本发明公开了一种低烟防腐电缆套,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:线型低密度聚乙烯100份、氯化聚氯乙烯树脂20-30份、单烷氧基钛酸酯2-4份、聚丙烯酸橡胶4-5份、甲基硫醇锡0.6-0.8份、硬脂酸0.4-0.6份、氢氧化镁3-5份、微胶囊化红磷5-7份、双酚A为0.4-0.6份、柔性改性剂2-4份、抗氧剂3-4份、防腐剂2-4份、硅溶胶7-9份。本可以有效的改善电缆套材料的发白现象和改善其耐低温性能,防腐剂的加入使材料的防腐性能提高,电缆套具有低烟无卤性能,制成保护管后其抗压强度、拉伸强度、耐冲击性、耐热性、耐燃性等性能均能很好满足电缆保护管的性能要求。

本发明属于电缆套材料技术领域,具体涉及一种低烟防腐电缆套
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线每组至少两根绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,电缆需要电缆护套进行挤包保护,电缆护套容易受到外界环境侵蚀。传统电缆的最外层的主要材料为聚氯乙烯,即PVC,且含有卤系阻燃剂。该材料在燃烧时发烟量大,产生大量腐蚀性气体和有毒气体(如氯气、HBr等),对灭火及人员逃生带来了不利影响,使得火灾救援更加困难。同时释放的腐蚀性气体,使得火灾现场的电器遭到腐蚀而被破坏。另外,卤系阻燃剂在生产、运输、储藏、废弃产品的回收过程中会毒性积累以及产生致癌物质。现有的电缆套材料采用的聚丙烯自身的高硬度的结构特点使得其所制备的电缆料不够柔软,在弯曲时有明显的应力发白现象,以及其耐低温的性能与聚乙烯电缆料有着不小的差距。从而限制了其在电线电缆领域的进一步的拓展和应用。由于电线电缆保护管还应满足抗压强度高、柔韧弯曲性能好、抗压强度高、抗冲击性能好、拉伸强度高、耐热温度高和阻燃性能好、成形性佳等特点。因此,如何研发一种低烟防腐电缆套,具有重要的现实意义。

针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种低烟防腐电缆套
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种低烟防腐电缆套,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
线型低密度聚乙烯100份、氯化聚氯乙烯树脂20-30份、单烷氧基钛酸酯2-4份、聚丙烯酸橡胶4-5份、甲基硫醇锡0.6-0.8份、硬脂酸0.4-0.6份、氢氧化镁3-5份、微胶囊化红磷5-7份、双酚A为0.4-0.6份、柔性改性剂2-4份、抗氧剂3-4份、防腐剂2-4份、硅溶胶7-9份。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为重铬酸钾和硝酸甘油按照重量比3:5组成的混合物。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和抗氧化剂DLTP按照重量比2:3组成的混合物。
进一步的,所述柔性改性剂为聚乙烯蜡、氯化石蜡和微米级活性炭酸钙按照重量比2:3:3组成的混合物。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明以线型低密度聚乙烯和氯化聚氯乙烯树脂为主要原料,通过柔性改性剂对制备的电缆套具有良好的柔韧性,可以有效的改善电缆套材料的发白现象和改善其耐低温性能,防腐剂的加入使材料的防腐性能提高,抗氧剂和氢氧化镁、微胶囊化红磷等成分的协同作用,使电缆套具有低烟无卤性能,在遭到火灾时,不会助燃,不会产生烟雾,因材料中不含卤素,燃烧时不会产生毒气,对环境无害,制成保护管后其抗压强度、拉伸强度、耐冲击性、耐热性、耐燃性等性能均能很好满足电缆保护管的性能要求。

一种低烟防腐电缆套,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
线型低密度聚乙烯100份、氯化聚氯乙烯树脂20份、单烷氧基钛酸酯2份、聚丙烯酸橡胶4份、甲基硫醇锡0.6份、硬脂酸0.4份、氢氧化镁3份、微胶囊化红磷5份、双酚A为0.4份、聚乙烯蜡、氯化石蜡和微米级活性炭酸钙按照重量比2:3:3组成的柔性改性剂2份、抗氧剂1010和抗氧化剂DLTP按照重量比2:3组成的抗氧剂3份、重铬酸钾和硝酸甘油按照重量比3:5组成的防腐剂2份、硅溶胶7份。

一种低烟防腐电缆套,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
线型低密度聚乙烯100份、氯化聚氯乙烯树脂25份、单烷氧基钛酸酯3份、聚丙烯酸橡胶4.5份、甲基硫醇锡0.7份、硬脂酸0.5份、氢氧化镁4份、微胶囊化红磷6份、双酚A为0.5份、聚乙烯蜡、氯化石蜡和微米级活性炭酸钙按照重量比2:3:3组成的柔性改性剂3份、抗氧剂1010和抗氧化剂DLTP按照重量比2:3组成的抗氧剂3.5份、重铬酸钾和硝酸甘油按照重量比3:5组成的防腐剂3份、硅溶胶8份。

一种低烟防腐电缆套,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
线型低密度聚乙烯100份、氯化聚氯乙烯树脂30份、单烷氧基钛酸酯4份、聚丙烯酸橡胶5份、甲基硫醇锡0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份、氢氧化镁5份、微胶囊化红磷7份、双酚A为0.6份、聚乙烯蜡、氯化石蜡和微米级活性炭酸钙按照重量比2:3:3组成的柔性改性剂4份、抗氧剂1010和抗氧化剂DLTP按照重量比2:3组成的抗氧剂4份、重铬酸钾和硝酸甘油按照重量比3:5组成的防腐剂4份、硅溶胶9份。
