头及制作方法。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种含有高密度聚乙烯增强支架的保温管件弯头及制作方法。
背景技术:
原有聚氨酯塑料发泡保温管件的生产采用的是木质或塑料的支撑物,支撑物由金属丝串联绑定。在管套管工艺中,捆绑木块和塑料块的支撑物由金属丝硬性捆扎在工作管件外壁上,在将工作管件套入高密度聚乙烯外护管的过程中,由于外护管的摩擦,木块和塑料块会出现破碎和移动现象,导致管件中部和末端没有支撑物,使得外护管不能与工作管件之间空间均匀,发泡后出现聚氨酯保温不均匀。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种含有高密度聚乙烯增强支架的保温管件弯头及制作方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种含有高密度聚乙烯增强支架的保温管件弯头,其组成包括:弯头工作管,所述的弯头工作管外侧套有高密度聚乙烯增强支架,所述的高密度聚乙烯增强支架外侧具有外护管,所述的弯头工作管和外护管之间具有硬质聚氨酯层,所述的弯头工作管的垂直段处通过圆弧过渡。
所述的含有高密度聚乙烯增强支架的保温管件,所述的高密度聚乙烯增强支架的支架本体为长方等腰梯形,所述的高密度聚乙烯增强支架一端为标准高度的支撑物,所述的高密度聚乙烯增强支架一端为收缩的卡接尾,所述的卡接尾与支撑物底部的卡扣相卡接。
所述的具有监控漏点功能的保温管件弯头,所述的弯头工作管的管径为15mm-2000mm,所述的聚氨酯保护层厚度为30-200mm,所述的聚乙烯外护管厚度为1-30mm,所述的信号线采用金属导电裸线。
所述的具有监控漏点功能的保温管件弯头的制作方法,首先针对工作管件内表面进行防腐喷涂,将防腐涂料经充分搅拌后,由防腐涂料泵打入喷枪内管,压缩空气通过管线压入喷枪外管以推动空气马达以35000r/min的转速带动防腐喷涂雾化头超高速旋转;喷枪内管与喷头中的供料管相连,防腐涂料由供料管射入高速旋转的防腐喷涂雾化头,并通过其上密集的小孔得到高度雾化,从而在管道内壁形成层十分均匀的光滑的漆膜;然后在经过处理后的工作管件外表面进行防腐喷涂,通过将外表面进行铬酸盐处理提高其涂层附着力,最后通过防腐喷涂装置进行防腐喷涂即可;然后再工作管件外壁套上高密度聚乙烯增强支架,高密度聚乙烯增强支架采用注塑工艺制造出与保温管件型号标准相匹配支架,高密度聚乙烯增强支架本体为长方等腰梯形,宽的一端为标准高度的支撑物,窄的一端为收缩的卡接尾,卡接尾的一面具有不可逆的梯形卡扣状,卡接尾可以插入另一只支架的支撑物底部,支撑物底部为不可逆的梯形卡扣状,卡接尾与支撑物底部的卡扣相卡接,不会出现脱扣现象,根据工作管件型号,由多只高密度聚乙烯增强支架通过卡接形式相连,形成环状结构,紧紧的箍住工作管件外壁上,然后,随着工作管件套入外护管中,形成均匀的聚氨酯发泡空间,保证聚氨酯保温层的均匀性,同时增加报警系统,使具有外护管的保温管具备了智能报警作用,然后将管道两端安装上发泡挡板密封且留有排气筛,最后经过聚氨酯发泡机喷射聚氨酯塑料泡沫进行发泡,熟化后进行端面修整处理,即形成最终成品。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明交解决了金属丝串联绑定支撑物的原始工艺,让支撑物之间距离均匀,且绑定牢固不移位,二是用一体注塑工艺制造高密度聚乙烯增强支架,代替木块和塑料块,用支架本身自带的卡接结构进行支架间连接,代替金属丝的硬性捆绑。达到了工作管件与外护管之间,支撑物布局距离均匀,支撑物本体卡接牢固、易于套入外护管中,聚氨酯保温层均匀弥散,提高了产品质量与保温效果。
本发明用高密度聚乙烯材料,采用注塑工艺制造出与保温管件型号标准相匹配的高密度聚乙烯增强支架,支架本体为长方等腰梯形,宽的一端为标准高度的支撑物,窄的一端为收缩的卡接尾,卡接尾的一面具有不可逆的梯形卡扣状,卡接尾可以插入另一只支架的支撑物底部,支撑物底部为不可逆的梯形卡扣状,卡接尾与支撑物底部的卡扣相卡接,不会出现脱扣现象。根据工作管件型号,由多只高密度聚乙烯增强支架通过卡接形式相连,形成环状结构,紧紧的箍住工作管件外壁上。然后,随着工作管件套入外护管中,形成均匀的
聚氨酯发泡空间,保证保温管件的聚氨酯保温层的均匀性。

1.一种含有高密度聚乙烯增强支架的保温管件弯头,其组成包括:弯头工作管,其特征是:所述的弯头工作管外侧套有高密度聚乙烯增强支架,所述的高密度聚乙烯增强支架外侧具有外护管,所述的弯头工作管和外护管之间具有硬质聚氨酯层,所述的弯头工作管的垂直段处通过圆弧过渡;
所述的高密度聚乙烯增强支架的支架本体断面为等腰梯形,所述的高密度聚乙烯增强支架一端为标准高度的支撑物,所述的高密度聚乙烯增强支架端部具有收缩的卡接尾,所述的卡接尾与另一只支架的支撑物底部的卡扣相卡接;
所述的弯头工作管的管径为15mm-2000mm,所述的硬质聚氨酯层厚度为30-200mm,所述的外护管厚度为1-30mm,信号线采用金属导电裸线;
用一体注塑工艺制造高密度聚乙烯增强支架;用支架本身自带的卡接结构进行支架间连接。
