本发明涉及一种调试机构,特别涉及一种皮带驱动式主动轮调试机构。
背景技术
皮带轮属于盘毂类零件,一般相对尺寸比较大,制造工艺上一般以铸造、锻造为主。例如小型柴油机动力的输出,农用车,拖拉机,汽车,矿山机械,机械加工设备,纺织机械,包装机械,车床,锻床。现有的主动轮调试不方便,尤其是不方便通过皮带轮来对主动轮进行调试。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种可以将待调试的主动轮安装在安装环的安装槽位置,驱动皮带的一端与驱动轮连接,驱动皮带的另一端与待调试的主动轮连接,驱动管外接驱动电机,从而可以通过驱动电机控制驱动轮旋,方便对主动轮进行旋转调试,调试效率大大提高的皮带驱动式主动轮调试机构。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种皮带驱动式主动轮调试机构,包括安装板,安装板插接有驱动管,驱动管的轴向设有驱动轴,驱动轴的外周面套装有内齿轮,驱动轴套装有驱动轮,驱动轮的外周面设有连接槽,驱动轮的轴向设有连接筒,连接筒与驱动轴对接,连接筒的外侧设有锁母,锁母设置在驱动轴的端部;安装板设有安装环,安装环设有安装槽,安装槽为圆形形状,驱动轮连接有驱动皮带,驱动皮带的一端套装在连接槽位置,驱动皮带的另一端与安装槽对应。
进一步地,所述安装环上设有若干固定孔。
进一步地,所述安装板设有若干加强条,加强条与安装环的侧壁连接。
进一步地,所述安装板与安装环为一体结构。
进一步地,所述锁母与驱动轴通过螺纹连接。
采用上述技术方案的皮带驱动式主动轮调试机构,由于安装板插接有驱动管,驱动管的轴向设有驱动轴,驱动轴的外周面套装有内齿轮,驱动轴套装有驱动轮,驱动轮的外周面设有连接槽,驱动轮的轴向设有连接筒,连接筒与驱动轴对接,连接筒的外侧设有锁母,锁母设置在驱动轴的端部;安装板设有安装环,安装环设有安装槽,安装槽为圆形形状,驱动轮连接有驱动皮带,驱动皮带的一端套装在连接槽位置,驱动皮带的另一端与安装槽对应,可以将待调试的主动轮安装在安装环的安装槽位置,驱动皮带的一端与驱动轮连接,驱动皮带的另一端与待调试的主动轮连接,驱动管外接驱动电机,从而可以通过驱动电机控制驱动轮旋,方便对主动轮进行旋转调试,调试效率大大提高。

如图1与图2所示,一种皮带驱动式主动轮调试机构,包括安装板1,安装板1插接有驱动管2,驱动管2的轴向设有驱动轴3,驱动轴3的外周面套装有内齿轮4,驱动轴3套装有驱动轮5,驱动轮5的外周面设有连接槽6,驱动轮5的轴向设有连接筒7,连接筒7与驱动轴3对接,连接筒7的外侧设有锁母8,锁母8设置在驱动轴3的端部;安装板1设有安装环10,安装环10设有安装槽11,安装槽11为圆形形状,驱动轮5连接有驱动皮带9,驱动皮带9的一端套装在连接槽6位置,驱动皮带9的另一端与安装槽11对应;安装环10上设有若干固定孔13,安装板1设有若干加强条12,加强条12与安装环10的侧壁连接,安装板1与安装环10为一体结构,锁母8与驱动轴3通过螺纹连接。
本发明皮带驱动式主动轮调试机构,可以将待调试的主动轮安装在安装环10的安装槽11位置,驱动皮带9的一端与驱动轮5连接,驱动皮带9的另一端与待调试的主动轮连接,驱动管2外接驱动电机,从而可以通过驱动电机控制驱动轮5旋,方便对主动轮进行旋转调试,调试效率大大提高。
其中,安装环10上设有若干固定孔13,所以方便固定。
其中,安装板1设有若干加强条12,加强条12与安装环10的侧壁连接,安装板1与安装环10为一体结构,所以连接更加牢固。
其中,锁母8与驱动轴3通过螺纹连接,所以方便组装。
