本发明公开了一种染色迅速持久的面料染色剂及其染色方法,染色剂按重量比计,由以下材料构成:具有色素的土10份、榴莲壳粉末6份、食盐0.8份、明矾0.6份、食醋0.8份、长寿花叶子粉末0.6份、水80份,均匀混合而成。染色剂的染色方法,其具体步骤如下:1)按重量比计,将具有色素的土10份、榴莲壳粉末6份、食盐0.8份、明矾0.6份、食醋0.8份、长寿花叶子粉末0.6份、水80份,均匀混合而成染色剂;2)将去浆后的布用豆浆浸泡1.5小时,晾干;3)将步骤2)处理的布浸泡于步骤1)染色剂中,手工染布15分钟;4)晾干-水洗-晾干。本发明方法流程操作方便,染色牢固度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种染色迅速持久的面料染色剂及其染色方法。
背景技术
目前,常用的染布方法是化学染布,工艺步骤为推浆一染色一水洗一烘干一烫平,其中染色步骤中采用的固色剂含有甲醛或其他有害物质,有致病或致癌可能,而且容易污染环境。
目前有ZL03133608.6,一种泥浆染色剂及染布工艺,该发明专利采用了天然材料染色,不污染环境,且起到了抗菌、消毒、抗辐射的功能。但其染色牢固度欠佳,经日晒等环境中,易褪色。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种染色牢固度好且健康的染色迅速持久的面料染色剂及其染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案来实现的:
一种染色迅速持久的面料染色剂,其中,按重量比计,由以下材料构成:具有色素的土10份、榴莲壳粉末6份、食盐0.8份、明矾0.6份、食醋0.8份、长寿花叶子粉末0.6份、水80份,均匀混合而成。
一种染色迅速持久的面料染色剂的染色方法,其中,具体步骤如下:
1)按重量比计,将具有色素的土10份、榴莲壳粉末6份、食盐0.8份、明矾0.6份、食醋0.8份、长寿花叶子粉末0.6份、水80份,均匀混合而成染色迅速持久的面料染色剂;
2)将去浆后的布用豆浆浸泡1.5小时,晾干;
3)将步骤2)处理的布浸泡于步骤1)所述的染色迅速持久的面料染色剂中,手工染布15分钟;
4)晾干-水洗-晾干。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
相比现有技术,本发明采用天然材料染色,适用于棉布,其方法流程短,操作方便,只需常规室温染色过程不需任何化学助剂,完全采用纯天然原料,不含对人体有害的放射性元素,通过在染色剂中加入了榴莲壳粉末,大大提升了其染色牢固度,且色泽更加饱满、自然且柔和,加入了长寿花叶子粉末后,布料上色速度明显提高,且不用反复染即可达到染色效果,大大节约染色时间和人工成本。

实施例1:
1)提取具有色素的土:黄土产地为吉林、黑龙江等地,黑土的产地为通化、怀仁等地,红土产地为丹东、桃仙等地,本实施例以黄土为例,取吉林的黄土,去除土内的沙、石渣,最后得到具有黄色素的土(黄土)10公斤;
将该具有黄色素的土10公斤与榴莲壳粉末6公斤、食盐0.8公斤、明矾0.6公斤、食醋0.8公斤、长寿花叶子粉末0.6份、水80公斤,均匀混合而成染色迅速持久的面料染色剂;
2)将去浆后的布用豆浆浸泡1.5小时,晾干;
3)将步骤2)处理的布浸泡于步骤1)所述的染色迅速持久的面料染色剂中,手工染布15分钟;
4)晾干-水洗-晾干。
本申发明人将ZL03133608.6的泥浆染色剂与本发明的染色迅速持久的面料染色剂做对比实验发现:
对于同样的两块去浆后的布分别放入ZL03133608.6的泥浆染色剂与本发明的染色迅速持久的面料染色剂中进行染色,采用相同的染色方法,结果,采用本发明染色迅速持久的面料染色剂染色的布色泽更加饱满、自然且柔和,而且通过加入了长寿花叶子粉末后,上色速度更快,原本步骤3)和4)要反复7、8次才能染好,每一次耗时至少5个时,7次即至少要35小时,但加入长寿花叶子粉末后,只需要进行一次手工染布15分钟即可,无需反复手工染布-晾干-水洗-晾干步骤。大大节省了染布时间,更大大节省了染布所耗费的人工成本。而且,在同样在阳光下晒足一个月后,通过ZL03133608.6的泥浆染色剂染色的布已经褪色严重,原来的色泽已经面目全非,基本看不出本来的色泽。而采用本发明染色迅速持久的面料染色剂染色的布却基本没有褪色,仍然保持本来的色泽。采用本发明的染色方法,其操作非常简单,制作成本低。
但以上所述仅为本发明的较佳可行实施例,并非用以局限本发明的专利范围,故凡运用本发明说明书内容所作的等效结构变化,均同理包含在本发明的范围内。

1.一种染色迅速持久的面料染色剂,其特征在于,按重量比计,由以下材料构成:具有色素的土10份、榴莲壳粉末6份、食盐0.8份、明矾0.6份、食醋0.8份、长寿花叶子粉末0.6份、水80份,均匀混合而成。
2.一种染色迅速持久的面料染色剂的染色方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)按重量比计,将具有色素的土10份、榴莲壳粉末6份、食盐0.8份、明矾0.6份、食醋0.8份、长寿花叶子粉末0.6份、水80份,均匀混合而成染色迅速持久的面料染色剂;
2)将去浆后的布用豆浆浸泡1.5小时,晾干;
3)将步骤2)处理的布浸泡于步骤1)所述的染色迅速持久的面料染色剂中,手工染布15分钟;
4)晾干-水洗-晾干。
