Abstract
一种隔热塑铝复混袋淋膜材料组合物,涉及塑料编织袋印刷技术领域,由以下原料制成:聚丙烯55-65份、低密度聚乙烯25-35份、线型聚乙烯5-7份、乙烯-乙酸乙烯脂共聚物3-5份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的淋膜材料,配合合理,技术简单,在不增加成本基础上提高了产品包装档次,并具有隔热、抗老化、密封性好、抗拉强度大、耐候性强等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料编织袋印刷技术领域,具体涉及一种隔热塑铝复混袋淋膜材料组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料是一种高分子材料,随着高分子材料的不断发展,高分子材料的应用越来越广泛,如“以塑代钢”塑料齿轮、建筑管道、医疗以及汽车配件等,塑料编织制品复合工艺主要是将塑料编织制品表面淋膜复合,或者与纸张、薄膜、等材料复合而成,使得复合后编织制品防风雨、防潮、不透气等。目前市场上复合塑料编织制品众多行业复合材料均使用牛皮纸和各种薄膜,内层再人工套加内膜袋、铝箔袋,但是此类内膜、纸张感官档次低,隔热性能差、易老化、密封性差、抗拉强度低下、耐候性弱,且人工套加内衬膜、铝箔等不平整、不舒展、不紧贴外袋内壁,没有将铝箔作为复合材料直接淋膜复合在内层,因此使用效果极差。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种制备方法简单,成本低,性能好的一种隔热塑铝复混袋淋膜材料组合物及其制备方法。
一种隔热塑铝复混袋淋膜材料组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
聚丙烯55-65份、低密度聚乙烯25-35份、线型聚乙烯5-7份、乙烯-乙酸乙烯脂共聚物3-5份。
各原料的优选分量为:聚丙烯60份、低密度聚乙烯30份、线型聚乙烯6份、乙烯-乙酸乙烯脂共聚物4份。
本发明的另一目的是制备本发明中一种隔热塑铝复混袋淋膜材料组合物的方法,其特征在于:将上述的原料分别加入搅拌釜中,控制转速为3000-3500r/min后,高速搅拌20-30min后,在调节转速2000-2500r/min,持续搅拌30-40min后,取出即可得到。
本发明的作用机理为:原料中加入一定比例的聚丙烯、低密度聚乙烯、线型聚乙烯、以及EVA等可增加复合牢度,光泽度,尤其加入一定比例低密度聚乙烯和EVA共聚树脂可增加复合表面摩擦系数,起到防滑作用,可堆码30层倾斜45°不滑包,EVA共聚树脂更加具有增粘作用,将铝箔作为复合材料直接淋膜复合在内层,使得铝箔复合牢度大大增加,塑铝不易分离,使用该复合技术工艺选用特种粘合剂复合后的制品形成致密复合薄膜,复合后的铝箔表面光滑、平整、紧贴,光反射率高,从而起到隔热、抗老化作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的淋膜材料,配合合理,技术简单,在不增加成本基础上提高了产品包装档次,并具有隔热、抗老化、密封性好、抗拉强度大、耐候性强等特点。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
称取聚丙烯500P55kg、低密度聚乙烯1C7A25kg、线型聚乙烯70425kg、杜邦EVA3kg。
实施例2
称取聚丙烯500P60kg、低密度聚乙烯1C7A30kg、线型聚乙烯70426kg、杜邦EVA4kg。
制备实施例1和2的方法为:将上述的原料分别加入搅拌釜中,控制转速为3000-3500r/min后,高速搅拌20-30min后,在调节转速2000-2500r/min,持续搅拌30-40min后,取出即可得到。

1.一种隔热塑铝复混袋淋膜材料组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
聚丙烯55-65份、低密度聚乙烯25-35份、线型聚乙烯5-7份、乙烯-乙酸乙烯脂共聚物3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热塑铝复混袋淋膜材料组合物,其特征在于,各原料的优选分量为:聚丙烯60份、低密度聚乙烯30份、线型聚乙烯6份、乙烯-乙酸乙烯脂共聚物4份。
3.制备权利要求1或2中一种隔热塑铝复混袋淋膜材料组合物的方法,其特征在于:将上述的原料分别加入搅拌釜中,控制转速为3000-3500r/min后,高速搅拌20-30min后,在调节转速2000-2500r/min,持续搅拌30-40min后,取出即可得到。
