发明内容

所述用于治疗带状疱疹的药物制剂在制备治疗带状疱疹药物中的应用。
粉团花根为虎耳草科植物圆锥绣球或大花圆锥绣球的根。治疟疾，烂喉。
刺藜为藜科藜属植物刺藜ChenopodiumaristatumL.，以全草入药。夏秋采收，洗净切段，晒干。祛风止痒。外用治过敏性皮炎，荨麻疹。
肺形草为龙胆科双蝴蝶属植物双蝴蝶Tripterospermumaffine(Wall.)H.Smith的全草。四季可采。洗净，晒干。清热解毒，止咳止血。用于支气管炎，肺结核咯血，肺炎，肺脓疡，肾炎，泌尿系感染；外用治疔疮疖肿，乳腺炎，外伤出血。
青竹标根为苦苣苔科植物青竹标的根。凉血，止血，止咳，利湿。治咳血，风湿疼痛。
木本胡枝子皮，为豆种植物绿叶胡枝子的茎皮。拉丁名为LespedezabuergeriMiq.，祛风除湿。其余中药为药典品种。
有益效果：中医认为带状疱疹形成多由素志不遂,肝郁气滞,郁久化热,或因饮食不节,脾失健运,湿热搏结,兼感毒邪而发病，本发明粉团花根、刺藜、肺形草、青竹标根、木本胡枝子皮、黄连、蒲公英、黄芩、栀子清热解毒、活血化瘀为君药，菊花、大青叶、金钱草、紫草、乌药、当归、白芍、白术、生地、川芎、防风凉血清热、解毒利湿、活血止痛为臣药，甘草为佐使药，全方相互配伍，活血化瘀、解毒利湿，治疗带状疱疹效果明显。

以下通过实施例形式，对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明，但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例，凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
1、颗粒剂实施例的制备：取粉团花根25g、刺藜18g、肺形草20g、青竹标根18g、木本胡枝子皮25g、黄连22g、蒲公英24g、黄芩28g、栀子26g、菊花15g、大青叶25g、金钱草28g、紫草15g、乌药15g、当归20g、白芍25g、白术20g、生地25g、川芎20g、防风15g、甘草5g，加药材10倍重量的水，浸泡0.5h，煎煮1小时，过滤，药渣再加入药材8倍重量的水，煎煮1小时，药液滤出，合并两次煎煮液，减压浓缩至60℃相对密度为1.05，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25，并回收乙醇，得浓缩液，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为100℃，出风温度为90℃，物料温度为70℃，雾化压力为0.2兆帕，喷雾速度为10ml/s，添加淀粉50g，制粒，制成颗粒剂。
2、片剂实施例的制备：取粉团花根25g、刺藜18g、肺形草20g、青竹标根18g、木本胡枝子皮25g、黄连22g、蒲公英24g、黄芩28g、栀子26g、菊花15g、大青叶25g、金钱草28g、紫草15g、乌药15g、当归20g、白芍25g、白术20g、生地25g、川芎20g、防风15g、甘草5g，加药材10倍重量的水，浸泡0.5h，煎煮1小时，过滤，药渣再加入药材8倍重量的水，煎煮1小时，药液滤出，合并两次煎煮液，减压浓缩至60℃相对密度为1.05，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25，并回收乙醇，得浓缩液，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为100℃，出风温度为90℃，物料温度为70℃，雾化压力为0.2兆帕，喷雾速度为10ml/s，添加糊精50g，制粒，压片，制成片剂。
3、胶囊剂实施例的制备：取粉团花根25g、刺藜18g、肺形草20g、青竹标根18g、木本胡枝子皮25g、黄连22g、蒲公英24g、黄芩28g、栀子26g、菊花15g、大青叶25g、金钱草28g、紫草15g、乌药15g、当归20g、白芍25g、白术20g、生地25g、川芎20g、防风15g、甘草5g，加药材10倍重量的水，浸泡0.5h，煎煮1小时，过滤，药渣再加入药材8倍重量的水，煎煮1小时，药液滤出，合并两次煎煮液，减压浓缩至60℃相对密度为1.05，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25，并回收乙醇，得浓缩液，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为100℃，出风温度为90℃，物料温度为70℃，雾化压力为0.2兆帕，喷雾速度为10ml/s，添加淀粉50g，制粒，灌装，制成胶囊剂。
4、本发明中药组合物治疗带状疱疹临床研究
4.1一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察带状疱疹病例50例，年龄47～58岁。
4.2诊断标准：符合国家中医药管理局发布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中带状疱疹的诊断标准。①皮损多为绿豆或黄豆大小的水疤，三五成群聚集一处或多处，排列成带状，基底潮红，严重时可出现出血点、血疤甚或坏死；②初起皮肤发红，并伴皮肤刺痛或灼热感，可伴有轻度发热，疲倦不适、食欲不振等全身症状。自觉疼痛明显，有难忍的剧痛和后遗疼痛症状。
4.3试验方法：按上述颗粒剂制备方法制备临床样品，规格为每袋10克，五天为一疗程，一天三袋，分早、中、晚三次饭前半小时服用。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣、刺激及腐烂之物。空白组口服安慰剂颗粒剂，五天为一疗程，一天三袋，分早、中、晚三次饭前半小时服用。
4.4疗效标准：痊愈：皮疹消退，临床症状消失，无疼痛后遗症；好转：皮疹消退约50％，疼痛明显减轻；未愈：皮疹消退不足30％，仍有疼痛不适症状。
4.5治疗效果：见表1。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于治疗带状疱疹的药物制剂，其特征在于，它所含的活性成分由下列重量份原料药提取制备而成：粉团花根25份、刺藜18份、肺形草20份、青竹标根18份、木本胡枝子皮25份、黄连22份、蒲公英24份、黄芩28份、栀子26份、菊花15份、大青叶25份、金钱草28份、紫草15份、乌药15份、当归20份、白芍25份、白术20份、生地25份、川芎20份、防风15份、甘草5份。
2.如权利要求1所述用于治疗带状疱疹的药物制剂，其特征在于，剂型是药学上可接受的颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂。
3.如权利要求1所述用于治疗带状疱疹的药物制剂，其特征在于，制备步骤为：取上述中药，加药材10倍重量的水，浸泡0.5h，煎煮1小时，过滤，药渣再加入药材8倍重量的水，煎煮1小时，药液滤出，合并两次煎煮液，减压浓缩至60℃相对密度为1.05，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25，并回收乙醇，得浓缩液，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为100℃，出风温度为90℃，物料温度为70℃，雾化压力为0.2兆帕，喷雾速度为10ml/s，添加辅料制成胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述用于治疗带状疱疹的药物制剂在治疗带状疱疹药物中的应用。
