Abstract

本发明公开了一种微型高温高压电动转阀,包括柱形阀体、阀芯、阀杆、限位连接轴,在阀体内位于阀芯孔的两侧对称设置有阀座孔,阀座孔内设有浮动阀座,所述浮动阀座与阀芯通过曲面配合,在阀体的右端设置有P口、A口和B口,3个油口均轴向设置,并处于同一端面,在阀芯上与P口连通的部分构成P腔,在两浮动阀座上分别与A口和B口连通的部分构成A腔和B腔,所述阀芯通过电机驱动实现左右换向,使P口与A口或B口相连通,构成二位三通换向阀。本发明整体体积小,结构紧凑,与环形管道狭小的安装空间兼容,且密封性能可靠,并能够保证油路系统的可靠换向,能适用于诸如电厂、石油、天然气开采等高温高压严酷环境中。

Description

一种微型高温高压电动转阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种流体控制阀,具体涉及一种微型高温高压转阀,可用于诸如电厂、油气开采等场合高温高压环境下的流体控制。
背景技术
在诸如核电厂、原油开采、天然气开采等高温高压的场合,目前常用的换向阀有球阀、滑阀等、锥阀、平板阀等。锥阀及平板阀阀要实现多位多通功能,不仅结构较复杂,外形尺寸也较大,难以同时兼顾紧凑的结构与集成化功能;球阀依靠阀球和阀座的紧密配合实现可靠的密封,在全开或全闭时,球体和阀座的密封面与介质隔离,介质通过时,不会引起阀门密封面的侵蚀,安全可靠,被广泛的应用于石油、化工、发电、航空以及人们日常生活当中,但是球阀要实现可靠密封往往需要对阀球和阀座进行人工研磨,直到阀芯与阀座完全吻合,加工工艺难度较大;而滑阀由于具有结构简单,换向切换迅速,阀芯所受的不平衡力较小,换向所需操纵较小等优点而被广泛的应用于液压传动控制系统中,但是滑阀的密封形式为间隙配合密封,会存在一定的泄漏,难以实现可靠的密封。
而转阀一般指通过旋转阀芯来控制流道的通断和换向的换向阀,与传统的球阀和滑阀相比较,其同时具有良好的加工工艺性和安全可靠的密封性。目前转阀的阀芯与阀座为平面接触型,通过在阀芯上设计沟通油槽来实现油路的连接,主要依靠精加工的两平面的良好贴合来实现密封,或通过在两配合的平面上安装密封件来密封。但是无论哪种密封形式的转阀,转阀阀芯所受到的的液压力无法平衡,由于较大的密封面,在中高压工况下使用时,阀芯要承受较大的液压力,这无疑会加剧阀芯阀座的摩擦磨损,同时也会需要更大的操作力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术存在的不足提供一种体积小、操作方便、密封性能可靠的微型高温高压电动转阀。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种微型高温高压电动转阀,其特征在于:包括柱形阀体,在阀体内设有阀芯孔,阀芯孔内设有可转动的阀芯,在阀芯的一端设置有阀杆、限位连接轴,所述限位连接轴与电机输出轴相连,在阀体内位于阀芯孔的两侧对称设置有阀座孔,所述阀座孔与阀芯孔垂直设置,阀座孔内设有浮动阀座,所述浮动阀座与阀芯通过曲面配合,在阀体的右端设置有油口,所述油口包括P口、A口和B口,3个油口均轴向设置,并处于同一端面,在阀芯上与P口连通的部分构成P腔,在两浮动阀座上分别与A口和B口连通的部分构成A腔和B腔,所述阀芯通过电机驱动实现左右换向,使P口与A口或B口相连通,构成二位三通换向阀。
按上述技术方案,在阀芯的中心开设有压力平衡通孔,该压力平衡通孔与P腔相连通。
按上述技术方案,所述浮动阀座包括由内而外依次设置的柔性阀口、阀座、柔性补偿弹簧、螺塞,所述阀座将柔性阀口压装在阀芯的外周,构成面面密封,在阀座外套装柔性补偿弹簧,螺塞通过柔性补偿弹簧将阀座压装在阀体上。
按上述技术方案,在阀芯的外圆周上开设有环槽,所述阀座的下端嵌设在该环槽内,并与该环槽通过曲面配合,所述柔性阀口安设在环槽与阀座的沉槽之间,且阀座的下端内曲面与阀芯之间留有间隙。
按上述技术方案,所述柔性阀口的中心孔、阀座的中心孔、螺塞的内孔、螺塞侧壁上的油孔构成A腔或B腔。
按上述技术方案,所述阀杆的外周通过滑动轴承与阀体相配设。
按上述技术方案,在阀芯的左端中部设置有矩形槽,所述阀杆插装在矩形槽内。
按上述技术方案,在限位连接轴的右端设置有1/4环形限位台阶,在阀体内设置有3/4环形沟槽与限位连接轴的1/4环形限位台阶相配设,使其转动幅度控制在±180°。
本发明所取得的有益效果为:
1、本发明整体体积小,结构紧凑,与环形管道狭小的安装空间兼容,且密封性能可靠,并能够保证油路系统的可靠换向,能适用于诸如电厂、石油、天然气开采等高温高压严酷环境中;
2、在两端的阀座上安装有补偿弹簧,其主要作用有四方面:一是当阀经历较大的温度梯度时,对阀座和阀芯所产生的热膨胀进行双向热补偿,防止热胀卡死而无法灵活的转动;二是对阀座加载一定的初始预紧力,扩大了阀的工作压力范围,使其在低压和高压系统内都具有防漏完整性;三是用于补偿阀芯和阀座由于长期做摩擦转动而引起的磨损,而造成密封比压的下降,而最终导致密封失效泄漏;四是采用阀座结构能在高压介质瞬间冲击的情况下减小作用在螺塞上的冲击,起到缓冲作用;
3、阀座端部安装高强度工程塑料阀座形成柔性阀口,使柔性阀口密封部位实现软密封配合,并采用阀座与阀芯相贯型密封结构,密封形式为面密封,加工工艺简单高效,能实现零泄漏密封,安全可靠;
4、阀芯采用圆柱形转阀阀芯,在其中心开有压力平衡通孔,使阀芯上下端面均有压力介质,受力平衡;
5、本发明的阀芯采用的是耐腐蚀合金圆柱形阀芯,加工工艺简单,使其具有更好的抗高压能力;
6、在阀杆与阀体之间安装滑动轴承,以保证阀运动部件在高压下的灵活可靠运动,降低了转动扭矩,减小了阀的功率损耗,更加节能;同时滑动轴承结构更紧凑,尺寸更小;
7、通过在连接杆与阀体上设置限位结构,即通过阀内部的结构来控制阀芯的转动位置,而无需在阀外部设置限位结构,使其结构更加紧凑;
8、本发明能满足对安装空间受限的高压高温场合,工作介质为高阻燃液压油,由于采用的是直流电机驱动的电动控制,能够完成油路的自动化控制,适用性高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-4所示,本实施例提供了一种微型高温高压电动转阀,包括圆柱形阀体12,在阀体12内设有阀芯孔,阀芯孔内设有可转动的圆柱形阀芯6,在阀芯6的一端依次连接有阀杆7、限位连接轴10,所述限位连接轴10与电机输出轴11相连,在阀体12的左端螺纹连接有端盖9,在阀体12内位于阀芯孔的两侧对称设置有阀座孔,所述阀座孔与阀芯孔垂直设置,阀座孔内设有浮动阀座4,在阀芯6的外圆周上对称开设有环槽,浮动阀座通过此环槽实现对阀芯6的轴向定位,在阀体12的右端设置有油口,所述油口包括P口、A口和B口,3个油口均攻丝,并轴向设置,且处于同一端面,在两浮动阀座上分别设有与A口和B口连通的部分构成A腔和B腔,在阀芯12上与P口连通的部分构成P腔,在阀芯6的中心开设有压力平衡通孔,该压力平衡通孔与P腔相连通。所述浮动阀座包括由内而外依次设置的柔性阀口5、阀座4、柔性补偿弹簧2、螺塞1,其中,柔性阀口5采用高性能工程塑料制成,其安装在阀座4的沉槽与环槽之间,柔性阀口5采用两圆柱相贯的密封形式与环槽相配合,阀座4与阀芯6之间也采用曲面相配合,阀座4的下端嵌设在环槽内,且阀座4的下端内曲面和阀芯环槽之间留有间隙,减小了密封所需的密封预紧力,在阀座外套装柔性补偿弹簧2,柔性补偿弹簧2一方面在浮动阀座4上施加预压缩力,同时也能对温度、摩擦及装配进行补偿,螺塞1通过柔性补偿弹簧2将阀座4压装在阀体12上。在螺塞1的外圆上加工有沟槽用于安装密封圈,密封圈与阀体12配合形成静密封,拧松或拧紧两螺塞1就可以调整所需的初始预紧力大小。其中一个浮动阀座的柔性阀口的中心孔、阀座的中心孔、螺塞的内孔、螺塞侧壁上的油孔构成A腔,另一个浮动阀座的柔性阀口的中心孔、阀座的中心孔、螺塞的内孔、螺塞侧壁上的油孔构成B腔。所述阀芯通过电机驱动实现左右换向,使P口与A口或B口相连通,构成二位三通换向阀。
在阀芯6上端面加工有矩形槽,和阀杆7相配合,驱动阀芯6进行左右旋转换向。在阀杆7两端面开有矩形凸肩,一端与阀芯6配合,另一端与限位连接轴10配合,实现限位连接轴10带动阀杆7转动,在圆周上开有密封槽,实现阀杆7和阀体12的密封;同时由于设置滑动轴承结构更紧凑,使本发明的尺寸更小;限位连接轴10设计为不对称的台阶结构,在限位连接轴上设有1/4环形限位台阶,而在阀体12的相配合部位设有3/4环形沟槽,以将限位连接轴10的转动幅度控制在±180°(正反转)。阀体12为3级台阶结构,其主要作用是外部管路及减速电机11。
本实施例中,为减小转动扭矩,在阀杆与阀盖底面之间装有滑动轴承8,以保证阀运动部件在高压下的灵活可靠运动,降低了转动扭矩,另外有效地减小了结构尺寸。
本实施例的阀芯采用的是耐腐蚀合金圆柱形阀芯,加工工艺简单,使其具有更好的抗高压能力。

Claims (8)

1.一种微型高温高压电动转阀,其特征在于:包括柱形阀体,在阀体内设有阀芯孔,阀芯孔内设有可转动的阀芯,在阀芯的一端设置有阀杆、限位连接轴,所述限位连接轴与电机输出轴相连,在阀体内位于阀芯孔的两侧对称设置有阀座孔,所述阀座孔与阀芯孔垂直设置,阀座孔内设有浮动阀座,所述浮动阀座与阀芯通过曲面配合,在阀体的右端设置有油口,所述油口包括P口、A口和B口,3个油口均轴向设置,并处于同一端面,在阀芯上与P口连通的部分构成P腔,在两浮动阀座上分别与A口和B口连通的部分构成A腔和B腔,所述阀芯通过电机驱动实现左右换向,使P口与A口或B口相连通,构成二位三通换向阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型高温高压电动转阀,其特征在于,在阀芯的中心开设有压力平衡通孔,该压力平衡通孔与P腔相连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种微型高温高压电动转阀,其特征在于,所述浮动阀座包括由内而外依次设置的柔性阀口、阀座、柔性补偿弹簧、螺塞,所述阀座将柔性阀口压装在阀芯的外周,构成面面密封,在阀座外套装柔性补偿弹簧,螺塞通过柔性补偿弹簧将阀座压装在阀体上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种微型高温高压电动转阀,其特征在于,在阀芯的外圆周上开设有环槽,所述阀座的下端嵌设在该环槽内,并与该环槽通过曲面配合,所述柔性阀口安设在环槽与阀座的沉槽之间,且阀座的下端内曲面与阀芯的环槽之间留有间隙。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种微型高温高压电动转阀,其特征在于,所述柔性阀口的中心孔、阀座的中心孔、螺塞的内孔、螺塞侧壁上的油孔构成A腔或B腔。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种微型高温高压电动转阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆的外周通过滑动轴承与阀体相配设。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种微型高温高压电动转阀,其特征在于,在阀芯的左端中部设置有矩形槽,所述阀杆插装在矩形槽内。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种微型高温高压电动转阀,其特征在于,在限位连接轴的右端设置有1/4环形限位台阶,在阀体内设置有3/4环形沟槽与限位连接轴的1/4环形限位台阶相配设,使其转动幅度控制在±180°。
