技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及桥梁工程技术领域,具体涉及一种运用在桥梁上的不拉伤结构物体的悬空检修平台构建方法。
背景技术
[0002]随着我国桥梁建设的发展,高速公路和城市的近百万座桥梁进入了定期的检测和维修阶段,其施工任务非常艰巨,桥梁梁底的检测和维修施工中,非常重要的是安全、经济和适用的施工检修平台,对于桥梁下方是陆地的情况,通常采用从地面往上构建平台;对于桥梁下方是江河的情况,通常采用船载检测或从桥上向下部弯入工作臂的方式构建平台,针对不同的桥梁概况,现有的桥梁施工检修平台常通过人工搭建脚手架、手推梯架、车载云梯、占/不占车道的桥梁检测车;钻孔洞搭台、吸盘拉表面攀爬等方式进行,而采用以上方式搭建桥梁施工检修平台,仍然存在以下不足:钻孔洞伤结构物体、吸盘也会拉坏表面,下搭架子不便(如通航河道上桥梁或地面有障碍)、笨重、高度受限、成本较高,不能满足使用需求。
发明内容
[0003]本发明意在提供一种不拉伤结构物体的悬空检修平台构建方法,用在桥梁施工的检修平台搭建上,以解决采用现有方式构建施工检修平台而导致的损坏结构物体和构建不便的问题。
[0004]为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的基础方案如下:不拉伤结构物体的悬空检修平台构建方法,包括以下步骤:
[0005] (I)平台基体钓粘牵挂引线:在桥梁结构体的下方穿梭牵引绳,在牵引绳上安装索杆框架,并通过传感器定位;
[0006] (2)墩柱环绕式缠带:对墩柱绕粘引线,在墩柱的缠绕部位用柔性紧固件捆扎头收紧,柔性紧固件的内侧涂粘胶增加稳固性能,柔性紧固件的外侧安装吊挂件;
[0007] (3)横向道方式:在桥面的左右两端从桥梁上边缘垂直向下设置压扣,压扣夹紧桥边缘内外侧,从外侧向下延伸吊杆挂钩环,牵引绳绕过桥下的空间横断面,分级牵引索杆框架中索杆的两端,并连接左右两侧的吊杆挂钩环;
[0008] (4 )纵向道方式:在步骤(2 )中墩柱环绕式缠带之间或步骤(3 )中两个横向道之间牵挂纵向的1-η条索杆道。
[0009]本基础方案的原理为:步骤(I)中,在桥梁结构体的下方穿梭牵引绳进行搭台架,牵引绳的穿梭形状可为“8”字形、矩形等,最终牵引安装能安全承载检修作业的机器人或真人的索杆框架,此过程由传感器定位,通过其交点坐标来最终确定牵引绳的穿梭位置。步骤
(2)中,对桥墩柱环绕式缠带,桥墩可绕η匝以保证其摩擦力,并通过柔性紧固件如气水管头带等捆扎头收紧,柔性紧固件如气水管头带的内侧涂粘胶增加稳固性能。步骤(3)中,桥下的横向道方式,桥梁上边缘垂直向下设置压扣,通过压扣延伸形成的吊杆挂钩环为索杆提供支撑。步骤(4)中,两个横向道之间、两个墩柱环绕式缠带之间或者一个横向道和一个墩柱环绕式缠带之间牵挂纵向的l-η条索杆道,配合步骤(3)中索杆的两端连接左右两侧的吊杆挂钩环,共同形成索杆框架平台。本方案中的牵引绳是为了牵引安装最终承载的框架平台构件,最终构件视需要选择:刚性件(杆、板、环)用可扣紧夹具连接,柔性(绳、索、带)用捆扎。
[0010]在基础方案上的优选方案I为,在步骤(I)中,通过AR操控机器人或无人机辅助穿梭牵引绳,考虑到下搭架子受限,航道上的桥梁虽然可以通过人工钓粘牵挂、真人作业,但采用AR操控机器人或无人机辅助穿梭牵引绳,不但效率、精准度高,而且安全、轻便。
[0011]在基础方案或优选方案I上的优选方案2为,在步骤(I)中,通过10轴传感器定位,10轴传感器能监测摆置姿态及交点坐标,并有远程管理,事件及异常处理等功能,定位效果好。
[0012]在优选方案2上的优选方案3为,在步骤(2)中,所述柔性紧固件为气水管头带或尼龙粘扣带或缠胶带当中的任意一种,通过柔性紧固件对粘引线进行捆扎头收紧,柔性紧固件选取常规部件,易控制成本。
[0013]在基础方案上的优选方案4为,在步骤(2)中,通过AR操控机器人或无人机对墩柱绕粘引线,不但效率、精准度高,而且安全、轻便。
[0014]在基础方案上的优选方案5为,在步骤(2)中,所述粘胶采用pet不干胶,pet不干胶有防腐蚀、耐高温的特性,而且不与桥体表面产生破坏反应。
[0015]本发明的优点在于:本发明是应用在桥梁下方为不规则的地形或环境下,面向3D对象(杆、带、牵引类或主体),预定摆置姿态及交点坐标、回收状态,通过无人机/机器人自身的遥控或自动投置/紧固/释放/回收及其它动作,且柔软的机械触手不伤对象,完成在桥梁结构体下方和桥梁墩柱上牵挂引线、缠绕气水管头带,以此在牵引绳上安装索杆框架,通过横向道方式和纵向道方式共同形成索杆框架平台,最终构建桥梁的检修平台,并使检修平台固定在桥梁结构物体上,且结构物体上只受压力,不钻孔洞、不雕刻、不拉吸盘,不损坏结构物体,搭建方便,能完全满足桥梁施工的需要。
具体实施方式

[0017]本实施例提供了一种不拉伤结构物体的悬空检修平台构建方法,包括以下步骤:
[0018] (I)平台基体钓粘牵挂引线:在桥梁结构体的下方,通过AR操控机器人穿梭牵引绳,牵引绳的穿梭形状可为“8”字形、矩形等,最终牵引安装能安全承载检修作业的机器人的索杆框架,并通过10轴传感器定位;
[0019] (2)墩柱环绕式缠带:通过AR操控机器人对墩柱绕粘引线,桥墩可绕η匝以保证其摩擦力,在墩柱的缠绕部位用气水管头带捆扎头收紧,气水管头带的内侧涂pet不干胶增加稳固性能,气水管头带的外侧安装吊挂件,吊挂件绕墩柱按实际需求进行适当分布,AR操控机器人攀吊挂件上下,即可在全墩柱范围活动;吊挂架好比建筑物的牛腿(悬臂体系的挂梁与悬臂间的搁置构造,通常将悬臂端和挂梁端的局部构造称为牛腿,又称梁托),可供机器人落脚、作为搭建平台的支点;
[0020] (3)横向道方式:在桥面的左右两端从桥梁上边缘垂直向下设置压扣,压扣夹紧桥边缘内外侧,从外侧向下延伸吊杆挂钩环,牵引绳绕过桥下的空间横断面,分级牵引索杆框架中索杆的两端,并连接左右两侧的吊杆挂钩环;压扣由普通夹具改制,用于稳固夹紧结构物,外延伸出吊挂架。
[0021] (4)纵向道方式:在两个横向道之间、两个墩柱环绕式缠带之间或者一个横向道和一个墩柱环绕式缠带之间牵挂纵向的l-η条索杆道,索杆道沿纵向按需进行分布,配合步骤(3)中索杆的两端连接左右两侧的吊杆挂钩环,共同形成索杆框架平台。
[0022]从而实现了原来难搭建的检修平台。
[0023]本实施例中,AR操控机器人选用由国内“北京京海佳业科贸有限公司”销售的德国AR100,其具体的技术指标如下:长度:1016mm,总起飞重量:彡0.908kg,最大风荷载:16米/秒,遥控范围:I公里,宽度:1016mm,续航能力:小于25分钟/单组电池,推进器:4个无刷/无齿轮电机,免维护。
[0024]本实施例中的气水管头带为对粘引线进行捆扎头收紧的常用柔性紧固件之一,还可为尼龙粘扣带或缠胶带当中的任意一种,另外,也可采用钢管脚手架扣件或其他标准紧固件(例如紧固螺钉或螺栓等中的任意一种),当采用所述的刚性紧固件时,可免去涂粘胶、绕过桥下的空间横断面的步骤,本实施例具体以气水管头带来作详细的说明。
[0025] AR操控机器人按程序和目标构件的预定坐标定位自动驾驶作业搭建,有相应的服务器支持,工作时,AR操控机器人在桥上放飞,拖鱼线或风筝线,绕过粧回来,分级牵引结实的牵引绳,直至承载工作台的牵引绳末端绕回,逐步收拢锁定即成。
[0026]本实施例中的不拉伤结构物体的悬空检修平台构建方法,其搭建方法独特,经申请人检索,在国内外属首创,通过本发明和实施例中的不拉伤结构物体的悬空检修平台构建方法,应用在桥梁下方为不规则的地形或环境下,面向3D对象(杆、带、牵引类或主体),预定摆置姿态及交点坐标、回收状态,通过无人机/机器人自身的遥控或自动投置/紧固/释放/回收及其它动作,且柔软的机械触手不伤对象,完成在桥梁结构体下方和桥梁墩柱上牵挂引线、缠绕气水管头带,以此在牵引绳上安装索杆框架,通过横向道方式和纵向道方式共同形成索杆框架平台,最终构建桥梁的检修平台,并使检修平台固定在桥梁结构物体上,且结构物体上只受压力,不钻孔洞、不雕刻、不拉吸盘,不损坏结构物体,搭建方便,能完全满足桥梁施工的需要。
